EP #310 -This week on the podcast, I'm joined by Kari Anderson, a CrossFit trainer, Spanish teacher, real estate agent as we discuss Nothing Can Stop Your Dreams!
She has lived through, first-hand the ravages of anxiety and depression in two of her four children and is passionate about helping others navigate these difficult spaces. She has trained organizations such as Marriott, Ritz Carlton and Keller Williams.
She is now a recognized expert on conquering anxiety, stress and depression. She has worked with hundreds of clients, adults and children and teens to help them quit wasting energy on anxiety and overwhelm so they can have peace and feel more in control. She does this work privately and in groups at her yoga and meditation studio, she speaks at conferences and runs transformational retreats where she gets to do the work she loves one on one.
Kari helps people go from panic attacks, not sleeping and chronic pain, to living lighter, sleeping better and feeling free. Kari makes her home in Ogden, Utah, where she lives with her husband Russ, her youngest son Dylan, and their Goldendoodle Marlie.
