Speaker 1 (00:00):
If you can wager on it, we're talking about it.
It's the Gambler, the Fox Sports Radio, the Gambler. Fox
Sports Radio in Philly is the Gambler, The Gambler, Philly's
home for all things sports.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Gambler.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Let me hear you all say, how.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Let's go bars, bars in a good afternoon, everybody.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
It is a football and the food of the Eagles
are in the NFC Championship game on Sunday Friday. I
am Sean Ray's Adam booth Our returning champion back in
the house.

Speaker 5 (00:50):
Adam measured off the jump. I can't add that here
on this football.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
How are you doing.

Speaker 5 (00:58):
The NFC champion and ship game on Sunday? That means
I wrote an email earlier today and I knew there
was gonna be a smart ass comment coming right after it.
I said, that means one more win and we are in.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
The super Bowl.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
Of course, somebody said, yeah, thanks, thanks for spelling that
one out.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
But you know, every once in a while we need
some help.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Let me hear you all say, gee, ow me me me.

Speaker 5 (01:25):
No, let's go back. She stuck the landing. She's a
rough approach. That's all. As long as you you know
you get everybody home safely.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
That's all that matters, all right.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
It's my favorite part of that clip is the dude
you here after she messes up the first second letter,
He's like, wait, what what he stumbles to say, keep
it going, Keep it going, keep me going.

Speaker 6 (01:45):
Oh, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Today is gonna
be a fun One chance is going to join the
party coming up in a little bit, and Jeff pearls
our gb C Champion, he'll join the festivities at four
thirty live from Las Vegas.

Speaker 5 (01:59):
Uh not Elton hand just yet, but we'll break that
one down again. GBC Gamble Bowl Challenge, all of the
Bowl games picked via the spread.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
And all the way through the national champion. It was
a tight race.

Speaker 5 (02:13):
It came down to the very end, but Jeff Parlos
was insane. What a great run by Parlos representing the
squad out there by Sports by the Book in the
South Point, so the belt.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Stays in Vegas. He'll join us at four point thirty.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
Of course we'll talk all things AFC and NFC Championship game,
maybe mix in a little bit of the NBA as well,
because man, I do want to say this just quickly
if I could. What Joker is doing out there in Denver.
It's it's not real, it's unreal. It's it's just it's
Wilt Chamberlain esque. And I don't mean to say it

(02:47):
like that, but it is. These are the things that
are being and and somebody said this on sports Thater.
Forgive me, I'm gonna steal it. But he goes like
anytime somebody said something about Wilt Chamberlain, it was like, yeah,
I think about the people that he played against that era,
YadA YadA, YadA.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Yeah, Now what are we saying? He's shooting forty eight
percent from downtown at him?

Speaker 3 (03:07):
But does he have to guard Shack? All right, what's
what's the next one are we going with? But did
he have to guard Dwight Howard?

Speaker 2 (03:15):
You know what?

Speaker 3 (03:16):
We got Paul George playing center right now. It's a
different world that we have. You know, this might not
be No, everything he is doing is It's the same conversation.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
When I have when people talk about show.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Hey, Otania, I'm like, we all need to sit here,
and especially as Philadelphia fans, I know we're all wrapped
up in the Joker versus em beads stuff.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
And all that. But well we were, if you will,
but we all.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
Have to just sit back and say, my god, this
is great, and just as a fan of sport, just
take yeah exactly, just when.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
You get an opportunity to watch him, tune in.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
And there's still money to be made as far as
the MVP is concerned. He's plus three fifty on MVP
for DraftKings. I know everybody already gave to SGA, so
correct me if I'm wrong at him.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
There's still a lot of basketball to be played.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
We haven't even gotten to the All Star Game. I mean,
I I get why. And SGA is the dude. He's incredible,
do you not get me wrong. But there's a lot
of game line, a lot of game.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Left, all right. But over to the NFL, not a
lot of action left.

