This podcast will focus on the most important relationship you will ever have; the relationship with yourself. So, we will start there with reflection and introducing you to yourself. This concept of self-awareness is truly the most amazing. Are you aware most people really don’t even know themselves? The most rewarding part of this process for us is introducing you to yourself and watching you start to nurture and value yourself. For instance, we are going to show some how to lose the victim mentality and watch you all evolve into victors. We are so blessed to be on this journey with you as this, my friend, will be the most important work you will ever do. Once your mental operating system is functioning at a higher capacity, everything else follows suit. Please trust me, the work is tough but so rewarding. Personally, I have been doing this work for over 20 years and I didn't have access to a coach. Rather, it happened very organically in my life. The work began with a will to just survive circumstances. Now, moving forward it is my life's purpose to coach, teach & help others adapt to these principles so they can reach their fullest potential and lead an extraordinary life. Let's connect!
The human experience is grounded by our hearts. It is the compass God gifted us, to value, lead and keep us connected to ourselves and humanity. When we sit in silence and truly run our ideas and thoughts through our hearts, we can feel a positive or a negative pulse. As we continue to tune ourselves internally, our heart awareness elevates and becomes more noticeable, it is very subtle. We feel lighter and less burdened by trivia...
We are not our ego, the voice in our heads. We are the awareness that observes the mind chatter. This understanding is key as we focus on self-reflection and how to incorporate it into our daily lives. Prioritizing alone time to self-reflect minimizes the buildup of chaos and procrastination, leading to judgement and regret. Self–reflection helps keep us grounded and present so we can process the recent past and make peace with it....
Our spirits yearn to be and feel connected to the source. Although we may come from a variety of different religious backgrounds, the commonality is the connection to a higher power, our creator, the source. Making the time to self-reflect on our individual faith and relationship with God brings our awareness into action. Building and cultivating are the results of learning and challenging ourselves. Reading the scripture from your...
Vulnerability is pure strength. It takes courage to be vulnerable, transparent, and authentic. Operating from a growth mindset supports the ability to see vulnerability as strength. Centering ourselves and cultivating our authenticity feeds our courage to share who we are fully in transparency, humility and gratitude. It’s difficult to maintain this with our own ego and outside judgement of others. Self-awareness provides the vanta...
When we reflect on our past experiences, do we see them as adventures and lessons learned? Do we truly see the layers and how the trials and tribulations affected us or are we dismissive? The idea of “A Hero’s Journey” allows us to frame past, current and future moments in a new perspective. It gives us the ability to truly extract all meaning and value from our experiences. We are all in a state of constant observation, reflection...
The power of the mind is truly limitless and remarkable. In order to tap into it’s potential, we must set it up for success cultivating an environment of enrichment. Pushing ourselves to choose healthy options for it’s benefit. Everything that we take in feeds our mindset; the music, movies, books and people we take in and surround ourselves with influences our mindset. Time blocking for meditation polishes our spirits and directly...
What a blessing to have Dillon with us sharing some pivotal moments in his journey. How many times have we faced challenges and felt helpless in our lives? These moments push us past our comfort zones and into uncertainty and possibly darkness. In these critical moments it is imperative to know that this too shall pass. This one moment does not and will not define our lives. Digging deep into our core foundation is key to center ou...
The internal work – This process is how we free ourselves of the past. Those moments can continue to tax our spirits and our ability to live fully in the now. The past moments that keep us hesitant and fearful of the future. You will need dedication, patience, and persistence. The internal work is sitting with yourself alone, free of all distraction and interruption with the intent of processing the moment you are confronting. This...

Transitions are a huge and often overlooked aspect of our lives. From the moment we are born we begin to transition. There are very natural transitions and some that are forced upon us. For instance, dissolving a relationship or the death of someone we value. Everything that is alive transitions. Every transition serves its purpose and is a shedding of what was, and the moment before what will be. Approaching transitions with the r...
Greetings friends, this episode is the one that shines the light into every corner of our being. The light of truth as we look honestly at our own thoughts and behaviors. The ego is easily spotted in others as we cast judgement. Now is the time to be fully self-accountable, and truly see the voice in our heads for what it truly is. Facing this reality and doing the deep dive within ourselves is both scary and truly liberating. In t...
Awareness is our most powerful tool in connecting with ourselves. How often do we think of awareness and the key role it plays in our lives? Let me first ask, are we just aimlessly on our life’s journey or are we fully engaged and aware? Are you maximizing your life experience and all the nuances in it? Are you aware of the choices you make and how they affect others? Are you aware of the patterns of your actions and thoughts? Awar...
“I’m so very grateful; I really appreciate you!” Read that slowly again. How does it make you feel? There is a balance between giving and receiving. Some people have trouble with truly receiving and others with giving. Sit in silence while you meditate on giving and receiving. This is the ultimate exchange of energy. It is inherently what we are designed to do. When someone in dire need receives, it tends to open them up. The...
Emotional Intelligence is the action of allowing the emotion or feeling to pass through you, then making the conscious choice to react with focused thought. The emotions and feelings you have in that moment are very real, however they can be manipulated by the ego and keep you in a reactionary mode. In the podcast, we covered lowering our stress levels as well as how to vent off negative energy with pressure built up from the past....

Our perspective and perception directly affect our thoughts, actions, vision and life. Expanding our minds to see other perspectives is an asset and tool for a life of meaning and value. Opening our hearts allows us the gift of hidden perspectives we might otherwise not notice. They can be the small nuances that speak to us in moments we are fully present. When someone speaks, are we listening to hear, or understand? The art of lis...
The most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself! What do you see when you take that pause to look into your own eyes, standing in front of the mirror? Are you showing up for yourself? Have you prioritized yourself? No one will show up for you like you will. Self-love is actively engaging in your own well-being Mind, Body & Spirit. The ego’s selfishness is not self-love. Self-Love is working within us...
Love, what a powerful word! It has a different meaning to all of us. Our understanding of love has a direct correlation to our lives and experiences. In the podcast we discussed many layers of love. Take time to sit with the idea of love in silence. Reflect on your first experience with it. When did you become aware of love? How has your ability to reciprocate and grow as a person impacted love for you? We each have a longing to fe...
Judgment comes from a place where you are lacking, it comes from fear, comparison, envy and even hate. These are a few of the ego’s traits. These internal deficiencies manifest themselves in judging others or situations. Have you ever heard of the mirroring effect? It’s being “annoyed or aggravated” with someone, and these issues you see externally in someone else are traits you yourself possess.
