In this episode, Deb and Carol had the pleasure of talking with Debbie Jodoin, owner of Oils of Eden Wellness Techniques where she uses essential oils to address a myriad of health issues. Debbie explains that each oil has a different frequency and different oils can be used to detoxify different parts of the body. In her practice, Debbie creates a stress-free atmosphere where clients can learn about the effectiveness of therapeutic grade essential oils and how they can be effective through this specific detoxification bodywork. When Debbie was in her 20s, she was diagnosed with a debilitating chronic digestive illness. At the time she was a young wife and mother, so when traditional healing methods didn’t help, she went on a quest to find answers for herself. It was then that she happened upon the book “Patient Heal Thyself” by Jordan Rubin and it changed the trajectory of her life. She learned something that already resonated deep inside her: The physical body and the spirit are parts of the same whole. Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
