Tyler Hall is one of the most accomplished golfers to come out of New Jersey. A 3-time NJPGA Player of the Year (2018, 2019, 2021) and 3-time NJ State Open Champion (2015, 2016, 2021), Tyler has built a legacy of success both on and off the course. He grew up in a sports-driven family, mentored by his father, a PGA Professional, and began playing competitive golf after caddying for him at the 1997 U.S. Amateur. Tyler earned a full scholarship to the University of Kansas, where he competed alongside stars like Gary Woodland and Ryan Vermeer.
Finishing his 10th year as Director of Instruction at Upper Montclair Country Club, Tyler combines his deep understanding of the game with his ACE Certified Personal Trainer expertise to deliver a personalized approach to teaching. Whether guiding high-level amateurs, mini-tour professionals, or recreational players, Tyler’s philosophy - “One swing does NOT fit all” - has positioned him as one of the top instructors on the East and West coasts.
