In today’s episode, I’m guiding you through a deeply restorative Copper Frequency Meditation created specifically for women who have experienced betrayal.
Betrayal disrupts your sense of safety, drains your energy, and pulls you away from yourself. This meditation is designed to help you protect your energy, release emotional heaviness, and gently return to your body, your center, and your truth.
This meditation was originally recorded live on Zoom, so the audio may feel raw and intimate. I invite you to stay with that intimacy. Let the frequency move through you, hold you, and support your nervous system as it begins to reset after shock and loss of trust.
Inside this meditation, you will:
🌿 Ground your breath and soothe a nervous system impacted by betrayal
🧘♀️ Return to your inner sanctuary, the place within you that remains untouched
✨ Visualize copper light descending to cleanse, strengthen, and protect your energy
💎 Release emotional residue into the Earth and connect with a diamond engraved with your name, a reminder of your worth and sovereignty
🔥 Reclaim your power, clarity, and energetic boundaries
Copper has long been known as a powerful conductor of energy. In this practice, it supports the release of what has drained you and helps restore balance after betrayal. As you breathe, visualize, and receive the copper frequency, allow your body and mind to gently come back into alignment.
This practice is for you if you’ve been feeling:
• Drained after betrayal
• Emotionally unprotected or exposed
• Heavy with shock, grief, or confusion
• Disconnected from yourself
• In need of energetic and emotional safety
Find a comfortable seat or lie down with your palms open. Close your eyes and allow yourself to receive.
Enjoy the meditation 🤎✨
