The assassination of a public figure jolted me into deep reflection about the state of our discourse and the dangerous tactics used to silence differing viewpoints. This episode departs from my usual format to examine my reaction to this national tragedy while connecting it to my personal journey as a targeted individual experiencing harassment and intimidation.

When violence becomes the response to speech we disagree with, we've crossed a dangerous threshold. I share my momentary fear upon hearing the news – knowing that as someone breaking silence about my own experiences, I could become more vulnerable. Yet that fear quickly gave way to resolve. As scripture reminds us, God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and a sound mind.

The digital landscape has created a troubling disconnect where real humans with families and feelings are reduced to abstract entities deserving of scorn. I've experienced this firsthand through algorithm manipulation, cyber stalking, character assassination, and coordinated campaigns designed to shame me into seclusion. These tactics share a common goal: silencing opposition through fear and isolation.

Despite these challenges, I'm strengthened by faith and encouraged by other Christian voices who refuse to be intimidated. We overcome through our testimony – which explains why those opposing truth often desperately try to silence it. I'm committed to documenting my experiences not from fear but conviction. As the Creole/French saying goes, "Abraham dit c'est assez" (French) or "Abraham di sa ase" (Haitian Creole).

I close with prayers for our nation, its leaders, and a return to respectful dialogue across differences. While this episode offers glimpses into my personal story, I invite you to continue following this documentary series as I break my silence and share the truth of my experiences. Join me in choosing courage over fear and dignity over dehumanization.

Ever felt like your darkest fears of being watched were actually true? Well, this powerful documentation pulls back the curtain on life as a targeted individual—where privacy becomes fiction and safety an illusion. This series stands as both documentation and resistance—a refusal to be silenced despite overwhelming odds.

Marie Destinee a La Grandeur (00:02):
Hi , so I'm back.
This episode is going to be alittle different.
This is just a reflection onjust general current events
around our nation andspecifically it's a reflection
on the assassination of CharlieKirk.
My condolences to his family, his wife and kids.

(00:26):
I was very sad to hear the news.
I believe on Wednesday, as I wasworking on, you know, getting
my podcast together, I saw theheadlines on the internet just
sort of like in my feed, and Ijust thought it was a hoax.
To be honest, I didn't think itwas true because oftentimes

(00:50):
people have pranks around aboutgoing around about celebrities'
deaths, so I didn't think it wastrue.
But on Thursday morning when Iwoke up, I said let me look at
the news and see what's going on.
And I actually found out thatit was true.
And I did not actively followCharlie Kirk I haven't really

(01:17):
listened to him or anything ofthat nature but I'm very
familiar with the face and thename definitely rings a bell.
So when I saw the name and Isaw the face, I was like, oh,
I've definitely seen this personaround, he's very well known
and it was just.
It was just very sad and thatjust shows you how you know.

(01:43):
That just shows you how youknow we're just as humans.
I just pray that God may havemercy on our souls.
I'm very saddened by the entiresituation.
I think, even if someone has adifferent point of view from
yours, a different perspective, you don't agree with them.

(02:05):
Taking someone's life, letalone celebrating that person's
death, is just unacceptable.
It's just, it's inhumane.
It's inhumane.
I think we've come to a pointwhere social media posting
things online it's as if it'snot real, as if people don't

(02:26):
have feelings, they don't have afamily.
I feel like we have reached apoint of lasciviousness where
anything goes.
Yeah, that's just very sad.
The other thing that kind ofstruck me was two popular

(02:50):
Christian voices that regularlypost online.
One is named Marcus Rogers andthe other one is Tiffany
Montgomery.
They reflected on the situationand what they said really
resonated with me in terms ofjust the way that his life was

(03:13):
taken, but also the fact that Idon't know if it's still up, but
I believe it was mentioned thatthe video of the actual act was
up and they had not taken itdown, and she mentioned that it
was just kind of like a sign toscare people from, you know,