Speaker 5 (04:09):
Unfortunately, only three more games left for us as far
as football fanatics are concerned, and AFC and NFC Championship
game is where we start, as we often do. We
did have some movement here as far as the line
coming in, and a little bit surprising, it's for the
Bills and the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
It's now up to two and a half. Chiefs are
favorite forty.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
Eight and a half, and Adam, I say, it's surprising
because over the last two days I've been rolling out
the polls.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
I've been you know, questioning some friends. Obviously you start
to see a.

Speaker 5 (04:43):
Lot more of the predictions on ESPN, and you like,
you're seeing a lot of positive Bills conversation. A lot
of Bills can do it. This is the time. They
don't turn the football over, they don't make the mistakes. Houston,
did they beat themselves? I don't really necessarily believe that,
but these are the things that are being said. So

(05:05):
here we are now two and a half, going the
way I think it should. So we did have some
slight movement there and a bump on the total in
forty eight and a half. And that's the only movement
we've had between the two games.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
And it all took place in the AFC Championship Game.

Speaker 5 (05:21):
Now let's start with the Philadelphia Eagles at him because
here we are, Yeah, six points spread forty seven and
a half is our total here and I just want
to play a fun game to get the party started
on a football. The Philadelphia Eagles are in the NFC
Championship Game on Sunday Friday. I love that yes, and
when I ask you, the best chance to win for

(05:45):
the Philadelphia Eagles, and I know six points is the
ats and that's understood, and we'll give our predictions today.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
I've a been on record all week that I could.

Speaker 5 (05:56):
See the Eagles winning by ten. I could see this
being a tight game. So I'm probably going to at
the end of today's show say that I will take
the six but very reluctantly say that, knowing what it
takes to go into that hell hole on Sunday, what's
going to happen, being at that Minnesota Vikings NFC championship game,

(06:19):
being at that forty nine Ers NFC Championship game, and
just saying like, okay, you think a rookie could come
in and win that game.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
I'm not going that far, but I do expect this
to be a good game.

Speaker 5 (06:31):
I digress to you, Adam though, your first time here
in twenty twenty five.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
Great to have you on.

Speaker 5 (06:37):
A football Friday, a football the Philadelphia Eagles are an
NFC championship game on Sunday Friday. I love it so
the best chance to win for the Philadelphia Eagles. When
I say that to you, because that's all we care
about what's your answer, what's your response to that, Adam Booth?

Speaker 2 (06:52):
Protect the football.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
I think that's the biggest thing that you have going
for you here is protect the football. You know, when
you played the ball franchise a couple of times ago,
they're the Commanders, but I'll still call them the football
Franchi Commies.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
To the Commies.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
I look, I think they I you know, if I
was a fan of their team, I would have loved
to have the football team gear that just said Washington
across it like that. That's now like vintage, and that's
a very interesting era in your team.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
So yeah, exactly, I love that.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Look, you got a team that when you played them
the first couple of times, Washington is very good.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
They play sound defense. Offensively, they're a lot better than
I thought.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
A lot of people thought they were going to be
coming in with a rookie quarterback, but they've been planning
to build this team for a while. They've added these
pieces over the time. You know, it really just shows
you how much getting the right quarterback can put everything
else on another level. And for sure, Jalen Daniels might
be the right quarterback. But this is the number one

(07:53):
thing is it is a rookie coming into Philadelphia for
an and for spot to go to the Super Bowl. Uh,
he can be in This is a two pronged attack.
It can either be the greatest or he can shrink
in that moment. And when it came to case Keatam
a couple of years ago coming in against the Eagles
shrunk in that limit, brock Purdy got injured. But even so,

(08:13):
like it's it's one of those situations where it is
very tough to win this in this facility. I think
sirianni Is winning percentage in Philadelphia is over seventy five percent,
you know. And I just think if the Eagles do
what they've been doing a lot recently, which is protect
the football, not given any turnovers, not and drives early

(08:33):
and make sure that Washington isn't given immaculate field position
for any particular reason, you should be able to win
this game. It's made for you to win this game.
You have all of the things that help you win
January football, which is you have the trenches. You have
a defensive line that's regular mall with linebackers, true linebackers

