Tapping into beast mode requires us to release the idea of caring what others think in judgment. We must fully engage with our wide-eyed, growling, and laser-focused inner beast. In this mindset, we are unapologetically in a state of battle you vs. you. Pushing ourselves past our comfort zone into the uncomfortable creates growth. We can see what we are truly made of in this awkward zone. Nothing else matters, but this rep in this set is laser-focused on the present moment. Hyper-focused on technique, form, breathing, and proper rep speed. Those not tapped into this level of intensity will stare, observe, and possibly judge, as is human nature. This, my friends, is none of your business; this is your hero’s journey and your mission to expand, cultivate, and grow into the best version of you daily. Beast mode is addictive; it is a turbocharged energy, pump, focus, and mental clarity level. In this mindset, we are so in tune; we are relentless and unstoppable. We gain expanded awareness and are made aware of what we are all truly capable of, limitless potential through endless refinement. Cultivating and understanding this level of awareness may one day save your life, especially when you must confront a real present danger out on the street or in any situation outside the gym.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
