Speaker 1 (00:14):
Whats up, guys?

Speaker 2 (00:15):
How are you welcome into a Wednesday morning episode of
the Daily Juice podcast.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
My name is Matt Perult.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
You guys can follow me across all of my socials
at Sports Talk Matt, and we are back after I
don't know so two nights ago. I didn't know what
we did, and we went three to zero and one.
Now we can't go three to zero in one, but
both props are headed in the right direction and we
might get the Astros right. That's the play of the day.
The Red Sox do not score more than three and

(00:41):
a half runs. In fact, it's now final four to one.
The Red Sox only score one, so Christopher Sanchez continues
with that run of just giving up one earned run.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Keep that in the back of your pocket for a while.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Red Sox to not get anything but one solo home
run off of him, So I thought we might get
a two run shot. We got a one run shot.
Both pend their job. Red Sox lose the game four
to one. They've lost the first two games of that
series against the Phillies. But don't know what the Astros
game yet, don't know what the player props yet, so
can't say it's a losing night yet. We just started
off zero to one with three bets still to go.

(01:14):
But we had a winning Tuesday, and we had a
good day Monday, so we're off to a decent start
for the week. So maybe a losing day on Tuesday, well,
winning Monday, maybe losing Tuesday. So off to probably a
decent start for us here for the week. Here for
us as we roll into another week of baseball betting.
We will get to football in a couple of weeks,

(01:35):
but until further notice. You know, look, I don't need
to bet the WNBA right now. I'm sure at some
point I'll come over and bet the WNBA again, but
as of right now, baseball has been very good. The
prop bet cheat sheet's been rolling for us, and we're
hitting plays, so I don't need to jump in on anything.
I'm doing it again to baseball plays for us here
on the podcast, and then two Major League Baseball player

(01:57):

the the app, which you can do so, and you

with more baseball bets, and we've got two pitchers. I'm
gonna fade. Okay, I bet against him before I'm going
to bet bet against him again. Let's talk about Justin Verlander.
Justin Verlander.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
The team has lost.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Six consecutive starts. The Giants have when Verlander has started,
and they keep on running him out there. Six straight
losses and six straight losses on the run line. Okay,
on the run line, unbelievable, crazy time for nothing, thirteen nothing,
eleven to two, five to two, four to two, four

(03:44):
to two, six straight losses, six straight losses on the
run line. Last time out he went two and two thirds.
They just keep on running him out, Giants keep on
sending him out there. And I know the Braves aren't great,
but it is Spencer Strider who is coming in here.
And in his last start he went six innings, he
got to give up zero earned runs. Back on the

(04:05):
tenth of July, he went six and two thirds with
three earned runs, and against Baltimore on the fourth of
July went six innings and three earned runs. He's giving
up six earned in eighteen and two third innings worth
of work so far in the month of July. I'm
going run line. I get plus one twenty. I know
the Braves aren't great on the run line. I know
it's not a great play when it comes to them,

(04:27):
but I just it's Verlander, and whenever they're gonna run
Verlander out there. Giants are up nine to nothing at
the moment on Atlanta, so they're gonna want to bounce back.
You know that they're gonna want to come back and
play play better than what they are tonight. The Braves
won the game nine to five. In the first game
of this series. Sam Fran's gonna be up four games
to one on Atlanta. But again, when you run out

(04:49):
just In Verlander, I'm going run line. Give me the
Braves on the run line at plus one twenty for
one unit second play. And this goes right to my
love of Nick Lodolo with the Reds. I like betting
on this kid. The Reds have lost three straight games,

(05:09):
one to the Mets, in the first two games of
this series to the Washington Nationals ten to eight and
six to one. Can't get swept by the Washington Nationals.
And Washington's gonna throw Michael Soroka when they're throwing Michael
Soroka with a five point zero six ERA at home
and a one in four ERA on the road, sorry,
one to four record at home, a five zero point

