Born in Australia, he has appeared in multiple hit films, most recently starring in the blockbuster Detective Chinatown 1900 alongside Chow Yun-Fat and John Cusack. Off-screen, Sam is a dedicated CrossFit athlete with a global ranking, a fluent Mandarin speaker, and a collector of quirky, one-of-a-kind socks.
