On this Quick Take episode, I share some knowledge about manifesting your highest self, mirroring, reflecting, and projecting. At the end of the day we have to let go of the things that take you away from our higher selves and not allow people to project their false narratives onto us. Healthy relationships are reciprocal, so they should involve mirrors that reflect growth and more growing that needs to be done, not projectors that neglect growth. Peace, Love, and Hair Grease!
