Boys and curl else it is good to be bad. Hello,
another edition of the Daily Ticket Show, Race Riding Solo.
First day back here on a Monday, gorgeous outside, perfect
day to return. A lot to discuss in the sports world.
But you know where I'm going to open up, and
(01:19):
that is with the last week's hiatus and the great
reason why, of course, the birth of my baby boy,
a brand new baby boy brought to the world. Wife
and baby are doing great, tremendous, unbelievable bucket filled of
emotions that just don't even tell the full story, to
(01:43):
be honest with you, So here we are. He was
born on Wednesday, and of course a couple of days
into it, got back on Friday from the hospital and
could not be more happier about being home and with
everybody being able to see him over the next few days,
but had the parents over, just an incredible feeling. Of course,
(02:04):
if you've ever had a child, then you know. If
you have not had a child yet, wait till you
do so, because it changes everything. And then so but
got a five year old girl and a brand new
baby boy and could not be happier. It's just thrilled
to death. Lane Michael Brace. If you did not know
(02:25):
you follow me on socials, I put it out there,
Lane Michael Brace. We went with Lane as his name.
And the main reason why, without going to in depth here,
my wife liked Lane Johnson's name. She liked the name Lane,
and you know, we were talking at the full disclosure.
It's been easier. I've said this before. It was a
(02:47):
heck of a lot easier in my opinion, naming my
daughter than it was coming up with a boy's name.
And for whatever reason that was, I have no idea,
but it just was difficult, and we had a few
that we liked. I was pitching Cooper before Coop did
what he did in the Super Bowl. I'm trying to
(03:07):
think of the other ones, you know. I had some
fun stuff from years ago. Avery was a name that I, oh,
it's one of your girls name. No, well, yeah, you
can do whatever. I thought it would be a good
boy's name, and it goes back to Steve Avery, who
was in my It was a picture for the Atlanta Braves.
For some reason. One of the first baseball gloves I
ever had had Steve Avery as an autograph on the palm,
(03:29):
and I just thought it would be a cool little
throwback for a baby boy. But it is what it is.
We went in Lane and true story. One of the
reasons why I dug Lane was Lane Kiffin. Right. He's
got a little swagger, a little attitude about himself that
I think a lot of self confidence that I think
we would all love to have, strive to have. But
(03:51):
then you look in famous lane's you got Lane Staley,
Alice Change, you got Lane Johnson, First Round Hall of Famery,
bit your ass, great pick by Chip Kelly and Lane Kiffin.
And other than that, the lanes don't really run all
that deep. There's a famous Lane that was a bull rider.
I'm trying to think. You know, we talk about Penny Lane.
(04:12):
We can go into those roads, but you know, it
doesn't really it's not as popular as you would think.
I don't know. I thought it was going to be
a heck of a lot more popular. Maybe we are
right before the trend as I was for Cooper, which
everybody is naming Cooper at this point in time. But
it's a great name. Nonetheless, And as I said at
the top of the list is the health. Everybody is
(04:33):
good to go. We we gay, we gay birth. My
wife gave birth, we brought the baby boy brin Maar
brent mar Hospital, top notch from top to bottom. And
you know, again, hats off to anybody in that industry,
in that medical field, because what you guys and girls
do is incredible. Night basis, daily basis, just returning for
(04:58):
more and lives are at risk, you know, in your hands.
A lot of vibes, to say the least. But with that,
let's keep it moving here and put a picture out
once again on social So check out baby Lane. He's
in the world, the little nugget. He's six pounds two ounces,
a really really small guy. My daughter was a heck
(05:20):
of a lot more. But he's coming into his own.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
Man.
Speaker 2 (05:25):
It's pretty funny, sleeping a ton, living the life that
we all want to live. All right, let's get to it.
Where do we start. Man, it's been a few days,
of course, since we had the opportunity to discuss all
things NBA Playoffs, and we had a game seven that
did not deliver yet again in the Oklahoma City Thunder
(05:46):
victory yesterday, a game that you know, I did not
think that Denver would have enough as far as gas
to go into that environment, that arena, the death that
Oklahoma City has and putting it all on the line
for one game. Again, It's it's just one of these
things where it hit me when the Eagles had the
(06:08):
opportunity to go up against the Commanders and the NFC
Championship game, like the one reason why I was so confidence.
