Speaker 3 (00:27):
You can stand me up at the gates of Helva.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
Wall back down. No stand ground.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
Won't be turned around, and I'll keep this world.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
From dragging me down.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
Donna stand my ground, Anna Wall back Damn.
Speaker 4 (01:12):
Close your eyes right now, Sam, and you feel that
humidity that he and it just feels like we're at
the swamp right now Florida, although they're playing on the
road at LSU said that actually doesn't apply here.
Speaker 3 (01:27):
But still, hell, no, killed to be there, dude. I
want to like, I just want to travel. I just
want to go to college football games. I told my
wife that, of course she's not buying that, you know,
shout out Beef and his crew. I'm trying to weasel
my way into that. They're going to Austin to see
Arch and Texas take on Arkansas later this year.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
And they did Knoxville last ye. He did in Knoxville.
Speaker 5 (01:52):
Like to be young with no kids and no wife,
I've been all over the Big time. I do that
came off wrong.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
I love my wife, I love my kids, but I
just want to travel saturdays.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (02:02):
I've been all over the Big Ten, not too much
the SEC, though. I gotta get to some more SEC stops.
LSU is high on that list.
Speaker 1 (02:09):
Who did you see?
Speaker 5 (02:10):
Big Ten? I've seen Penn State a million times. I've
seen Michigan, Ohio State.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
You've been to the Big House? Yep, been in the
Big House, been in the shoe. Wow? Where else have Indiana?
Did you see that game? Ohio State? Michigan? No?
Speaker 5 (02:22):
No, no, it was all Maryland, Maryland, High State, Maryland, Michigan, gotcha?
Speaker 1 (02:26):
Gotcha?
Speaker 3 (02:27):
All right? College basketball coming around? Sure is Maryland? What
what are they doing? Football Day two? And oh this
quarterback Malik Washington? Yeah, I saw him in freshman. He's good, right,
he's a good player. They almost lost Northern Illois last week,
though that was a sweat.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
Big Ten is is because that conference Illinois that was
really good.
Speaker 5 (02:47):
Illinois could be a sleeper playoff team like Indiana was
last year because their schedule was pretty easy too.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
Maryland's like right in the middle of that conference.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
You know their their defense isn't great, but Malik Washington
is the real deal. So hopefully he develops and stays
there for a few years and they'll be back to
a consistent bowl squad, all right.
Speaker 3 (03:07):
Sam Oustry from the Score, you can find him on
social's first initial last name s O s H.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
T R Y.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
I'm Sean brace the daily take it. God, shut up,
Tony reality. I haven't thought of him since around the Hornet.
He's up to something, He's no, he's gonna get paid. Yeah,
of course he's a great personality.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
He is.
Speaker 3 (03:30):
You want to talk about somebody that's an uplifter. Yeah,
he You know, he's been through a lot personally, and
he's lived that out, you know, for everybody to to
be witness and he deserves more credit than anything for
just dealing with that. God bless him in his family.
But ultimately he is a great television personality. And you
know what people starting to see. It's not exactly the
(03:51):
easiest thing to do, is it. I thought I thought
you could just plug and play. You throw in anybody,
any personality, it's got some following, and it's likely give
them a time slot. It's going on over there at
that barstool show. Oh, I had no idea where you're going.
Sorry that you're picking up, but it's not Is it
(04:12):
fair that I could be critical twos not.
Speaker 5 (04:15):
Based on the ratings because I think it's a digital
show and their footprint is.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
And you're replacing shows because they got bad ratings. You
can't get bad ratings.
Speaker 5 (04:26):
Yes, but if you can have that digital footprint that
still sells to advertisers, like, it doesn't matter that much
what the TV ratings are.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
They're not going to compete with Get Up. They never will,
they never will compete with I'm not asking you to
comp with Get Up, and I'm asking you.
Speaker 5 (04:39):
To compete with Breakfast Paul Well, I don't know what
those ratings were. I doubt they were very good, worse.
I think also people more people will take time to
get into it. But look, it's it's a tough The
audience is gen Z, younger millennial types.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Okay, those people live online not I don't.
Speaker 5 (05:00):
I can't tell you last time I turned on the
TV to watch something that's like a studio show. Ever,
and I love PT I love these shows. I don't
turn on my TV to watch studio shows. You consume
it all online and that's what Barstool is, and that's
what they will. They got to clip those clip all
those segments and put it online YouTube, right.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
I just know that they never give people a grace period.
