on for a couple minutes thismorning, real quickly and talk

about a conversation I got inthis morning with my mom and my
sister.
Um, talking about hair, makeup,beauty, bangs/no bangs.
Do we style our hair?
Do I wear makeup?
And when I opened my DailyInsights devotional for today on

May 5th, I found Psalm 139:13referenced.
It reads:"You formed my inwardparts, you covered me in my
mother's womb." And I thoughthow interesting it was that

today's devotional, especiallyin light of our conversation
this morning, talks about how sooften we end up comparing
ourselves to others people, ourappearances to other people's
appearances.
And in our own eyes, so often wedon't measure up.

We fall short.
But I want to tell you todaythat in your Father's eyes, you
don't fall short.
You are a beautiful daughter ofGod, or you are a handsome man
of God.

Someone that God has created.
Every strand of your DNA heplanned before you were born.
He knew what you were going tolook like.
He knew what you were going tobe.

And he smiled.
He created your talent, yourintellect.
He has prepared you to be themost amazing person.

I hope that soaks in.
This is just a really short wordtoday, but I think it's
important.
Remember, as you face your daytoday, God loves you.
He planned for you.

He built you.
He created you to be who you areand he loves you so much--just
the way you are.
