Episode 39: Relationships 1

We wake up one day and think, “How did I get here?” “What happened”? To understand our current reality and ourselves and how all our relationships unfold, we plot out our childhood realities in detail as we understand them. As we lay our understanding out visually, the picture takes shape. We can see the road map that has shaped our perspective, perception, and reality. This can be a very uncomfortable process, but it’s crucial in uncovering what needs to be healed from our youth. For this to be impactful, we must be rigorously honest and transparent. The live exercise in this episode can be duplicated at home with a dry-erase board, tablet, or school project-size white cardboard. Get yourself into a relaxed mind and body before the experience for deeper transparency. This is your Hero’s Journey, and truly understanding our origins is key to uncovering our why.