I'm like, you're dangling an opportunity to go play in
the biggest game of their careers and and good teams
just aren't going to miss. They're going to raise their
level and they're going to deliver. Now have we seen
dubbed duds? The perfect example Toronto Maple Leafs last night
(06:33):
with what they did against the Florida Panthers. I think
Florida for one final score, no three, not them. I
caught the third period but you know, things are a
little bit different these days, so we we catch what
we can. But you know, again, nothing's perfect. Nothing's ever
going to be one when it comes to picking these
games or deciding to go with, you know, a home
(06:55):
team or an away team, whatever it may be. But you know,
full disclosure, I've loved, we loved Oklahoma City. I think
it was seven and a half yesterday, if I'm not mistaken,
it's seven and a half against Minnesota in Game one tomorrow.
I loved OKAC in that game against Denver, and they
showed up just a little bit too much for Denver.
Denver pushed them. Who knows what was going on as
(07:17):
far as all those injuries, But you gotta give Denver
a ton of credit just to get to that spot.
Take the Oklahoma City Thunder, best team in basketball one
of and you know, just bringing them to seven games,
forcing it to seven games, having them on the ropes
multiple times in that series. You know, Look, it's tough,
that's why you play seven. It's really difficult to get
(07:39):
four out of the seven. But you gotta give Oklahoma
City a lot of credit. And I said, Denver for
what they were able to go through and firing the
coach a week before. Whether that was a good move
or not, it happened. And then to get to where
they went to a game seven coming up just short,
no doubt, when you have that championship, it's a tough
pill to swallow. I get it, but I think they
(08:00):
deserve a lot of credit with that. Again. Tomorrow night,
Game one Oklahoma City and the Minnesota Timbelfs Game one
in okay See home court advantage of course, going to
the thunder there and with that one twenty five to
ninety three finals score, it was essentially over in the
second quarter where Oklahoma City outscored Denver thirty nine to twenty.
(08:22):
They did trail heading in to that second quarter. But
that's what okay See just said. All right, see you
all right, Speaking of Ceya, the New York Knicks are
in the Eastern Conference Finals. Twenty five years, twenty five
years and they're in the ECF and they're back. They're
(08:42):
back in. And for them to beat the Boston Celtics,
a team that they did not beat, I know, we
heard about that stat one hundred times, a team that
they did not beat in the regular season. And for
them to beat the Boston Celtics the way that they did,
they handled them. That was a must win. Game six
at the Garden wasn't even close. And the Knicks were
(09:05):
the better team in that series. And I really do
believe that even if Tatum was healthy, I don't think
that Boston's winning that series. I think the Knicks were
the better team. They looked more hungry, physical. They did
get some, you know, some contributions for some other players
not named Jalen Brunson, and in some spots, you know,
(09:27):
when it comes down to those fourth quarter stretches. It's
just it's a different monster when you have a guy
regardless if he goes off, regardless if he's you know,
filling it up from outside or going for thirty five plus,
which I don't think he has yet in these playoffs.
Let me pull up cat numbers. It just there's got
to be some sort of comfort to where you get
(09:50):
this team feisty. All right, So in the playoffs right now,
geezh oh, thirty one. He cat scored thirty one in
Game one on against the Detroit twenty seven. That might
not be Game two. Sorry, that's it because I figure
what that went there. Anyways, he went thirty one, twenty seven.
He had twenty one, twenty one, twenty three, nineteen twenty
(10:12):
one against the Celtics there at home. Now, I just think,
like I said, when you get into crunch time, and
and that's all the Knicks want to do, they want
to keep it close. If it's close. Now you're in
their world. Now they could be physical. What refts are
swallowing the whistles Now they're on, They're on you, and
especially when you're playing in that home environment, getting that
(10:33):
going through your body, that buzz. They deserve a lot
of credit for winning the way that they did against
the Boston Celtics. And and as I said, when you
get a guy like Karl Anthony Towns where Brunton's gonna get,
you know, all of the attention, but cats down low
in the corner, give it to me on the outside.