(03:36):
speaking their truth and justcoming out and you know speaking
what's uh, stating what's ontheir mind and you know speaking
the truth and sharing their'son their mind, and you know
speaking the truth and sharingtheir perspective on things,
even if it's opposing to theother side, and I really felt
encouraged by her message.
You know to speak my truth, youknow to say, to tell my side of

(04:01):
my story and basically touncover what has been going on,
because there have been a lot ofdifferent tactics used to try
to silence me.
From a digital perspective, definitely, I'm you know nonstop

(04:21):
digital attacks trying to messwith my algorithm, poisoning my
algorithm with nonsense andobscene information.
Also, as I previously mentioned, the you know the cyber
stalking, but also the in-personstalking, and also, as I

(04:44):
mentioned, this is because it'sstill going on.
This is a global campaign andpropaganda to basically target
me as an individual, and so I'mnot going to lie, since this is
a documentary and this is mydiary how I felt.

(05:05):
I think for a moment, there wasa bit of fear that crept in when
I heard that, because I said tomyself I know that one of the
tactics of the enemy is to and Ijust use that term loosely,

(05:25):
especially as a Christian, Ithink you know the opposer, the
accuser of the brethren.
We just basically genericallysay enemy is to silence you,
isolate you, and so by,unfortunately, unfortunately,
any means necessary, and so forme, one of the tactics that

(05:50):
they've used was to basicallyassassinate my character, my
reputation, shame me into goinginto seclusion and things of
that nature.
So you know Nas in his song, hate Me.

(06:11):
Now there's a bar that saysthey hate what they can't
conquer, and so they'll try somany different things to try to
conquer you, because they hateyour point of view, they hate
your perspective, they just hateyour existence for God knows
what.
So anyway, as I was saying, I'mnot going to lie, when I heard

(06:38):
the news, I just reflectedbriefly and I said, okay, now
that I've basically I'm comingout with my story and what's
going out, what's going on andmy experience as a targeted
individual.
And I know a lot of the thingshave been happening underground

(06:58):
group chats, secret group chatsand things of that nature,
secret communities online wherethey're basically exchanging
information about me anddisseminating that information,
so forth and so on, andbasically sending out foot
soldiers to monitor me I said, well, now that I'm actually

(07:25):
coming out and posting my truth,my story, my face, online.
It will make it a lot easierfor people to track me and find
me.
And so I felt that brief momentand I said you know what?
God has not given me a spiritof fear.

(07:46):
He has given me a spirit ofpower and a sound mind, and I'm
not going to let fear creep in.
And the message from TiffanyMontgomery and Marcus Rogers
really encouraged me to continuewith this documentary.

(08:09):
I was still going to do it, butit was just basically a
confirmation and a reinforcementto not be silenced.
To not be silenced becausethat's what the enemy wants you
to do.
The word of God says that weovercome by the blood of Jesus
and the word of our testimony, and so if the enemy can try to

(08:33):
silence your truth, they'll doanything to try to silence you,
and that is definitely not goingto happen.
Now, as I mentioned that thisis not your traditional
testimony me going through, youknow my whole life story and
things of that nature.
You will be getting snippets ofdifferent aspects of my life

(08:57):
and who I am as an individual, because it's just kind of
inevitable as I go through thedocumentary, just to make things
a little bit clearer for you.
I do again.
I just want to reiterate that Iwill.
There will be a point in timewhere I will actually go through
my actual testimony, but itwill not be in this forum.

(09:19):
It will probably be in adifferent format or forum.
Well, we'll just kind of seewhere God leads and where the
Holy Spirit leads.
But you know, that's kind oflike what I wanted to say.
Just come on here and say thatI'm praying for number one,
america.
May God bless America, but I'mpraying for humanity, I'm

(09:42):
praying for our nation, I'mpraying that God may have mercy
on our souls and on the wholeworld and that, despite opposing
views, different beliefs, Ithink one of the things that we
can agree that this countrygives us is the freedom of

(10:03):
speech, the freedom ofexpression.
And to see that someone whoactually was fighting for their
freedom of expression and to seethat someone who actually was
fighting for their freedom ofexpression and freedom of speech
came and decided that whattheir, their solution was to
basically take someone else'sfreedom of speech and and