I know that they're fast to rip anything and everything.
So I'm like, okay, shoes on the other leg.
Speaker 5 (05:31):
But the breakfast ball and all that stuff, Like, I
didn't see anything from them, not a clip.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
No, I don't know what they were talking about. I
don't even know who the personalities was.
Speaker 5 (05:38):
You will see the wake up Barstool stuff even if
you're not watching it on TV because Barstool runs the internet.
I mean, it's absurd, not even a Barstool guy, but
it's just.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
It's it's everywhere. They mean, yeah, they can kick off now.
I had to.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
I had to block a few accounts because it's just absurd.
Like I don't care about the beach House, I don't
care the chicks at the office. I don't care about
the knockoff shows. Like give me the cream of the
crop and keep it moving, right, Like there's way too
many opinions that like I just don't care, and you're
shoving it down my throat. My algorithm is so they
are good at what they do there. I just want
(06:16):
to point out two things. One, it's it's not as
easy as people think, like, yeah, you just give us
an opportunity, we'll get it. No, you need somebody to
star it. You need a personality to do it. So
I don't think that they have that. They're still trying
to figure it out. But you really don't get that
long of a grace period if your ratings are as
bad as they are. At least that's the way it
used to be. Maybe they're looking at a different lens,
(06:36):
like you're pointing out, maybe that's the case. And then finally,
could you do a letter a little bit better promotion?
Because I tuned into one day and they had Gruden,
Like if John Gruden's your co host, that's like, could
we start there? Like put portanoid to the side. It's
not about him, it's about Grudog, Like what are we
(06:57):
doing now? And nobody knew that, Like I didn't know it,
And it's like that's the reason to tune in. If
you got Gruden, let's go I don't know whatever, we'll
see what happens. Let's get to college football, though, let's
do it. Where are they at this week. Where's the
big noon kickoff?
Speaker 1 (07:11):
Oh, it's a good question. I don't know. I thought
I knew, and.
Speaker 5 (07:15):
It's got to be a Big twelve or Big ten school.
But what are the best matchups? Let's look it up.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
I don't know, actually, because they was thinking of Iowa
State and Iowa last week.
Speaker 1 (07:23):
Yeah, all right, well we'll put that to the side.
Moving on Northwestern. There you go, there you go. It's
it's an off week for sure, Northwestern.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
How many points Western will Oregon put up against Northwestern
is a good question.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
They're playing Oregon.
Speaker 5 (07:37):
Yeah, yeah, that line is twenty seven and a half.
They could do another sixty plus piece.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
Did you see Dan Lanning pregame? Yeah? That video fired
me up. Yeah. I love him. I think he's the
best pregame spicker in the country.
Speaker 5 (07:50):
He's a prett damn good coach too. He's a hell
of a coach. I say, I love anyone would play
for that guy, went through wall for that guy.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
If you missed it.
Speaker 3 (07:58):
Gundhy from Oklahoma State had some dumb things to say
for whatever reason, and it wasn't even a point of
like Landing was harping on it, but he was like yeah,
you boy, you know, just almost like three hundred.
Speaker 5 (08:10):
With it, right, Like it wasn't even that crazy what
he said. He just said they can pay a lot more,
and they do, and that's why they're better. And it's true,
like that's why Organ's better because they pay a lot
more for their players in this day and age, that's
how you win.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Yeah, I can get down with that. But he's built
the hell of a program.
Speaker 5 (08:27):
Oh absolutely, you know you got he's such a great
recruiter because of how great a communicator he is and
all these things.
Speaker 3 (08:33):
But they do have to pay a lot to get
the kids out to the Pacific Northwest.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
Yeah, one Lake, he's not far, no, but his headquarters
what down the street.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
No, my point is, is like convincing a kid to
leave mom and dad from the East Coast to go
to the middle of nowhere in Oregon. You know you'd
better be backing that up with a couple of dollars.
Can't wait. It's gonna be a fun game, Oregon Northwest.
And that's a twenty eight and half points spread here
on DraftKings Sports Book. Let's go ahead and stay with
the noon kickoffs. And I'm curious to know your thoughts
(09:01):
on Temple and Oklahoma right now, I am seeing back
up the twenty three and a half, uh Sam Austree
twenty two and a half on DraftKings, So I am.
I think I got twenty three if I'm not mistaken.
