There’s a quiet ache so many of us carry — the fear that we are not enough. Not spiritual enough. Not strong enough. Not worthy of love, healing, or peace. This fear is often born in the shadows of our upbringing, spiritual environments, or relationships, where we were taught to perform to be seen. We internalized the belief that love had to be earned, that we had to “fix” ourselves to be accepted, and that our worth was always one step away from being realized. But here’s the truth: you were never too broken. You were never too much. You were never not enough. The lie of “not enough” is the ego’s last defense — and your healing is its greatest threat. Recognizing the tricks of the ego enhances our awareness and provides us with the clarity we need. But real healing starts when we stop asking the world to co-sign our existence. You don’t need permission to believe in yourself. You don’t need a round of applause to stand tall in your truth. The love you’re seeking from others begins with the love you offer yourself. That’s what self-validation is: choosing, moment by moment, to trust what you know, what you feel, and who you are becoming. Lean in and trust the process!