(08:56):
that Philadelphia hasn't seen in a long time. Shouts to
Kobe Dean for not being here. But Zach Brawn, Jeremiah
Trotter Junior, these guys have come and said we will
hold the mantle.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Yeah he will. Great so.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
And look, I think the unsung hero of the offensive
line is Becton. I don't think he's even talked about
nearly enough of how he's come in and played really
sound offensive line with the rest of the Jurgons, and
and and Johnson and my Latta, you know, the regulars.
That's what wins you January football. When you can open

(09:29):
up holes for Sakwon Barkley to run two hundred yards,
when you can get into the backfield of Washington, that's
what's just gonna win you football games. That's what gets turnovers,
that's what gets interceptions. So if you can win the
turnover battle, that's the number one thing for me. You
win the turnover battle, I think you'll win on something.

Speaker 5 (09:45):
And Jayden Daniels doesn't make those mistakes, I will give
him a lot of credit for being a rookie quarterback.
And and this is potentially if they do win this game,
which we just have to be honest with with our
conversation here today. It's one football game, anything can happen.
I've heard plenty of people will say that these both
games are coin flips. I tend to believe that the

(10:06):
Chiefs are going to beat the Bills, and I don't
necessarily think that that's a coin flip.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
But we'll we'll see how that one plays out. And
more and.

Speaker 5 (10:13):
More it's you know, at the beginning of this week,
I felt like, oh, double digits Eagles.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
You know, good luck Commanders coming in here. Eagles are
gonna have their way.

Speaker 5 (10:21):
And oh, by the way, the defense is a hell
of a lot better than what the Detroit Lions or
the Tampa Bay Bucks. You know, like we've proved our
worth versus this commander's team. They were going to win
by twenty plus points if Jalen Hurts did not get concussed. Yeah,
CJGJ got thrown out of that game. That was a
huge deal. Like it was in their yard right. They

(10:42):
ended up getting the calls a little bit, a little
bit slammed towards their directions, So I give them all
the credit. I think they've scored three touchdowns on answered
in that third quarter. Yeah, and they were all passing
touchdowns by Jaden Daniels. Yeah, that was a nice win
by them. And oh, by the way, the Thursday night
game here in Philadelphia was a pretty close game too.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
Yeah, it was.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
It was a good game. It was a very good game.
They're a good franchise. I think the Commanders are ahead
of schedule. If I would say, I believe it'll be
the Eagles and the Commanders in this division for a
hot second, being the ones. I don't know what's happening
in Dallas. It seems like it could be a dumpster fire.
It seems like they could figure it out in a
couple of free agent moves. I don't know, but the
Commanders are set up, and people forget Washington historically is

(11:24):
one of the better franchises in the NFL in terms
of support, in terms of fan base, in terms of
like when they are good, the Commander fan base is
one of the best in the NFL. So them being
good right now is going to elevate them even more
because the fans are going to come back.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Even though that stadium is terrible.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
Josh Harris, for all the things I give him crap for,
he's going to improve that situation there for sure.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
So I think the commanders are going to be here
for a minute.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
I think this is one of those moments where and look,
I look at Sam Darnold a couple of weeks ago
when he came into that emotional charge situation in Arizona,
and I'm like, are you ready for this moment? And
he was like, I am not. After having a phenomenal season, Mike,
do you.

Speaker 5 (12:09):
Get the feeling that Jaden Daniels will have something like that?
That is that something that's going through your mind? Or
are you going on the opposite of that? You know,
he's built a little different. He is definitely cut from
a different cloth. I don't think he'll be shook, but
I do believe it's it's human, it's human nature.

Speaker 2 (12:26):
You know McNabb threw up in the Super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
You know it's allegedly, but even so, I think I
sat in my own eyes, but that's what I'm saying.
But even so, like, it's, man, how are you not nervous? Like,
how are you not looking at that situation? How are
you not being like, especially in a situation where the
commanders haven't been to this moment since I was one
years old. It's been a long time, you know, I'm
about to be thirty five in a couple of weeks.
This is a moment for that entire fan base that

(12:51):
has been even in that city where the capitals of
one of France have won a title, yep, you know,
the Nationals of Wona title. The Mystics shut out the Mystics,
Natasha Cloud and the Mystics.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
Look at you.