He just he'd commands a respect and attention. Now, it's
(10:55):
not to say that three other guys are running over there. No,
I'm not saying that Mike Keil Bridges the same thing.
Like if you put Bridges on an island and he's
got to go to that free throw, fade away jumper
that he always pulls up that's that's his you know,
that's his comfort zone, that's his shot, and he's knocked
that down a bunch like he delivers, you know. And
(11:17):
and like I said, the bread and butter for this
team is the fact that they are aggressive and in
your face, relentless on both sides of the ball, rebounding
like it's just it's it's impressive to watch the New
York Knicks.
Speaker 3 (11:31):
It is.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
And they put it together. They went out there and
made trades that some people might have said that they
didn't need to make trading. Dante DiVincenzo and Julius Randall, oh,
by the way, are having great playoff runs themselves. You know.
They go out there and spend the capitol to get
at Karl Anthony Towns, to get mikel Bridges, and it's
(11:54):
paying off for them because these things aren't easy. And
they were able to get Brunson. And I know he's
the catalyst, but Josh Hart has been a huge figure,
a huge role. We saw what he did last year.
They put together a really nice roster. Gibbs is coaching
his ass off. He's got them believe him playing well.
It is an unbelievable run right now. And they deserve
(12:16):
all the credit in the world. Now, when it comes
to whether or not you think that this team can
go off and win the Eastern Conference Final, I you know,
that's another discussion. But for today's show, for right now,
if you're a basketball fan and you've been paying attention
to these playoffs and watching these games, it's impressive. It
(12:39):
really is, and they deserve a ton of credit. I
said that a bunch already starts to show with these
teams that are advancing. But I can't help it to
talk about these teams in that manner. When we look
at the seventy six ers who made what the playoffs
nine straight years? Was it nine? It was an unbelievable run,
but it never got past the second round. Well, here,
the Knicks are somewhat similar, and their stars are healthy
(13:05):
and able to play in crucial parts. And oh, by
the way, knock down the jumpers. Knock down the big
buckets here, and the role players are playing well. The
guys that they traded for are playing well. And like
I said, it starts and ends with Jalen Brunson. He
is the guy that has that team believing and if
it's going to come down the stretch and Brunson's got
(13:26):
the ball in his hands. It just has that Kawhi
Leonard vibe where you know it's going in, it's going in.
I know he had some stretches there where he struggled.
I'm not trying to make him out to be superman
like some people are, but you can't argue it at
this point in time. You just got to take it.
Cecie Schambanard on that one. Who Oh, by the way,
is coming up next pick and Roll, Sam Oustry Shambinard,
(13:49):
that is coming your way at four o'clock. We'll have
that for you. And what I do know is this,
those guys are about as dialed in as it gets
when it comes to the NBA, both wagering and talking
about the games itself, the x's and o's, also catching
you up with everything from around the league, news and notes.
Sam does a great job for the score, of course,
(14:09):
Sean crushing it for DraftKings, but all in all, Pick Swap,
he just he covers the sixers like nobody else. So
great listen coming your way. Those guys are getting together
every Monday morning right through till we crowd a champion.
As far as the NBA Finals are concerned. So it's
great to have that show here on the station here
(14:29):
on a Monday. First day back. Can't wait to get
back in studio, But that's gonna come next week. This week,
slowly but surely again, just easing into it, and then
I'll be back next week live in studio at three
pm and we can get all systems go right into
the Memorial Day weekend. That's the goal, to get in
before Memorial Day weekend, have some fun of Memorial Day weekend.
(14:52):
And the goal along all along was June one, let's
hit the gas pedal. So got a lot of stuff
lined up for the summertime. Some great, great sponsorships that
I'm gonna be hitting here in just a second. The
Tick Pick, which we are rolling with right now. We
started rolling with them back at the Truest Championship. Talk
a little bit more about what they have to offer
(15:12):
Gerhart's with their Memorial Day sale coming up Rita's. I
had so many Rita's tasty treats, sweet treats over the
past two weeks. And the weather is right for riatas
you know that, So no better time than right now.