Twenty three and a half is where I was at.
I took it two days ago. It dropped down to
twenty one and a half yesterday. Back up Oklahoma money
(09:24):
now coming in here. Game being played at the Link.
Temple's been tough, but they've played Howard last week, right like,
you know, come on now, they've been scoring points.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
I like the coach. I think he's building something.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
And then of course he's gonna get shipped to somewhere
else because that's what happens with Temple's coaches. But oh no, Oklahoma,
we saw what they're capable of. John Tier could very
well be the Heisman Trophy winner, and that is an
explosive offense in a fast, fast defense. Will they be
locked and ready to go for this noon kickoff against Temple?
Not a lot of people in the crowd. You heard
(09:58):
the reporters talking about it's a high school game. Some
high schools probably even pack most high schools pack and
more fans will actually be there too as well. But
your thoughts on the game. If I made you pick
a side, you take him twenty two? Are you given
twenty two with Oklahoma?
Speaker 5 (10:12):
Do you know who has the highest quarterback rating in
the entire country? Is it the kid from Temple, Evan Simon.
He's the Temple quarterback. He's been great. I mean, look,
they've played really bad teams up to this point, but
he's been great.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
The offense looks fun.
Speaker 5 (10:26):
Look that they play hard, like when you watch him
in stripes, they play hard. And yeah, but this is
an ultimate ultimate leftdown spot after that Michigan game for
for Oklahoma, it's like, you get up everything for that.
How you possibly supposed to get up for this Temple
game in front of an awful crowd?
Speaker 1 (10:44):
I don't know how.
Speaker 5 (10:45):
I mean, I do understand the geographical and economic reasons
why Temple plays at the Link, but like, let's figure
it out somehow. They don't have to play the Link
so it doesn't feel like they're playing in front of
two people every single Saturday.
Speaker 1 (10:58):
Regardless, it's a.
Speaker 5 (11:00):
Hard game for Oklahoma to get up for coming off
that Mission game when they played awesome when they're coming
on the road against Temple, a game that they should
just dominate. But the spread started twenty four and a half, correct,
and then went down to twenty one and a half.
And now you're saying it's at twenty two. So there's
start money. There's a lot of money on Temple spread.
(11:21):
I don't know exactly, Like Temple's shown some good stuff.
They're gonna play hard, So I probably leaned Temple a
little more just because if of the letdown spot for Oklahoma,
but hopefully it's a competitive game in South phillip Yeah.
Speaker 3 (11:32):
I took Temple, took the points and said, you know what,
let's just roll with the part of the reason what
you just said. You know, after playing Michigan nationally televised game,
then you got to come to Lincoln Financial Field, empty
place at noon kickoff. Yeah, that's gonna be tough to
get up for it. But they are very capable of
putting twenty eight.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
Fast on you.
Speaker 3 (11:53):
That is a tough, tough Oklahoma team. It would not
shock me if the Oklahoma Sooners are the SEC champions?
Speaker 1 (11:59):
Would it shock you if that's the case. No, No,
it wouldn't shock me.
Speaker 5 (12:04):
Okay, it wouldn't shock me because the their quarterback player
has been pretty awesome and and I just like this.
I mean, this conference is so deep when you go
through this conference. But like what they showed against Michigan
was really impressive and it was defensively too. Yeah, Like
like Bryce Underwood came in, he had an awesome Week
one against really poor competition.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
He was completely it wasn't like bad. He was just
shut down.
Speaker 5 (12:23):
And he is a runner, he's a running quarterback, but
he hasn't really showcased that. I think part of the
reason is because Oklahoma did a great job of containing
him and not letting him get loose, so they wouldn't
shock me if Oklahoma could win the conference.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
I got a nice number for you. What is it?
Fifteen to one?
Speaker 5 (12:39):
Yeah, I mean I like it, Like, like what the
teams that are definitely better than them?
Speaker 1 (12:43):
Right now? You got Texas, you think they're better than Oklahoma? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (12:47):
I still think they just lost to Ohio State by
a touchdown when their quarterback was awful.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
Like the Ohio State is the favorite toin the national title.
Speaker 5 (12:56):
Like I'm not like batiling on Texas because they lost
by a touchdown. That defense is still unbelievable. October eleventh. Yeah,
that'll be a hell of a game. Who else do
we got that that's definitively better?