Speaker 3 (13:04):
But Washington has experienced good times, but they love similar
to like a Miami situation, the kings of that city
are the commanders. So for them at their top of
their level, that's beautiful for them, But it just seems
like that might be a bit too much weight.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
It's just the.

Speaker 5 (13:19):
Reality of where we're at right now, with four teams
standing and they're all playing great football.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
It's just I.

Speaker 5 (13:25):
Think that I'm pretty sure that the Eagles are a
better football team and if they play to their ability, which.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
As you pointed out, correctly, what they do really well.

Speaker 5 (13:35):
You know, like regardless of Jalen Hurts, if he's dealing
with a little bit of an injury, I know it's
going to be an issue. But it starts and ends
with sae Quon Barkley and that offensive line, that unit
and on the flip side. This is a super Bowl
caliber defense. They were the number one overall defense when
the playoffs started. I was banging my desk here and
just screaming from the mountaintops that it's only happened in

(13:58):
NFL history one other time since nineteen seventy that a
team went into the playoffs with the number.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
One defense and the overall number one rusher.

Speaker 5 (14:06):
The other one was the Dallas Cowboys in ninety two
and they won the Super Bowl. So this is a special,
special opportunity. They have a home game, which we did
not expect that it would happen. Oh, by the way,
history now it's kind of fugazy because the change of
the playoff format with the addition of the wildcard team.
Then you know now and it used to be the

(14:26):
one in the two seed got the buys. Now the
one seed only gets to buy. So this would be
the first time that a team could play three home playoff.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
Games and potentially win them all.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
And the Eagles, of obviously, with this opportunity at hand
with a trip to New Orleans, this is a crazy
little spot for both teams. The Eagles have been at
home forever five straight games, the last game that they
were on the road was against the Commanders back on
the twenty second and then this is the fourth straight
game for the Commander's. Joe Fortenbaugh had a number that
it was essentially.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Three and one.

Speaker 5 (15:01):
I want to say, ats and an zero to four
straight up for those road teams in that fourth game.
And it makes sense because you're talking about a championship game.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
You know this is the best of the best.

Speaker 5 (15:12):
The Philadelphia Eagles were the best damn team in the NFC.
I will say the under The Lions had their argument,
but I was always on the side of the Eagles.
The Eagles were a better football team due simply to
the fact that Detroit was dealing with a ton of
injuries on the defensive side of the ball. So I
just had to be realistic about that. Hutchinson was the guy.
If hutch was out there, I think I might have

(15:32):
sang a different tune. He's that much of a playmaker. Yeah,
But without him, that Detroit Lions defense took a huge hit.
So I thought the Eagles were always the better team,
the class of the NFC. So here they are with
an opportunity to go to the Super Bowl. I want
to get everybody involved, a lot of people tuning in.
We got the great Adam Booth with us here. Janson
going to join us coming up at three point thirty.
Lot of traction and videos and content on our socials.

(15:56):
Give us a follow at Fox Pho Gambler and while
you're there, hit us up and let us know your
thoughts exactly to question number one here today and the
best chance to win? What gives the Philadelphia Eagles the
best chance to win? And for me, Adam, you said
no turnovers.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
Yeah, I felt strongly about that. I like it.

Speaker 5 (16:19):
I like it, but I'm going defense, defense, and specifically upfront.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
Oh, Jalen Carter, Yeah, come on down. That's that's a
fair Come on down, big man.

Speaker 5 (16:33):
You know, like I, I remember seeing it when the
play happened, but really did not give it the credit
that it was due. He forced, I believe the first
or the second fumble. I want to say the second
Stafford got. Yeah, that's right. Nolan Smith forced the first one. Yeah,
he forced the second one, just popped it out of
his hand. He was a menace in that game. He

(16:54):
saved the game with that last sack.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
A third downs.

Speaker 5 (16:58):
Yeah, the tight end was Orlowski broke that one down
on television.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
He was streaking. That's where Stafford was going. He had it.

