This week the Dads are drinking another Double Nickel Brewing Co., beer, called Long Weekend which is a Hazy IPA with a 6.8% ABV. With both dads agreeing that this is yet another tasty Hazy IPA, Josh takes credit for Rich coming to the 'hazy side'. The show transitions into the weekly catchup, where Josh talks about nothing new ever happening ever in his life. Meanwhile, Rich discusses the cruise he and his family went on, discusses his job and some of the crazy stories he's ran in to.
The show then transitions to An Aware Dad, with a reading from 'The Daily Dad', written by Ryan Holiday. Tonight's reading was titled January 27, You Can Be A Parent Anywhere. Be sure to listen to this week's insightful reading. The show then progresses to the topic of the week.
Tonight we want to celebrate our one year of recording and reflect on what we have done with the show, what we have taken away from the show, how we’ve grown through and with the show and where we want the show to go from here.
After an exchange of some in-depth conversation and questions, the show progresses to their "Shit-uations". Tonight's Shit-uations has Josh reading blurbs from FML.com.

Intentionally Disturbing
Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
