Life is an absolute grind every single day. That’s one thing I think we all know all too well. But, there is a way to make it feel like it’s not such a grind. Join in while we discuss life’s hardships, victories, ways to overcome trying times, ways to celebrate the best times, as well as stories from influential people in my life that have been there and helped me along the way. Some days, I may just check in. Others I may have a lot on my mind, something that needs said, or a good friend beside me that I think you guys should get to know for a bit. Remember: We all put our pants on one leg at a time. There is hope and joy in the world all around us, we just have to find it.
I've been sitting on this episode for quite some time now, but now that the Comes Out Small Town tour is wrapped up I figured it would be a perfect time to work on some new podcast episodes! In this episode I sat down with my long time friend co-artist, Cooper Alan. Cooper hails from North Carolina and has been in Nashville for the last few years. We touch base on Coop's roots back home, how he got into music, Krispy Kreme donuts, ...
On Episode 4 of The Daily Grind, I sat down with my long time friend and co-writer Chris Ruediger. Chris and I moved to Nashville around the same time, and come to find out..started music around the same time too! It's always super great getting to sit down with someone as talented and humble as Chris. In this episode we talked about Chris' career and about his last few releases that you can find on all major social media platforms...
This has been on my heart quite a bit here the last couple of months. As I said in the podcast, this is not a political debate of any sorts..so don't make it one. My hope is that you'll find this episode as a message of encouragement to better yourself this year. 2020 showed its ass, we all know that. So lets all do our part as a whole to make sure 2021 doesn't do the same thing. Love your neighbor, help them out and remember it's ...
A little late coming, but here is round two of The Daily Grind! On this week's episode we have my long time friend, co-writer and ex roommate, Joybeth Taylor. With her first two singles 'It Just Takes One' and 'I See Memories', Joybeth has no doubt established herself as one of the biggest up and coming forces out of Music City. Take a load off and listen to us chat about all our drunken nights at the old house, past writes togethe...
On the first episode of The Daily Grind, we have my good buddy and fellow artist Clayton Shay on the podcast. The coffee was on, the vibes were present and we sure covered a lot of ground. From Clayton's inspirations as a youngster, moving to Nashville, landing the gig with Blackjack Billy and releasing his first two singles in the middle of a pandemic, Clayton Shay has had an honest path in music city and in his musical journey. A...
