Episode 33: Quality vs Quantity

How would you rate the quality of your overall life? Our programming as kids has tremendous relation to our core beliefs or lack thereof. Our thoughts and reasoning patterns lead to our reactions and actions. The quality of what is going on internally inside each of us determines what we push out to the world. It is our duty and responsibility to remove the clutter and chaos internally, allowing space for flow and the whispers of God. Is it more prudent to have twenty irons in the fire, or ten? Do we realize when we overburden ourselves and the drop in available attention and efficiency? As we continue to refine endlessly, quality must take a front seat. Are we placing attention with intentions when we think about quality? Do we have the clarity to see the quality within ourselves vs. the quantity? We must ask ourselves these questions using rigorous honesty. Sit with them in reflection, meditate on them in silence.
