Episode 32: Champion Mindset

Champions aren’t born, they are forged through dedication, purpose, meaning, with resolve through the trials and tribulations of life. This path can be achieved by anyone as these attributes are all internal. Where the mind goes the body follows. Maybe you’ve heard the term “Heart of a Champion”? The champion mindset is anchored, by a heart of equal character. Reaching the Champion mindset is not easy, but we all have it within us. It will remain dormant until we tap into our limitless potential and endless refinement. From the outside people see the refined individual, what they don’t see is the climb to get there. The endless trials and tribulations, the many setbacks or temporary failures that are fundamental in forging the champion mindset. We often see ourselves in heroes, or those we see as champions, sharing certain fundamental layers and connecting with the energy associated. It all begins in the mind, and we are truly capable of anything. Is it in you? Do you truly desire to be a better individual and version of yourself? Are you willing to open your mind and heart fully to maximize your hero’s journey? Get uncomfortable with being complacent, you are capable of so much more my friends!