Speaker 3 (17:05):
He had like you see it in real time when
you watch that play over again, the Eagles are da
on that play because it was it was it looked
like that was a rap and Jalen Carter just miraculously
broke through the double team that was obviously happening and
got to the quarterback in those conditions with no footing
whatsoever in ice skating. He got to that. I mean,

(17:28):
look the when he's that good look. Apparently drafting the
entire Georgia defense was a good idea. I don't know,
it just seemed like it made a good made a
good couple of picks.

Speaker 5 (17:39):
Them dogs dogs out nice like that first one I
played this. Yeah, I would just say, like, of course
we can go say Kwon Barkley offense. You know, but
even if Barkley goes for a buck thirty, which is
over his total at one twenty five and a half
on DraftKings Sports was just insane, insane, And I got

(18:03):
Greenberg on ESPN this morning, go, you can't put that
number high enough?

Speaker 2 (18:08):
Oh yeah, really? All right? Anyways, but it comes.

Speaker 5 (18:12):
It starts and ends with that defense, and if they
can deliver what you know they've been showing us all season,
given that potential from the secondary with slay and and
and the coup of course Quenyon being back in the mix.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
Uh, CJGJ.

Speaker 5 (18:29):
Who you know, It's so tough to say it because
Jalen Carter is far and away the best defender. But
CJGJ is so heady. He packs a punch when he
comes through. He knows like he's a smart, smart football player.
He's got the knack. You know, he had the big
pick six against the Cowboys. Remember two years ago, he
led the team in interceptions. He's he just makes an

(18:50):
impact no matter where he is on the defense.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
Side of the ball. But it starts and ends up front.

Speaker 5 (18:56):
And if say, if if Jalen Carter can reek Havoc,
that's where I believe that Jayden Daniels is going to
have the moments where it's like, oh yeah, you're still
a rookie kid. You're still a rook slow down, you know,
and it's just you have to get in there own
the line of scrimmage pressure.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
I know that they're going to move the football.

Speaker 5 (19:20):
They have a good offensive coordinator, they've been able to
do so. I'm looking at the Commanders right now. They're
a hot football team. I don't think anybody should should
deny that, but they are flawed, and I think that
the Philadelphi Eagles defensive front can go ahead and pry
and pick at that scab that we call a flawed
at this point in time.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
Yeah, I mean, look, if you look at if you
look at the play throughout the entire season, the Eagles
are two drops from only winning losing one game the
whole year. You have that one drop with Saquon and
then you have the other drop with the DeVante Smith
correct those against the Commanders. Against the Commanders, I mean
you again almost win that game without Jalen Hurt, without

(20:00):
with Tanner, with Tanner McKee correct becoming a god out there,
you know, like, I'm sure his phone's gonna be ringing
when this once this offseason begins. You have an opportunity
here that is very unique in the fact that you
know what it takes to get this done, you know
the game plan, and you know even their best shot

(20:24):
took a lot for them to still win against you.
They still have about five turnovers in that game, if
I remember correctly, and even with overcoming that, I just
think if the Eagles play sound football it's I hate
the cliche, but if they play their games, oh yeah,
it just doesn't seem like it doesn't really seem realistic
in terms of the Commanders getting a w. Now, if

(20:45):
the Eagles make mistakes, or if the Commanders capitalize on
some on some flaws or some faults, then we can
have ourselves a game. But it just for most of
the season for me, the Eagles were head and shoulders
above the rest of the NFC. And I think we're
are about to come to the conclusion. Even my friends
who were not Eagles fans, Bravens fans, people from all
over are like, yeah, I expect the Eagles in New

(21:06):
Orleans like they when they saw the Eagles and how
they played that, I expect you guys in New Orleans.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
So I know we all do. Man.

Speaker 5 (21:12):
Like I said, the conversation has already started everybody. But
that's what you have to do when you're in this world.
You got to start planning ahead. They can't just all
of a sudden come Munday and hey, let's go. No,
we started talking about possibilities where we could be what
are we doing?

Speaker 2 (21:26):
So on and so forth. It's going to be fun.
Too many.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
Crank up that Mardi Gram music, Crank up that New
Orleans funk.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Oh man, it's gonna be fun.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Imagine Eagles fans in New Orleans for a Super Bowl
like with that kind of energy.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
It's embarrassed that I'm not gonna be there, but it
is My baby showers that weekend, so I can't it.

