This week's guest is Beth George, founder of BYOB bagels. Beth's first career was a lawyer working as a public defender and in corporate law. She eventually started her own private practice. but when her young son developed intolerances to wheat and gluten, Beth went on a mission to help her son and eventually to create a bagel that her son could eat. She has created multiple businesses in the bagel world, became an educator and international bagel consultant. Beth is the founder of BYOB Bagels, a full service teaching and consulting business. Beth's passion for educating and helping other entreprenuers build successful businesses is evident in our conversation and in the guiding hand she provides to her clients.