(05:31):
zero six ERA at home, opposing batting average of two
forty two. But it's the game log that really matters
to me. The team has lost seven consecutive starts with
Michael Soroka on the mound seven two eight, one eleven
two eight, two thirteen, six ten, six and four to three.
That is seven straight losses and six straight losses on

(05:52):
the run line. If you want to bet the Reds
on the run line today, I don't mind.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
It at all.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
Okay, It's just that they've lost three games in a
row in the first two games of this series, so
I think I just want to get out of here,
and I have to worry about necessarily getting a run
and a half to win by two runs. I'd rather
just bet the run line or sorry, the money line
rather for the Reds with Nick Lodolo. The team has
won the last two starts by Nick Lodolo, He's seven

(06:19):
and six with a three point three to three ERA.
On the road, he's a two point five six ERA,
a four and four record, opposing betting average of two hundred,
an eight to four win and six nothing win the
last two starts for the team to win with the
Nodolo on the mound seven innings to earned, six innings,
No earned, good stuff, real good stuff rolling here with

(06:43):
the Mets, with against the Mets and against the Miami Marlins.
For Nick Lodolo, I'm going to jump in here with
the Reds on the money line. But again, if you
want to bet the Reds on the run line, I
don't hate it, okay. I mean these two pitchers, Michael
Soroka and just In Verlander, for as long as they
get run out there, you have to bet against them.

(07:05):
Until the teams decide that they aren't going to go
ahead and throw them.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
We have to bet against them. It's just that simple.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Now, if you're looking for a third play, you can
bet the under for the Rangers.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Now.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
It pushed two nights ago. Last night, it's two to
one in the sixth inning. It should come in, Okay,
the under should hit in that game. I don't know
what the number is going to because it's a Valdi
in sears and there's no numbers and there's no line
at all out at the moment. If it's nine or
eight and a half, absolutely bet the under. Okay, we've

(07:40):
been betting it. I bet it last night. We pushed
two nights ago. Just keep on betting the under when
the Rangers are at home, just keep on betting it
as the books keep on runing out these nines and
eight and a half's until there is a change. Keep
on running it out because they've got the game against
the A's today, they have a day off, then the
Braves come to town. The Braves are as equally to

(08:04):
an under. You know, you know that game on Friday,
Rocker is gonna pitch against Wentz. Saturday and Sunday. We
have three more games on this homestand for the Rangers,
just keep on betting the under until further notice. Bet
the under. It's two nothing for one two one, seven
to two. Again, it's two to one. At the moment
here at the time of taping, the A's are are

(08:25):
down two to one to the Rangers. But again Wednesday today,
bet the under. Friday, bet the under until further notice
when the Rangers are at home. Just keep on betting
the under until the books make an adjustment. So two
Major League Baseball player props are going to hit you
on the Betting pros app.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
There's two ways to get that.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Download the Betting Pros app and search at Sports Talk
Matt to see those, or you can go to bettingpros
dot com slash Matt and you will see the two
Major League Baseball player props.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Again.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Somewhere in the neighborhood, I try I tend to put
them up around ten eleven am Eastern, somewhere in that range.
We go ahead and put it up one more quick
thing before I go. Rest in peace to Ozzy Osbourne,
the dark Lord himself. I didn't love Black Sabbath. I
wasn't a crazy Ozzy Osbourne freaking fan, but man, I

(09:17):
knew people who were, and I knew that Ozzy meant
so much to the artists that I grew up loving that.
There is no Pantera without Ozzy Osbourne. There is no Biohazard,
there is no Separlatour, there is no metal scene without
Black Sabbath. There's no Metallica, there's no Megadeth, There's none

(09:39):
of that without Ozzy Osbourne. He made it cool, He
made it okay for radio stations to play it, to
have metal music being played, and at the age of
seventy six, playing one more show over in his native UK,
where so many folks came out to honor him, forty
five thousand to say essentially goodbye to Ozzy.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Rest in peace to.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
Ozzy Osbourne, a guy who meant a lot to a
lot of people in the music world, Gone at the
age of seventy six.

Speaker 1 (10:11):
