As travelers on this journey, there comes a time when we are called to step into our power. But what does this look like when we find that society already has a notion of what power and leadership are? This "friction" results in us finding ourselves embodying power in a way that feels inauthentic. Personally and transparently, it took me a long time to realize that my true power and my voice come from me living in my full truth. I speak about my experiences in a way that feels good for me and that is enough. This journey of embodying one's power is uncomfortable and can bring up a lot of emotions, but what if we could make room for what comes? What if the sensations we experience were meant to be felt and released? Today’s guest is someone that has truly leaned in and explored her source of power and how it shows up. Join Alexia Vernon and I for a beautiful conversation on tapping into the power of your voice. Tune in to hear more about her business and mission in life: ‘Step into Your Moxie®’, her childhood and how it has influenced her ability to use her voice, and why her greatest desire is to give permission for different styles of leadership and communication to feel validated and worthy.