All right, the NBA Eastern and Western Conference Finals. I
guess the coolest thing right now is that we're gonna
have some new blood. But I think the Knicks the
(15:34):
last time that they wanted the NBA Championship, hang on,
Jared Smith had it. I apologize. The other three teams
have never won an NBA championship. So here we are
looking at history, looking at teams in there that have
never done what is possibly about to be done as
far as in their franchise history. Yeah, seventy two to
(15:55):
seventy three for the Knicks, Tea Wolfs Never of course,
thunder Never and Pacers. You would think that the Pacers.
You would have thought the Pacers with the great Reggie
Miller and Rick Smith's and Larry Brown and Dale Davis
and the debtless Shrimp Pacers teams in the nineties, great
(16:15):
Mark Jackson. Let me think here, Chuck Person, that's a
good one. Yeah, George McLeod of course, Reggie, Yeah, man,
Pacers where that fun team to hate. Reggie was just
at that ultimate pain in the ass. As if you
(16:36):
didn't know already, that's the ninety team there. Anyways, later
in the nineties they were much more successful. Of course
at the end though I'm not too surprised that they'd
never won it, but they had a pretty darn good
team for a lot of those years. But yeah, Michael
Jordan was in the league. I'm sure we all know that.
All right, Keeping it moving though, because a lot to
discuss here on the daily ticket here on a Monday,
(16:57):
first day back. As I said, NBA, NBA of Eastern
and Western Conference Finals, coming our away, all getting started
tomorrow seven and a half. Okay, see on DraftKings Sportsbook
two fifteen and a half as your total in that
one last time that these two teams met. First of all,
I think they've split the four times that they have
met this year three times in the twenty twenty five
(17:20):
calendar year. One time last year. Let me pull it
up real quick, real quick, real quick. Last time that
these two team matched up was on February twenty fourth.
The game was being played in Oklahoma City and Minnesota
ended up winning one thirty one to one twenty eight.
And that one Minnesota one thirty to one. Excuse me,
(17:41):
Minnesota was a home Oh they went back to back.
That's a bad job of me. Oklahoma City won the
first night in the back to backs on the twenty third.
That game was in Minnesota. They won one thirty to
one a twenty three setball teams on the road and
back to backs, took the game and respected oppositions home court,
(18:01):
and then on February thirteenth, so they played three times
in a month of February. February thirteenth, the day before
Valentine's Day one sixteen one oh one, Minnesota ended up
winning that game in Minnesota, and the New Year's Eve,
December thirty first, Oklahoma City ended up winning one thirteen
to one oh five. Oklahoma City was a six and
(18:22):
a half point favorite in game one, covered the number.
The next three Oklahoma City went from a nine and
a half eight and a half and a twelve point
favorite and did not cover any of those games. Now,
I think that's interesting, it's something that we want to
look at here for this game coming up tomorrow, a
forty PM Game one in OKAC seven and a half
(18:43):
two fifteen and a half. That's exactly how I'm looking
at this. Put the rest, put everything that OKAC had
to go through to get past Denver to get to
this spot, just calling these squads as even as possible.
Game one zero zero, I do believe you're going to
(19:03):
see a Minnesota Timberwolves team come out and be aggressive,
be relaxed. You know, in that opposition environment, that could
be a little bit crazy. You know, aggressive relaxed back
to back doesn't really make sense. But on the floor, aggressive,
mentally relaxed, and I like Minnesota to keep it close.
(19:25):
I think Minnesota could go in there and steal game one.
I think it's a stretch. I'm with you. I'm not
going to bet plus to forty five in the money line,
but if you made me make a wager in that game,
give me seven and a half all day, give me
Minnesota seven and a half. I realize that this could
get ugly. Minnesota could come out and relax the days
to go, be happy with being in the game one spot.
(19:47):
I'm past that this isn't this isn't that Lakers series
where we thought that that would be the case. And
I'm looking at Minnesota as a live dog here seven
and a half two fifteen and a half. I'll stay
with from the t, but give me to seven and
a half all day. We'll talk more about props tomorrow.
We'll get into a lot of that, And of course
I'm gonna be recording with some some gambler gang folks,
(20:08):
Mark Henry Junior on tomorrow show. We got Kyle Fisher
joining me On Wednesday, Sean Bnard and I are gonna
get together. Beef and I are gonna record Sam Austrin
and I are gonna record so great daily tickets coming
your way this week before we get back into studio
next Monday. All right, now over to the east side
of things. Let's talk about the Pacers and the Knicks.