Speaker 5 (21:46):
Is, I said, you know what, Like I was able
to make it last year to Vegas, I was hoping that.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
The Eagles would have been there.

Speaker 5 (21:53):
Obviously did not take place this year New Orleans and and.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
Speaking of baby, I'm expecting in.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
May, so Sa see so yeah, timing, well, it's getting
a little tight.

Speaker 5 (22:06):
Plus we got a trip to uh see Mickey and
Mini down there in Orlando. Oh yeah, not exactly cheap,
So tough to swing both of those trips. But I digress.
We're gonna have a lot of fun here and that's
what it's all about, being with friends and family, and
of course the crazed Eagles fans.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
Grease the Poles, Baby, grease the Poles. All right. We
got Adam Booth with us here. I want to get
everybody involved.

Speaker 5 (22:30):
We do have one guy checking in John Jackson double
J sixty nine. He said, I said, what gives the
Eagles the best chance to win on Sunday? He said,
everything simple. He's a simple man. Double J sixty nine
is a simple man.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
He speaks all truth, if the everything and all things,
it takes everyone, it takes all of us.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
As Jalen Hurts says, will this be a tight game?
It could be.

Speaker 5 (22:56):
Will it be, Adam, Look, I'm pinning you down, Okay.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
No, no, And the reason why it won't be is
I just think after the Packers game, which I thought
was going to be the toughest game in the playoffs
for them. That's what I thought was twelve and but
it was. It was weird, it was ugly. They should
have dominated, Honestly, they didn't.

Speaker 5 (23:17):
Packers had a good defense, so I give them a
little bit more benefits than others.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
But we didn't play good.

Speaker 3 (23:22):
We did not play a goa correct And but again,
Jaleen's coming off in concussion first game.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Back, yeah yeah, yeah dah. And then you got to
play in a snow globe.

Speaker 3 (23:30):
I mean, look again, you probably should have executed a
little bit there, but again, you're playing in a snow globe.

Speaker 5 (23:35):
I understand things, which is funny because you would think
that people thought it was like an indoor arena. The
way that people discussed how this offense looked in the
passing game, and Jalen wasn't out.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
It's like, guys, like, do you elements? Did you did
you watch that game?

Speaker 3 (23:50):
There's too many people who involve themselves with box scores
and not nuance, and it's just like look in a vacuum. Yeah,
we can talk about the in a troll snow globe
like we're talking about icy conditions. It was freezing rain
that turned into snow as it got colder, thick stuff. Yeah,
it was a nasty game to be a part of

(24:11):
across the board. So I don't take ninety two percent
of what happened in that game with the Blader saw
other than Pukinakua's catch, which I thought was amazing. Other
than that, nothing else do I say? I give it
normal football.

Speaker 5 (24:21):
I give it a lot of credit to the ground
crew too. Oh they work their butts off to make
that even a playable surface, because that was just like
I was on the field for the Packers game. I know, yes,
shout out it was great, great shout to the Phoenix.
But it was great, but it was also like, wow,
this seals tough. This feels like if I was wearing cleats,
this might suck, you know. And now with that, so

(24:42):
if it's just cold and even though I'm here in
it supposed to even possibly.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
Ball me forty plus, like if it's.

Speaker 3 (24:48):
Just like I just say, like, all right, cool, let
the let's get a couple of screen passes to Devonte
Smith and AJ Brown.

Speaker 2 (24:54):
Let's say Quon run for just like a just one hundred.
That's it. Let them get like one hundred and ten.
And I think you're gonna win. You're an off day
for him, but that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (25:02):
I think you're gonna win if you just do that,
you know, and and don't turn the football over.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
Don't turn the football your key. That's I mean, that's
the biggest thing. Don't That's what I'm saying. We don't
need bombs, you know, unless unless A. J.

Speaker 3 (25:14):
Brown is so open it looks like he's at a
wa wai two am and Delco. Don't don't, don't risk
a thing, just like I hate the phrase game management
because it makes it sound dirty, like it makes it
sound like, oh, he's incapable of doing anything more.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
I'm like, just do that, ye yo, Jose Mourinho park
the bus. Let's win.

