Leandris' success story began at around 12 years old, helping his grandfather's residential construction company. After high school, he moved from working directly in the trades to attending college as an aspiring construction management professional. Since graduating from college, he's worked as a superintendent and project manager for some of America's most reputable GCs. Along the way, Leandris has maintained a growth mindset, focused on how we can consistently help push the construction industry forward in all respects.
