morning episode of the Daily Juice podcast. My name is
Matt Perult. You guys can follow me across all of

much going to be right with this. The end of
the third quarter is upon us for the Warriors and
the Timberwolves. The live total is two twenty two. We

bet a number of one ninety nine to the over,
so I feel like I can count this as a
win barring a ridiculous collapse. Celtics come in correctly in
the first quarter. Celtics team total in the first half
comes in correctly Washington Carolina. That game finally goes over,
so we lose that, but we go three and one

with a one point eight up one point eight units
day on Monday. Now, clearly I'm a little bit upset today. Look,
Celtics losing is a bummer. They were going to lose
the game anyway and be down three games to one
to the Knicks. But look, Boston sports teams have come
back from deficits forever. I mean the Red Sox against

the Yankees. This would be beautiful, This would be so
poetic if the Celtics were able to come back from
being down three to one, if you had Jason Tatum.
Not having Jason Tatum for what will be probably a
year is awful. Now, for those of you who don't
follow the Celtics basketball closely, there is a new ownership

group coming in and the Celtics have a gigantic payroll
tax coming next season. So this was the last time
the old owner signed everybody to run it back for
one more year to defend the championship. It's probably not
going to happen, and thus big changes are going to
come to the Boston Celtics in the off season. In fact,

there could be mega trades. Christophe Perzingis will not be
a Celtic next year. We pretty much know that the
question will be Drew Holliday, whether they keep him or
trade him. He has a pretty big contract. I doubt
they move Derek White, they can't touch Tatum because of
the injury now, and then Jalen Brown. Would they maybe
move Jalen Brown? So that cloud has always been hanging
over this entire Celtics season and this postseason run, to

the point where a lot of us who have watched
the team closely talked about maybe this team was going
to be distracted because of what could happen in the offseason.
This team has not played well. The Knicks played tremendously well,
and it's hard to dislike this next team. I don't
like Nick fans, Okay, I don't like the City of
New York. I don't like Nick fans, but it's hard
to dislike this team. Karl Anthony Towns is a loud mouth,

and I'm not really a big fan of his. But
Jalen Brunson and the Villanova trio, it's hard to dislike
those guys. They play the game the right way. They
love each other, they play for each other, They give
up their body, they hit big shots. No one's more
clutch than Brunson. He's been the best player in this
entire series. Third quarter was incredible and the Knicks if

they win a Game five, Game six, Game seven, and
Indiana wins either a Game five, Game six, or Game seven,
the Knicks are going to have home court in the
Eastern Conference Finals, which is incredible. So they'll be favored
to win the Eastern Conference Finals. Now they are going
to be massive dogs. If the thunder who play tonight
if the Thunder win, If the Thunder win the West,

I mean right now, the Thunder, it's minus one oh
five for them to win the championship. The Knicks are
five to one. To give you an idea of what
the books think, this is going to be a clear
path for the Thunder to win the championship if they
can get past the Denver Nuggets. Now they got three
games to win two and they have home court tonight,

so they win tonight, they probably wrap it in six.
All I'm gonna say is this, and I hope this happens,
because this Boston Celtics team without Tatum is not a
championship caliber team. I'll give that to you. However, they
need to win Game five. Just send it back to
New York. Let New York win it in game six,

but show some fight because a starting five of an
NBA Finals MVP in Jalen Brown, the reigning six Man
of the Year and Peyton Pritchard, a seven foot three
unicorn in Christophe perzingis one of the best blue guys
in NBA history in Al Horford, and a great shooter

and a clutch player in Derek White, with Drew Holliday
coming in off the bench, like that lineup should be
good enough to beat the Knicks in Game five, if
that lineup should win Game five, if they play up
to their abilities. On top of being coached by Joe Missoula,
who has been questioned the hiring was quite I mean,

he won a championship, right, But this is a guy
who was questioned. He's very young, one of the youngest
coaches ever to win a championship in NBA history. And
this was Emeoodoka's team. This was not Joe Mizula's team.
So that's my take on the Celtics is that I
just hope they win Game five. Go win Game five,

and then let's see what happens. So will they I
don't know, but can they absolutely? Like absolutely that Celtics
roster without Jason Tatum, It's why they were minus nine
hundred to win the series. Okay, even without Gentatum, they're
deep enough to beat the Knicks. Not gonna win by twenty,
win by five, win by six. But sometimes when you

lose a player of I mean, Tatum was having an
unbelievable game, but they were letting him shoot every single
trip down the court, and they were standing around and watching.
Let's see more team oriented basketball, more like the Knicks play.

after it, and let's see about rebounding the ball. Please
they do all the little things. They should win Game five.

Then they'll lose Game six. But just saying that, don't
completely write the Celtics off here in terms of what
they are. I mean that they are not a bad
basketball team even without Tatum. With Tatum, they are elite.
But without Tatum there's still a playoff team. I mean,
even next year, they're still going to go to the playoffs,
depending on what the roster looks like. You don't see
what the roster is, but we'll see what you know,

roster that's still very deep and still very talented, and
now their backs are squarely against the wall. New York
was celebrating like they had won the series, which is

the Colorado Rockies. No dead cat bounce for them. They
got that when they won on Sunday, so they used
up all their good luck. They lost to the Mets
last night. I think they'll lose to the Mets again.

Two leg money line parlay Rangers Mets even money for

Winnipeg has been very good at home and decent on
