Tama currently is the CEO and Founder of Martello Dental Consulting. Throughout Tama's career, she has held significant roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Hygiene, and has consulted on best practices across the United States. She has successfully helped mid-size groups and large DSOs increase profitability in their hygiene departments by ≥40%.
