TEXT US A COMMENT!

Most men don’t fail because they have bad intentions. They fail because they trust their intentions more than their actions. In this episode, we expose the dark side of intention and how meaning well can still cause damage, how effort becomes self-deception, and why behavior and execution is the only thing that builds a man. Stop deceiving yourself and Close the gap.

QOTD: “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”

SOTD: Proverbs 14:12 (ESV)
“There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.”

WHAT IS IT?  The self-deception of intention.
believing that a good heart, sincere effort, or emotional desire equals action. It doesn’t. The behavior builds a man.

TACTICAL APPLICATION STEPS

1. Expose It:
Name one area where you’ve hidden behind “I meant well.”

2. Align It:
Hold that intention against Scripture. If it doesn’t align, kill it.

3. Execute It:
Finish one thing this week you’ve been
“meaning to do.”
Execution is the antidote to self-deception.

DANGEROUS FOCUS FOR THE WEEK

Stop trusting your intentions. Start proving your obedience.
