Nolkis Roman is the senior pastor of LOTHIM (Laborers of the Harvest International Ministries). Originally from Cuba, she gained her salvation in Jesus Christ before her 10th birthday, and she eventually established the church, LOTHIM in 2013. For years, her ministry has helped many to build their faith in Christ.
