In this episode I invited the New Jersey Passaic Commissioner Orlando Cruz to chop it up with me. We discussed his journey in becoming so involved in the community he grew up in & ultimately becoming the face of the Latino community in the entire Passaic County of New Jersey. We also discussed how fatherhood changed our lives and he shared a very intimate story about his youngest son having Tetralogy of Fallot which lead him to have an open heart surgery while being just one month old. We elaborated on the importance of a healthy family support system & much more!
