ACTION STEPS:
STEP 1: IDENTIFY IT. (Strengths finder, Spiritual gifts assesment links)
- What fires you up? What comes easy to you but impacts others? What do people seek you out for?
- Ask a few close brothers: “What do you see in me?”
STEP 2: TRAIN IT.
- Invest time and discipline—just because it’s a gift doesn’t mean it comes ready for war.
- Study it, practice it, build with it.
STEP 3: DEPLOY IT.
- Find a way to serve others or lead others with your gift.
- Use it in your family, your church, your community, your craft.
STEP 4: GUARD IT.
- Pride will twist your gift. Insecurity will bury it. Comfort will dull it.
- Stay humble, stay sharp.