(20:29):
First of all, Nick's four point favorites at home to
twenty three and a half. I don't think anybody would
be surprised by that number at all. What I do
think people might be surprised by is when you look at,
you know, some of those games from last year and
how they played out, and whether or not those are
(20:49):
going to play into this year. I get it. I'm
not here to tell you that they will. But you know,
the Pacers were ready for that moment, and a lot
of the talking points that we're looking at this year
were said last year point blank. And I think that
this Pacers team could very well beat the Knicks even
(21:10):
going into the garden, and a lot of very similar
affair to what took plays last year in the second
round in the NBA Playoffs. This is a really good
Pacers team, well coached, solid roster. Haliburton's playing well. And
I know that the Knicks have the home court, which
is a big deal. But when it comes to that number,
(21:34):
I thought it would have been a little bit more
in favor of the Knicks. It got as high as
four and a half in the game three affair. Yeah,
they played three times this year. Back on October twenty fifth,
that's the highest number. The Knicks for four and a
half point favorites, Andy or Knicks for three and a
half point. Ferris Knicks were two point favorites. They won
two out of the three. The only one that they
(21:56):
did not win was one of those games in Indiana
another tenth. Again, Pacers were a different team back in
those days too as well. Not much you could take
about the take from those matchups during the season. I
just look at this Pacers team right now, and I'm
not ready to put a cap on them. At the
same side, like, I don't want to bet against the Knicks,
(22:16):
but if you're telling me to make a play in
Game one and both of these series I'm going dogs.
The dogs are barking. Give me seven and a half
in Minnesota and give me to four points with the Pacers.
The expectations, and I know the Knicks are playing really
loose right now, but the expectations exist so much for
the Knicks than the Pacers right now. I think everybody
(22:40):
is looking around going, you know what, it's great that
they were able to do what they did last year,
and they had a really good season this year, but
it's the Indiana Pacers. Everybody is banging the drama for
the New York Knicks. So there is a lot of
pressure on the Knicks to get the job done starting
on Wednesday night at the Garden. Is that going to
(23:01):
make a damn bit of difference on Wednesday when they
throw the ball up? Probably not. We know what, We're
going to get a back and forth affair. And I
know the Celtics came back from No No Celtics Blue Series.
That's right, quite the opposite. I think that Celtics were
able to muster up a comeback in one of those
games if I'm not mistaken against the Knicks. But the
(23:23):
majority of the time the Celtics had twenty plus point
leads in the Knicks blue and they blew it against
the Knicks. The Pacers, that's a pesky team. It's a
tough team to put away. It's a tough team to
put away. And I'm looking at what the Pacers have
shown us in the last few weeks, and of course
(23:43):
the end of the month or into the NBA regular season,
they were playing really well. They were one of the
better teams in the league record wise, and they're still
playing right now. There's only four teams left. There's no
flukes here. The Pacers were the better team. You know.
The Cavs dealt with some injuries still, though I don't
think anything's gonna change with that one. They look like
the more hungrier team. And on the flip side, the
(24:05):
Knicks were in that spot against the Boston Celtics. Now,
what happens when you match up two teams right now
that similar mental makeup as far as aggressiveness is concerned,
we'll find out. But right now, Game one, you're looking
at four and two. Twenty three and a half is
your total in that one? Quickly on this series of
markets here, okay, see to win the seven game series
(24:27):
minus three thirty two Wolves plus two to sixty five
Knicks minus one forty five Pacers plus one twenty five.
No surprise there on that one. Again. I just think
I think that's a big number for the I think
the Knicks should be favored by a little bit more
if if oddsmakers were looking at them and in that
championship light. Not to say that if they lose this
(24:48):
game it's over for them, but I expected just to
tad more in favor of the Knicks. Here we are, though,
I'll go ahead and I won't bet this game. I
won't bet this series because I don't really care their way,
and I'm not going to sit here and tell you
that I'm actually pulling for the Knicks. I do think
it would be all right to see him like as
far as you know, raising the level of attention in
(25:12):
the NBA Finals, I do think that that would be
pretty cool. The t Wilson okay see, it's kind of
a wash, right, I think at this point in time,
okay see would be a better sell. You know, s
G a MVP. People have been trying to put him
on a pedestal. I there's a deserving, deserving, so understood.