Speaker 1 (13:08):
Georgia, LSU, Yeah, big LSU.
Speaker 5 (13:11):
Absolutely, Bama, No, not absolutely not, there's plus six fifty.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
Yeah, I'm not going with Bama just yet.
Speaker 5 (13:18):
Am No. I would definitely say Georgia. But this is
a big week for Georgia. See what they do against
Tennessee and Texas for sure. And who's the other one
I'm missing right now? You already said it, but I'm
blanking on the name Georgia, Texas s U ls LS.
I think Alis you could win the entire thing. Top
(13:38):
transfer class has already proven that that that's worked out decently, Garrett.
They have the run game is like almost non existent
sometimes and they can't They have to have more balance
with their offense. But Garrett Uspyer is probably the best
quarterback in the country right now, so I think his
arm alone could carry LCO. Was a really difficult schedule
coming up into the College World Playoff and.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
Beyond get involved in the conversation at Fox PHL Gambler
got one in the SEC. That's a good question to
throw out there. For the people who do you have
winning the SEC A lot of money to be made
if you're looking down the board as usual. But all
in all, even if you want to take a team
like LSU, who you've been able to watch and have
come away impressed and rightfully so you can get them
(14:17):
a plus five.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Hours Georgia the feverite because it's Georgia. Great program.
Speaker 3 (14:22):
How's Alabama plus six fifty unless Haley Ostrom or whatever
her name is, the one putting the odds out there.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Took her. She deleted her Twitter account. I saw that. God,
I saw that. God. That's rough. Her Instagram account ig
threw it.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
She posted a picture of her with like these things
on underneath her eyes.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
Poor girl.
Speaker 3 (14:44):
But at the end of the day, man, if you're
not going to do your job, get out the way,
get out the way.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
Look, Gunner Stockton hasn't been impressive, has he.
Speaker 1 (14:54):
I don't think so.
Speaker 5 (14:55):
Their defense is good, but like Marshall kind of like
moved the ball against that so full team. I like
Georgia this week a lot similar to what Julian was
talking about earlier. It's tough to bet, but I just
I don't think this Georgia team is like, they're not
my best team in the SEC. I put Texas and
AlSi you ahead of them.
Speaker 3 (15:11):
I want to see Tennessee when that game so bad?
Speaker 5 (15:14):
How's Alabama there too? I mean, we're talking about Caitlin
the board. That is a name recognition for things, but
like it's not.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
It's more the.
Speaker 5 (15:21):
Coach recognition that should matter more than the brand recognition,
and that coach right now does not have his program
on the up and up.
Speaker 3 (15:26):
I'll tell you what, man, Timeline was rocking two days
ago because of her, and then all of a sudden
something happened yesterday that just completely took her off there.
Speaker 1 (15:38):
So you build out, yeah, build out a little bit
on that one. But the man, everybody was.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
Coming at her neck, and I was just saying, look,
from a PR standpoint, the AP like somebody has to
step up and answer, but they're not. They nobody's said anything.
My thing is sixty two voters.
Speaker 5 (15:55):
The AP voters are comprised of mostly people who cover
specific teams or regions. I forget exactly what she covered,
maybe USC or something she was from USC. Yeah, and
some and other guys who people are coming at covered
like LSU or just like Louisiana.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Or Tennessee, whatever it is.
Speaker 5 (16:12):
So how are those people who are covering specific teams
all day Saturdays supposed to watch the rest of the
country and know what's going on nationally.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
There were people that put answered that question that we're voters,
that we're honest and said, look, man, I've been up
late night checking tabs.
Speaker 1 (16:26):
I got fifteen games, Like I do.
Speaker 5 (16:28):
I respect, try to respect those people, and respect those
people they deserve their vote. But for the AP just
to assume that most people who are just covering a
region or a specific team are looking at everything going
on nationally and deserve a vote vote, that's just naive
by the AP that's handing votes to these voters. So
what I would do is I would just make it
all national people, people who are covering the sport nationally.
(16:50):
Only allow votes to those people so they can actually
justify their vote.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
And look, at the end of the the AP means nothing. Nothing.
We argue about it.
Speaker 5 (16:57):
Yes, and I'm with you like her right now? That
was her answer. If I had a vote, I would
take it super seriously. I do think so she shouldn't
say that. But as as someone who follows the sport, like,
and the way she said it with the californ.
