Leonard Parker's video reco (00:01):
Hi, I'm Leonard Parker, founder of
Destiny Marketing Solutions.
For nearly a decade we've beenhelping companies stop the
rollercoaster of unpredictablejob flow.
With systems that actually work.
If your business is making$200,000 or more annually, but
your schedule still hasfrustrating dips every few

(00:21):
weeks, then what I'm about toshare is for you.
Let me break down the three bigproblems we see with
electricians, first outdatedtactics.
Like relying only on SEO whenyou need new leads.
SEO is important, but it's along-term game when you need
phone calls today.
The second issue is onedimensional approaches, like

(00:44):
dumping everything into GoogleAds without a long-term plan.
This creates dependency onconstant ad spend with nothing
building value over time.
If I could give you an analogy, you have renters and you have
people who are paying a mortgageevery time you're running ads,
but not building up content onyour website this is like money

(01:07):
going out that if you ever turnoff those ads that's not really
an asset for your businessbecause you won't be able to get
them in the future.
Whereas if you focus on buildingyour brand online and offline,
building content on yourwebsite, but also looking at
ways to, showcase your expertiseacross other websites related to

(01:28):
electricians like Reddit this iswhere you're really building an
asset online over time.
The third issue I commonly seeis that agencies will apply the
same tactics for plumbers, roofers, or any home service
businesses, but you're not justany home service business.
Your electrical business hasunique needs that generic

(01:49):
marketing just can't address.
These disconnected approaches,create disconnected results,
which directly impacts everypart of your business.
What you need isn't anothermarketing hack or quick fix that
works for a week, then fizzlesout.
This is why we've developed thefull circuit growth method just
for electricians.

(02:09):
This is our integrator approach, designed specifically for
electricians like you.
With this method, we ensure yourbusiness powers up every corner
of the digital landscape, connecting you with high value
customers and deliveringmeasurable results.
The method takes you from a lackof qualified leads.
To your dream outcome,systematically.

(02:30):
We start by addressing thefundamental challenge, getting
found by the right clients orlead generation, and then moving
through each critical stage, converting more of those leads
into projects, and then usinganalytics to know what's working
and what you should move awayfrom.
Let me walk you throughstep-by-step exactly how this
works.

(02:52):
There are four key components ofthat first step, getting found
by the right clients.
We are looking at local serviceads or LSAs.
Sometimes referred to as Googleguaranteed.
We also have local, SEO.
Local.
SEO is more of a long-termstrategy, but it's a critical
component if you want tocontinue to see ads coming into

(03:14):
your business over and overagain.
Next we have Google Ads.
These are a great complement forLSAs allowing you to dominate
other parts of the searchresults page.
Sometimes people might prefer togo to Google Maps, especially if
they're in an emergencysituation.
Or if they're really interestedin working with someone near

(03:35):
them.
Google Ads offers the LSAs, butalso what we call the Google Map
Pack ads.
I'll share my screen.
And then reputation management.
Reputation management, just afancy marketing phrase for
getting reviews.
Have a system in Progress whereyou can collect those reviews
automatically.

(03:55):
We're looking at great benefitsfor your online presence, and
you can repurpose them acrossall of your marketing, online or
offline.
So first I'll dive into LSAslocal service ads.
These are also referred to asGoogle guaranteed ads, and these
put your business at the verytop of the Google search results

(04:17):
above traditional ads and evenabove the map listings or map
pack, they appear at the verytop and include that Google
guarantee badge that instantlybuilds trust.
LSAs prioritize verified highrated businesses like yours.
Unlike regular ads where you payfor clicks with LSA, you only

(04:37):
pay when someone contacts youthrough a call or message.
They're for capturing urgenthigh intent service searches,
especially for emergencyelectrical work.
Simply put, this is the quickestway to get high quality leads
from people who are ready tobook right now.
LSAs are not a magic bullet.
But there are important thingsto consider when you are running

(04:59):
an LSA.
For example, you wanna make surethat you are responding to the
calls that are coming in.
Typically, you want to answerthe phone.
Within 20 to 30 seconds.
If you're unable to do thatmaybe you're off on a job site,
have someone at the office whocan answer the phone or use a
call answering service, afterhours, if no one is available

(05:23):
this is extremely importantbecause, as Google is sending
you these phone leads, you wantto make sure that.
The number of people that callis very close to, or ideally,
equal to the number of callsthat are answered, when there's
a large gap you'll see yourvisibility and the volume of

(05:43):
leads decrease over time.
Something else to consider withyour LSAs is your ability to go
in and book those calls.
That's going to send a signal toGoogle that, this company, is
booking these calls.
These are booked jobs, sothey're going to continue to
send more leads to you.
Again, Google does not get paiduntil.