(25:32):
But this is an opportunity for him to really show
what he's got for a new audience, people that have
been just tuning in, you know, all season long, as
far as NBA is concerned, and seeing SGA play, he
plays at both ends. That's a big thing that people
want to bark about. Defensively, SGA delivers it's a wash, though,
she wolves. Okay, See, I don't really see too much
(25:53):
from a from a ratings vibe on that conversation Nicks
and Pacers. Though it's it's it's night and day. It's
it's about as drastic as it gets when it comes
to the difference of the ratings and people tuning in.
So if the Knicks are in the NBA Finals, watch out.
And as much as it pains me to say it
out loud, because those fans are brutal and we would
(26:18):
be doing the same thing, everybody calmed down. Somebody texted
a group the other day like, what would happen if
you know we were in that spot, and I'm like, dude,
we would shut the city down. But I think the
bigger question would be how would we act as a
city if we had an in downtown arena, which I
know is no longer the case. But that changes things.
(26:38):
You walk out of the garden, you're in the middle
of it, you know. You walk out of Wells Fargo
Center A, you're away from everything except for Exfinity Live.
And that's it. So understood. Anyways, NBA, let's go front
and center, big week for us here on the Gambler,
Shan Bernard sam Ostri. They're coming your way next, So
don't touch that down. Keep it locked to the Gambler
(27:00):
right here, all right, keeping it moving from other things
over the weekend quickly on those fightings. Pretty good, pretty
good weekend, right, you know, great great day yesterday to
get down to that ballpark and see that pitching matchup
where Skeens, Yeah, he get down there like Paul Skeens man,
he's gonna absolutely light the world on fire. And then
(27:22):
all of a sudden, what happens. Yeah, Skeens delivers, but
Mick Abel goes absolutely berserk in his debut the fifteenth
overall pick Round one twenty twenty MLB draft, and Mick
was certainly able six innings pitch how many times? As
that said today nine strikeouts got the win, And I know, Luke,
(27:46):
Luke Arcaney had some really good tweets on it. Let
me just pull up one thing because he was down
at the game yesterday and he said, I kept track
of every single able pitch during his debut yesterday. This
was my favorite stat. He got behind him count just
eight times in his entire debut. Seven of those eight
times resulted in him battling back and getting the batter out,
three of them being strikeouts. The only other time the
(28:10):
ikf single in the fit, he was caught stealing on
the next pitch, no batter that got ahead. In the
account on mc gable, I started, reached second base. Pretty
cool stuff. Great great stack, great start. Anyways, So the
Phillies find a way to win a close, close ballgame.
And man, you know you're a dominant pitcher when you
deliver like Skiens did yesterday. Where Skiens goes eight innings,
(28:35):
three hits, one earned, one walk, nine strikeouts, no home runs,
and he gets the loss. Tough pill to swallow, but
a lot of the great pitchers they go through those
sort of things. So it is what it is, as
they say. Anyways, Phillies want to nothing victory over the
Pittsburgh Pirates. And that was a clean sweep at home
(28:58):
and a much needed swee by the Phillies there against
the Pirates. They got to keep it going. Now on
the road it taking on the Colorado Rockies, and again
the Rockies one of, if not the worst team in baseball.
I believe that they are right now. Sanchez on the
mound this evening, eight forty pm, first pitch taking on
(29:20):
Kyle Freeland minus two thirty eight total coming in at ten.
Phillies absolutely need to sweep. No offense butts about it,
and I think we would be all in agreement on
that one. We'll talk more about the fightings tomorrow, of
course with Markimmer Jr. And I'm gonna get Luke Arcaney
on the program Kyle Fisher as well on Wednesday. So
(29:40):
a lot of Phillies conversation coming your way this week,
all right, keeping it moving from the weekend, and of
course Scotty Scheffler when it is third Major, and man,
I'll tell you, Scotty is in a stratosphere to his
own at this point in time, and it's the same
old song and dance weekend week out, and when he
(30:01):
doesn't win, that's when you're like, wait, how did he
not win? Scheffler took home approximately three point four million
of dollars and the PGA win yesterday not a bad outing.
