first draft and a gentleman by the name a young
point guard out of Syracuse. Well was the guy that

little everything. We had no idea what we were in
for as far as the early parts of Sam Hanky.

I remember I interviewed Sam Hanky after that draft how

Carter Williams came on my radar about two months ago.
Ronson Frank of Uprising Promotions Total ESPN. One of the
fighters initially who signed up to fight at the event,
recommended Carter Williams as somebody who might be interested, and

He wanted to be a part of it. So is

have ever been in, and every week I love it.
I bought my own boxing gloves. I got my own

they're all black. I'm like, let me go, I need
more padding. My hands are hurting afterwards. But the amount
of sweat that comes off my body after that workout,
it's insane. I wish I could do it five days

NFL Draft Round one and it all started. The idea
was because of Shan Bernard and Sam Austrey, who have

debated the New York Knicks Detroit Piston series to death
over the last three weeks. And I go, yo, we
should live stream a playoff game. And Sam was like, absolutely,
let's do the next in game three with Thursday night.
So it worked out well. So we're gonna do that
Game three on Thursday night. That is interesting.

Game is Sam like a closet Knicks fan, Like, what's
going on here? No, he's just defending his take, which
I respect.

the first thing that was told me when I got

a young buck never did. My dad didn't play till later,

were able to play growing up. And I can't wait.
With the birth of my son coming up here in

what it's all about. You're there for four hours and

Nine he has three course records. He has tied six
of them. He has tied or has the course record
at nine professional golf courses in the country. That is

shot a fifty nine Harbor Town. He just shot a
sixty one on Friday or Thursday the Plantation course at

I would literally have it printed out on T shirts
for my family if that was me. Oh I did

and let's open up with what took place last night

I want to say, this should have won game one.
And what are we saying right now, Luke, if this
is a two to o series heading back to Detroit,
what are all of those Knicks fans saying they're firing everybody?

They are so heated, so upset because they should not
have one game one. I do want to give credit
what creditors due, because that atmosphere is electric. It's one
of the best in the NBA. It's one of the
best in professional sports, no doubt about it. And it
got to Detroit. There's definitely something to be said about
that they are young. No, Shooter is a guy that's
been there and done that global stage, X Y and Z.

He's amazing. But other than that, you got a lot
of young players on that Detroit Piston, the team that
have not been in this situation. Playoff basketball a whole
other monster. But they ended up coughing up Game one.
I want to know what we're saying. If they are
down two right now, the Knicks I'm talking about, and
I just think, man, that would be an insane storyline.

All the crying we'd be seeing, and there's no way
that they would come back and win that series if
they're down oh two now here we're at one to one.
I want to put this out there for the people
as far as the wagering is concerned, because I think
this is really interesting. We knew going into this series
that Detroit was a live dog. I didn't have them
winning it. I don't many people. I don't know many

people that did, but there were a lot of people,
specifically on this radio station. Guys like Sean Bernard and
forgive me, if from forgetting anybody else that said, you
absolutely need to take a piece of the plus four
hundred for the Detroit Pisses to win this series. It
was too big of a number to look the other way.
Plus four hundred, Right, they lose Game one the way

that they did, and I thought you could take a
lot away from that Game one loss in favor of
Detroit and imply that it was its highest plus six
fifty Detroit to win this series. Plus six fifty, you
could have got Detroit heading into Game two. Now we
are all square, one game apiece, and you can get
the Detroit Pistons a plus two hundred Knicks minus two

to fifty. I don't recommend that at all, taking the Knicks,
but Detroit plus two hundred, I still think that's a
pretty nice number. The Knicks are in.

But the fact that this number heading into the series

teams that were split by seven regular season wins.

Right a Detroit one forty four, New York one fifty one.

This was obviously on the books a game a series
from Vegas saying that this Pistons team has no chance.
They have to go play two games in the Garden.
Then obviously it comes back to Detroit. Blah blah bla
blah blah. But those those lines showed you that nobody
thought this this team had a chance.

Battling, like, they're playing gritty basketball and just like they're
just finding a way. I mean, some unbelievable basketball from
Ky Cottingham last night. Thirty three points, I mean, twelve rebounds,

maybe you didn't get from all season, and and now

Like they're like twelve points, thirteen rebounds last night, Like
they're just they're playing gritty basketball. They're they're knocking, They're
knocking the Knicks down. And the Knicks have been this
team since they put the Nova guys together, and they

they've just been this team that tries to knock you
down and they stop on you when you're down. But
the second that they get down, they just don't look
like they have a crazy ton of fight in them.
I don't know, and maybe I'm wrong. I didn't watch
eighty two Knicks games this year. Hell, I didn't watch ten,

Is going to go get a bucket on that team,
like a true fourth quarter bucket in crunch time when
you need a basket and somebody is locking up Jalen Bronson,

So look, going into this series or going into the
NBA playoffs, I was one of the guys that said,
give the Knicks a lot of credit, right, Like they're
not on the level of the Boston Celtics. The Calves
are playing at a high level overall one seed nobody
had that they're not on that level. Therefore, I can't
get behind any futures or anything different than they're going

to lose eventually, probably a second round exit. And I
said that it was very familiar to what took place
with the seventy six ers. Did get pushed back from
Sam on that when he had his reasons, I had mine.
But to your point, they went out there and made
a ton of moves in this offseason. So you have
two guys when you asked that question, Yeah, it starts
with Karl Anthony Towns, who, well, by the way, I
went scoreless in the second half yesterday, just a terrible,