Speaker 5 (25:35):
Like, lo, what are we doing now? You're gonna be
losing all of our half our audience on that one.
What I liked it for the five guys who got that.

Speaker 2 (25:41):
Thank you. Here's a J.

Speaker 5 (25:43):
Brown yesterday talking about exactly what you just said.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
Hey man, at the end of the day, just win.

Speaker 7 (25:48):
I can't worry about what happened in the past or
even these past two games. Only can look at the
film and learn from it. And it's just kind of
how the game has been going. I said after the game.
You know, I'm okay, we want and I hear some
incredible blocks for the spring touchdowns. So regardss of if
the numbers are not there, I know people care about that,
but right now, you know, none of that matter. It's

(26:09):
all about getting a win at the end of the day,
So it don't matter.

Speaker 5 (26:14):
You know, there are people out there and in the NFL,
there are players in the NBA, there are players in
the NHL, there are players in Major League baseball that
they want to get theirs and you know, when it
comes to winning the game, it's not so much secondary,
but they're unhappy if they don't get there.

Speaker 2 (26:34):
So I I hear AJ, and I believe Aj. I do.

Speaker 5 (26:40):
But AJ knows he needs to come up with that
grab at the goal line. AJ knows he needs to
be getting the ball more than three catches in two games.
Like he knows that if he does more, which he
has done all season long, it is only going to
lead to a better chance of the Eagles coming out

(27:01):
on top.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
So there's disappointment in that.

Speaker 5 (27:03):
But at the same time, dude, like, if they're able
to get to the Promised Land, if they're able to
get to another super Bowl, which would be two in
Nick Sirianni's four year career, short career with the foot
of Eagles, like everything goes away, none of it matters,
none of it matters.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
And that's just the reality where we're at right here,
right now.

Speaker 5 (27:27):
I feel Aj on that I do. You know, he's
out there reading the book. He's been doing it.

Speaker 2 (27:32):
All season long.

Speaker 5 (27:33):
He's talking about blocks, whatever it needs to be done
for them to win this game. On Sunday, AJ's going
to do it, and I would like to see him
get involved a little bit more, but again, I don't
think you need to if you're going to have success
with Saquan and that offensive line.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
This isn't all hands on deck situation. And on top
of that, you're stacked. Like, I really don't think everyone
takes apart this Eagles roster the way that they should. Yes, say,
Kwon Barkley is a god, and we all know this,
but like Kenneth Gainwell is a really good running back,
really good catching back, great catching back. Dallas Goddard is
an absolute beast when you allow him to be. You know,

(28:10):
Davante Smith and Jahan Dotson like you even when guys
got hurt, the call ups of I forget who was
the backup tight end, but even when he came in
Conca been great.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
So you don't need Aj Brown to go off to win.

Speaker 3 (28:24):
And I think aj understands this, And I think at
this stage, when you're this close to immortality, Amen, it
hits different, you know, like it's just like I don't
think you know, if we go back and ask zach Ertz,
what were your numbers in the Super Bowl, He's like, No,
ring Son like you know, or Corey Clement or any
of these guys.

Speaker 2 (28:43):
It goes back to but did we win though? And
that makes you a god? I love it.

Speaker 3 (28:48):
Let's go birt.

Speaker 5 (28:49):
John Janssen's walking in and on the other side will
continuous conversation. What gives the Commanders the best chance to win,
What gives the Buffalo Bills the best chance to win?
What gives the Kansas City Chiefs their best chance to win.
We're gonna answer all those questions. We got Jeff Parlos
live from Las Vegas. But before we take this quick
time out, I want to hit you boys with some trivia,

(29:12):
some AFC NSC Super Bowl trivia.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
It's that time of year. Think about this one.

Speaker 5 (29:19):
If the Kansas City Chiefs win on Sunday, there'll be
the fourth franchise to reach three straight Super Bowls. Can
you name the other three? Think about that? Take a second,
ding or daily take it back.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
After this spreads totals and all the prop that's in between,
it's the gambler.