Speaker 1 (17:13):
And everything works out, it was a bad clip. I'm
sure her dms were very, very nasty, and that's the
problem with it.
Speaker 5 (17:21):
You're right, But if I was like, I would give
it to the national collection or national collection of people
who cover the sport on the broader scale, because that's
those are the people actually know what's going on around
the country.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
So it's on the voters to me.
Speaker 5 (17:35):
But again, when the Colgreable playoff committemes around, they're not
looking at the AP for one second. It's about public
perception early in the year. Yeah, it's cool when you
have a school that's not usually ranked. Oh yeah, we're
ranked top ten for the first time since whenever. Sure,
that's cool, that's nice put on the PR banner, but
it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
When the playoffs roll around, this is the perfect time
to blow it up.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
Just re reinvent itself, change it, put more into it.
You can, you can elevate everything, you know, like, just
if you want to reinvent, now is the time to
do so. And I think no one would say different, right,
you can get different voters in there. Hey, we want
to change our direction, and you can make the AP
(18:14):
mean a little something more if you're able to create
something around it that's different than what it is right now.
I don't know what that is, but I would love
to have a shot at like, uh, you know, reinventing
as like that's fair.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
And another system that needs to be reinvented is the
Heisman Trophy voting system because there's what like five hundred
people and some people who literally don't follow the sport.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
I have no idea. I doan't only vote for their guy.
Speaker 5 (18:38):
I don't know how that award allocation takes place or
the voter allocation takes place, but like some of the
people have to vote. It is shocking. John Jansen's got
to vote. Yah, good for him. At least he knows
what's going on, correct. I know some people I don't
even want to look and vote in this conversation, who like,
I mean, I could. Some of their credentials are just unbelievable.
How that someone I don't know who decides it gave
(18:59):
that I'm a vote is It's unbelievable.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
It makes zero sense.
Speaker 5 (19:03):
And yeah, they assume when they give so many people
a vote and it's like six hundred people are voting
on it, it'll just bounce itself out and even back
to the mean or whatever. But still like, come on, like,
let's let's get a committee of like twelve or twenty
people who really know what's going on, like the NBA
MVP or something.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
All right, let's keep it going here as far as
games on the field, and nobody cares about the AP
voting except for us.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
But that's all right me.
Speaker 3 (19:25):
I actually researched it, like in the last forty eight
out before ever they went down yesterday. I was like
spending time on trying to come up with like how
it works and why and who gets to choose these voters?
And I did a lot of research, more than I
ever have before, so I was learning things on the
like when who was here was it? It was Shaan Binhart.
(19:46):
He goes, how many people you think are voting? And
I would go based off of her answer, what two
hundred people? And he's like, no, sixty two. And I
was like, dude, like that ain't right, and she's one
of them. Come on, man, you gotta take your job seriously.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
If that's the case. All right, Clemson Georgia Tech.
Speaker 3 (19:59):
Let's talk about this game, Haines King, of course, coming
back Georgia Tech. Everybody loved them coming into the season,
and rightfully so. Clemson licking their wounds. They were able
to sneak out of victory against Troy, lost the opener
to LSU. This game is being played in Atlanta at Tech.
It's a monster, monster spot for Georgia Tech. But it's
(20:19):
only a three and a half point spread. Clemson is
favored on the road. Are you backing them Tigers, Kate Club,
Nick and Company at Tech?
Speaker 1 (20:27):
Or are you gonna roll with the ramblin I like Clemson.
Speaker 5 (20:30):
It's such a great bilo spot for Clemson, such a
great bilo spot because they have not looked good. We
know what happened against LSU. But that Troy game, it
was sixteen oh, I believe correct. And then and then
Clemson makes this huge run. They score twenty four one
answer in the second half. But when it was sixteen oh,
I wasn't watching it live. I was checking checking my phone.
Sixteen oh, all right, I'm turning this one on like
we're gonna see upset cities. Clemson season about to end
(20:53):
in week two and they could still obviously win the
ACC and and get an automatic qualifier, but start zero
and two, it's a massive uphill bat from there. So
I started watching that second half and then Clemson just
dominated them. But they did not look good in that
first half at on. Yeah, you could say it's a
lookhead spot, a potential letdown spot come off that LSU game.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
Still they did not look good. But this is still
a really good Clemson team.
