Episode 46: Purpose & Passion

As we continue the deep journey of self-awareness and knowledge, are we cultivating the reality of our heart's desire? Passion illuminates purpose, and purpose feeds passion more fuel to burn brighter. So, what are you passionate about? What gets your blood pumping, eyes dilated, gives you butterflies, and becomes timeless when you’re doing it? Mind, body, and spirit activation aligned through passion, purpose, and passion. The keys are timeless: awareness, self-knowledge, and rigorous honesty, all cultivated through reflection and meditation. Purpose becomes more obvious when we see ourselves as unique individuals, part of the collective consciousness. We are a link in the chain of everything that ever was and will be. Purpose and passion come to us naturally and effortlessly, and the more we are in flow, the more we continue to align ourselves from the inside out. Sitting with ourselves, processing past grievances, fears, regrets, triggers, and pains, frees us up and removes the barriers and weights holding us back from living a life of expansion and evolution.
