Brett Ender is the co-founder of Noble Origins, and Meat Mafia Media. His powerful story starts in 2016 when he found himself hospitalized from ulcerative colitis, a seemingly incurable disease. In 2018, Brett went full carnivore and quickly saw his symptoms go away. During this journey, Brett taught himself a lot about the food system and regenerative agriculture, using himself as the test subject.