(10:23):
expression by taking their lifeaway, that's just, that's just
baffling to me.
And so I, I, I, I, just I'm ata loss for words and even more
at a loss for words for howsocial media has reacted to this

(10:44):
situation with the celebrationof someone's death.
Yes, there is something calledfreedom of speech and freedom of
expression, but, at the end ofthe day, I think that we all
have souls, we have a heart, andI just think that it's sad and,

(11:07):
unfortunately, your freedom ofexpression, you know, is hurtful
to someone that is actuallyliving in real life.
It's not just a random post onsocial media.
You're affecting someone'sfamily and their loved ones,

(11:36):
family and their loved ones, andit's just sad.
I think we see things go viral,we see challenges and things
like that, and that's what I'vebeen experiencing and I'll go
into that a little bit more in adifferent episode.
But how people?
They basically target you.
They tarnish your name, theypost all sorts of things about
you, whether it's subliminal ornot, as if you're not an actual

(11:59):
human being, as if you're notliving and breathing, and so
they turn around and they hurtyou and basically, because
they're upset, because they'rehurt, so then they hurt you.
This is just a very, very sadsituation and I just wanted to

(12:20):
reflect on this, not necessarilyrelated to my documentary, but
to a certain extent I just, butto a certain extent I just I
thought it was very important toreflect on what occurred and
just, you know, praying forpeace, praying that people can

(12:42):
peacefully express theiropposing views without having to
fear that someone is going tocome and actually take their
life away.
So, very sad news.
Again, my condolences to hisfamily.
I'm praying for America, I'mpraying for our president, our

(13:03):
leaders, our law enforcement, the other authorities that
basically are in place toprotect us.
So I hope there is a change, there is a shift in humanity in
terms of how we react to things, regardless of whether or not we

(13:27):
agree with someone or not.
And I don't think it's aboutforcing someone to show empathy
or sympathy towards someone thatyou don't agree with, but I
think it's just the mere fact ofcelebrating someone's actual
death and something that wasthat very recent Right,

(13:48):
something that occurred veryrecently.
It's not like something that alot of time had passed and so
now it was a matter of oh okay,so forth and so on, not that it
would have justified it eitherway, but I just think it's just

(14:09):
a sad.
It's just a sad thing.
But I'm just here to say I willnot be silent.
I will not be silent.
I will not be silent.
I will not be silent.
I have broken my silence.
Enough is enough.
As they would say in Creole, abraham dissetase, which means

(14:33):
Abraham said enough is enough.
And so I am speaking my truthand, figuratively, I am getting.
I have already made my way outof Egypt, working my way through
the wilderness into my promisedland.
The purpose that God has for meis definitely higher than I can

(14:57):
ever imagine.
God knows the plans that he hasfor me, a plan to prosper me
and not harm me.
I thank you, god, I praise yourname that you have given me
another day and that your hedgeof protection is around me and
that you are going tocontinuously bless me and that

(15:18):
no weapon formed against me willprosper and no tongue, lord God
, every tongue that has risenagainst me, lord God, shall be
condemned.
I thank you for your word.
I thank you, lord God, for yourpeace that surpasses all
understanding, and I thank youfor your mercies, lord God, your
mercies that are new everymorning, unrecycled mercies,

(15:40):
father.
I thank you, lord God, thatyour hedge of protection is
around and all around our nation, lord God, and all around our
nation, lord God, protectingevery leader, every authority
figure, lord God, everyone thatis preaching your word, lord God
, regardless of their opposingview, lord God, may you give

(16:14):
them additional protection.
Lord God, your guardian angels, may your guardian angels be
around them, lord God,protecting them, lord God, from
every evil snare.
I thank you, I thank you, Ithank you, I thank you in
Jesus's mighty name.
Hallelujah.
Thank you Lord, hallelujah.
Thank you Lord.
Thank you, father, amen, amenand amen.
I'll see you all in the nextepisode.
Thank you, Lord.