I had a backup driver. I was reading a little
bit earlier this morning. But just simply dominated, never really
sweat and all three. This is from Patrick McDonald, a
(30:25):
CBS Sports He said, all three of Scottie Scheffer's major
triumphs have come by a margin of three plus strokes,
making him the six man in history at that achieved
that mark and first since seven Ballastors claimed his second
two green jackets, only two men have more in their careers,
Jack and Tiger. Scheffer won by five on Sunday, converting
(30:46):
a fifty four whole lead into a victory for the
sixth consecutive time. He improved to ten for sixteen in
his PGA Tour career. He is unbelievable, simply in a
statusphere to his own. And it was no shock that
he was able to get it done. And John Rohm
played well, some really big names at the top, but Scheffler,
(31:09):
who didn't have it going in the first two rounds,
and I know he said it as much. I just
always thought that, you know, look, this is just opening
up an opportunity to get on him or Bryson d
Chambeau is what I was saying as well, Bryson coming
up short, similar to what took place last time that
we were able to see Bryson and the Masters had
(31:29):
the look, had you know, the moments, but just had
a couple of bad shots. I think he put one
in at I think seventeen if I'm not mistaken, in
the drink and he never really recovered from that mark
moment on. But a great weekend of golf at the
PGA Championship down there at Quail Hollow. Your thoughts. Love
to get you involved at Fox PHL Gambler. At Fox
(31:51):
PHL Gambler, I'm back baby. Let me know what caught
your attention this weekend. Anything from the Eagles perspective. I
saw that Nick Siri got a brand new deal. Any
thoughts on that, and of course the schedule will being
released last week. I'd love to hear all of your thoughts.
Anything that I missed that you want to get me
up to date on. Please f Fox PHL Gambler. Let's
(32:12):
keep the conversation going.
Speaker 3 (32:14):
Speaking of keeping it going, how about this, and we
just brought up the Eagles and the Eagles the official
game day experience for the Philadelphia Eagles is owned.
Speaker 2 (32:27):
And operated by Tickpic t I c K P I
c K. Now, I know we go from any different
app or outlet to pool tickets, whether it's our favorite
concerts or sporting events. But here's what I do know.
Nobody offers what the what tickpic has offered here. They
(32:47):
got the cheapest NFL tickets simply put you go ahead,
best price guarantee you'll be able to find exactly what
that means. It's got a pretty cool website where it
will show you how much money you've saved. All you
gotta do. You go seat the seat, and it shows
you on the bottom of it everything you can see
how much money you're going to save and every one
(33:09):
of those single seats, you know, pairs or fours, whatever
you got you're looking for, and it will tell you
what you're going to save versus the other websites that
are out there. And if you see a lower price
on the same ticket somewhere else, they'll give you a
one hundred and ten percent and tickpick credit and they
simply put their names on it. Tickpic kicking down the door,
(33:29):
of course, teaming up with some of the big franchises
out there in all of sports, and as I said,
teaming up with the Philadelphia Eagles as well. We're rolling
with them, and I know that last week we found
out that the Eagles and Cowboys will be opening up
on Game one. Game one link and Financial Field where
the banner drops. Yeah, you bet your butt, I'm gonna
be in the building. Tickpic dot Com is where I'm
(33:52):
gonna get my tickets. I already started looking. Can't wait
till we get a little bit closer to some of
these games coming up here in the NFL season. We
got a really good home home schedule. I'm gonna be
taking advantage of every one of those games I can
make all through tickpick dot com. You do the same
out there as well. All Right, once again shout out
to tickpick for rolling with the Gambler and iHeartRadio. Let's
(34:13):
keep it moving here and once again, NBA conversation coming
your way. On the other side, Sam Austrey, Shan Bernard,
they got it covered all things NBA Playoffs. It's down
to four. Who's gonna be playing in the NBA Finals,
Who's gonna be winning the crown? Now is the time
to cash in fire up DraftKings sportsbooks. See some of
those numbers you can fit, you can wager on from
(34:33):

but definitely keep it locked right here to the Gambler.
Four picks in roll with Sam Ostri and Shan Bernard.
