We go into the cold case of the 33-year-old father and hip hop artist Tymon "TyLy" Ross. Tymon was shot and killed December 8th, 2009. Authorities suspect the motive was robbery and it was a targeted attack, the family says they know who the killer is, but this year will mark the 13th year anniversary since Tymon's death and there's no news in the case.