Speaker 5 (21:13):
Kay Klemnik was one of the Heisman favorites coming into
the season, and he's still a great quarterback even if
he hasn't showcased that the first couple games. So Georgia
Tech is good, but at minus three, give me Clemson,
all right, So we.
Speaker 3 (21:27):
Do have a game tonight. Anything for you in the
wolf Pack versus the Demon deakins a Wake Forest that's
a seven point spread. Pack came back with an impressive
victory against Virginia beat East You to open the season.
They're two to zero Wake. I've only watched a little bit.
There's seven point dogs at home. I think we're gonna
see this. The NC State score a bunch of points,
so I'd be interested to see their team total that
(21:48):
quarterback and sling it for State.
Speaker 1 (21:50):
Forgive me, I forget his name.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
I think we might see some points for NC State
on the road clean track down there.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
We are looking at thirty and a half.
Speaker 3 (21:59):
Yeah, you know, look, it's tough number to hit, but
give me the over on thirty and a half. If
you made me, give you a play in that one.
Definitely take NC State minus a seven as well. Anything
for you.
Speaker 1 (22:08):
Yeah. CJ.
Speaker 5 (22:09):
Bailey's quarterback for NC State. It over twenty four hundred
passing and he could last year. He can really throw
the ball. Wake Forest an awful program right now. I
mean who they almost lose two Week one I believe
was Kent State. That was a battle Week one for
wake Forest. So this is a really bad program, struggling
football program for wake Forest. I don't care if they're
home sports centers there. We're just watching it. I don't
(22:30):
really know what's going on there.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
They're always Matthew Berry is talented. He is awesome what
he does there. He does what McAfee does on Thursdays,
goes into the pit, does all.
Speaker 1 (22:43):
That whatever booth and calls the game. Seriously, he's unbelievable
what he does. They're always at the Thursday site.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
Correct, he's always doing the dumb things that they're known
to do and stuff like that, and like get milk.
Speaker 1 (22:56):
Shit was like taking a.
Speaker 3 (22:57):
Shot last year, and then the game later he is tremendous.
I actually was exchanging tweets with him over that last
year because that blew me away.
Speaker 1 (23:07):
He did some of Coastal Carolina. I'm like, how are
you calling this game?
Speaker 3 (23:10):
He was a maniac at Coastal Carolina doing some sort
of like oh, they were throwing footballs in this hole
trying to cash in.
Speaker 1 (23:18):
And again it's like the McAfee experience with the college kick. Uh.
Speaker 3 (23:22):
And then next thing you know, he's calling the game
and he was tremendous and it was such a good game.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
I'm like, dude, how are you doing it?
Speaker 3 (23:27):
He went back and forth to be pretty cool stuff there,
but a lot of talented people nonetheless.
Speaker 1 (23:32):
Anyways, tonight let's go pack back them. Yeah, back to
pack for sure. First.
Speaker 5 (23:36):
I just think they're way too talented offensively in wake
Forest is a troubling program right now.
Speaker 3 (23:41):
Friday, we need some winners because we're gonna be out
in the town up there at Happy Valley. Here's where
we're at it's an easy one on the board. Fade
the Bruins.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
Yep, that's exactly what I was thinking. New Mexico.
Speaker 3 (23:55):
We're taking the lowbos plus the points in a major way.
Hopefully we can build up that bank roll tonight with
a win, maybe two wins with the Packers, and the
Commanders will hit on that on the other side.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
But yes, it is fade Ucla.
Speaker 3 (24:09):
Get in it at now. It's fourteen and a half
to not get under the two touchdowns. I fully expect
New Mexico to be terrible, but man Ucla is brutal.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
We'll see what happens.
Speaker 3 (24:19):
It's gonna be a lot of fun to watch those
games Friday night from Happy Valid but broadcasting live tomorrow
starting at three pm from Penn State. Getting ready for
all things Villanova and Penn State. Right here on the Gambler,
He's Sam Austria, I'm Sean Brace. We're gonna put a
bow in this. On the other side. Once again, the
college football conversation continues. The Sick Gos two out of three,
ain't bad. You get Tansey, you get Mark Henry Junior
(24:39):
coming up at five o'clock, swinging and dinging. At six,
the question to get you involved, use people college football.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
Who you got win in the SEC? Who you got
winning the SEC?
Speaker 3 (24:50):
Yeah, only a couple games being played right now, But
if you had to take a shot at somebody to
win the conference, who you putting your money behind?
Speaker 1 (24:58):
