Building a business is not just about creating job opportunities and having a great product that helps you move forward. It is mostly about building a community, this community extends from your family and friends to the employees who work for you and the end users who require your product and services.
Being a steward for all these people, while maintain the course of the company are a few of the many hats that an entrepreneur has to wear.
