On this week's episode, Jamie and Guy reconnect with Andre Polonski from Kharkiv, Ukraine. They last spoke with Andre last March after the war broke out. Although he had the opportunity to leave Ukraine, he felt prompted to stay and help those who couldn't leave. Over this last year, he has served thousands of meals through his food delivery business with the help of donations from around the world. If you follow his Instagram account you can see his daily deliveries - often walking up flights and flights of stairs to deliver food, sometimes flowers, and always a smile. Sadly the war is not over - even during the recording of this episode sirens can be heard in the background. He still needs our help 💙💛
