Having difficulties on our healing journey is normal.
When we start to heal, we picture this version of our life and ourselves without all these traumas, anxiety, and wounds, but everyone's journey is different.
Our healing journey is a lifelong process. However, when we sense we are not moving on, we must reconsider our spiritual practices. Remember, not all of them are good for you.
In this episode, we talked with Charlie Herrer about the healing journey and the inevitable feeling of being stuck. For those who don't know Charlie, he is a yoga teacher, poet, and host of the Mind of Charlie Herrer Podcast.
This episode will be one to return to any time you run into blocks on your healing path.
