This is a special episode in a special series on the Darryl Mobley Show. This series features several interviews with people who are Mountain Climbers. By Mountain Climbers, we mean those who have had successful professional careers in one or more fields and are still climbing mountains of their choosing. These folks are inspirational. They are also teachers from whom we can learn a lot about life, professional success, personal fulfillment, family, perseverance, and more.

In today’s episode of The Darryl Mobley Show – Mountain Climbers edition, you'll meet Tom Grace. Tom is President of Grace Premier Fitness and Wellness Products. During Tom’s careers, he has climbed several unconventional professional mountains. Tom graduated from West Point with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, served in the US Army Infantry as an Airborne Ranger, and in Special Forces as a commander in the Green Beret. He served as an Associate Professor in West Point’s Department of Physical Education. He was an Assistant Strength Coach for the Penn State Nittany Lions Football Team.

Tom is the Founder of Black Iron Strength, holder of 16 patents and 8 trademarks. Black Iron Strength produces specialty training products for athletic teams, Olympic Training Centers, home gyms, personal training facilities, and has an EPA registration for its antimicrobial copper products.  Black Iron Strength products are used by many of the very top sports teams, athletic facilities, and trainers in the US and internationally.

Tom’s journey up the mountain has allowed him to craft perspectives, life philosophy, and resilience that can blow your mind and uplevel your life. From the beginning to the very end of this podcast, Tom shares a plain-spoken wisdom you’d pay for, if you could.

With Tom, we covered:

  • That growth comes from challenges.
  • Why you should live a full life.

  • Age IS just a number. But…
  • What’s important, now.
  • How so many are not living to live. They’re living to die.
  • Truth.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
