In this part 1 of 2, Ileana and Helen talk about how to learn to get into a state of lucid dreaming. The techniques discussed in this episode are for those who have never try this experience in a deliberate way, so these can be considered "beginners" level.
The lucid dreaming or astral projection experience starts with awareness of how our beliefs allow and define this experience. The next step is to set the intention and believe it or not, this can be a challenge to many. This can be as simple as not being able to recall our dreams; then, start with setting the intention to remember as the first step.
