The Real Problem: Most people try to dropship $10-30 products from China with margins too thin to cover marketing costs. This "AliExpress dropshipping" approach is what's failing, not dropshipping itself.
The Solution: High-ticket dropshipping. Sell products over $1,000 from suppliers that are in the US. A $5,000 product at 30% margin gives you $1,000+ to acquire each customer, while acquisition might only cost $100.

- Get supplier approval
- Build a Shopify store
- Start with Google Ads (not social media)