(06:06):
you actually pick up the phone.
I'll have a future video whereI'll dive deep into LSAs.
They're a critical part of any, digital marketing strategy for
an electrician or electricalservices business.
We typically start with LSAsbecause local SEO can take time
to build momentum, especiallywhen you're first getting

(06:27):
started while those LSAs arebringing in immediate leads, we
strengthen your onlinefoundation.
With local SEO, we optimize yourwebsite and Google business
profile to show up for near mesearches.
This increases your visibilityin Google's local and organic
results.

(06:47):
The advantage is buildingvisibility and traffic that
doesn't require you toconstantly pour money into ads.
This drives long-term trafficwell.
and strengthens your credibilitywith a consistent online
presence.
Remember, if you wanna simplifythis ads, are great.

(07:08):
They work very quickly.
However, as soon as you pausethose ads, or in case something
happens with your ad account, you'll no longer receive those
leads.
Whereas with SEO, there's moreof an ownership factor where you
own that Google businessprofile.
You own your website, forexample, EV Charger

(07:30):
installations near me or yourcity ev charging installation.
This will improve the localvisibility for your brand over
time.
Local SEO, builds a foundationthat drives leads and lowers
your cost to acquire customersover time.
Now moving to our next keycomponent of an effective lead

(07:52):
generation strategy.
Google Map Pack ads, thesereinforce your presence on
Google.
These are also paid listings inthe highly visible map section
of search results.
Ideal for location specific andmobile searches.
Map pack ads sync with yourGoogle Business profile for
maximum impact and reinforceyour presence alongside LSAs and

(08:17):
local SEO.
You might be wondering, Leonard, why would you want to do all of
these things?
Couldn't you just do LSAs orjust local SEO or Google Map
Pack ads?
You could have a very siloedapproach, but think of it as.
First page visibility.
First page domination.
This week is the opening week ofMajor League Baseball If a

(08:40):
batter has more opportunities toswing at a pitch, it's likely
they're gonna do something goodwith that pitch.
Think of.
These combination of channelsthe same way maybe they pass
those LSAs Maybe they had a badexperience in the past.
Maybe they come across your mappack listing, and then from
there they click through Butthen if they scroll even further

(09:01):
down, they see you in the top, three of the organic search
results.
Those are three opportunitiesthat you're giving a prospective
customer to find you, to contactyou.
So you wanna give yourself asmany opportunities as possible.
When you combine LSAs local SEO,and map pack ads together.

(09:22):
You create complete dominance oflocal search results, no matter
where potential customers look, they'll find you.
I'll show you the differencebetween these types of listings.
I did an electrician near me.
search.
I'm based in the Houston area.
At the very top we have ourGoogle guaranteed ads.

(09:42):
You'll see the branding Googleguaranteed.
With Google guaranteed ads, youcan list different, modifiers.
For instance, west HoustonElectric and Mr.
Sparky Electric Houston, areboth family owned and open 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
which is Very important.
if a customer is in an emergencysituation.

(10:04):
You can also see the number ofbookings they have completed.
Near your location, We see here,Mr.
Sparky, they accept urgent jobs.
They can get there on site assoon as possible.
And very important they areincluding a booking feature.
having that booking featureallows someone to quickly.
Book a job request.

(10:25):
If we scroll a bit further down, you'll see other types of ads.
These are traditional Googletext ads.
there's no picture, just a logoof the company.
And text.
So they are calling outdifferent things like upfront
pricing, veteran owned andoperated and so forth.
Scrolling down further, and thisis what we refer to as the map

(10:46):
pack.
You can see here the businesseslisted, Above Mr.
Electrician and Mr.
Sparky, they're not listed here.
So there's a completelydifferent set of businesses and
these are what we call organicresults.
They have done a great job atoptimizing their site.
Driving reviews and just overalloptimizing the Google business

(11:08):
profile to, receive these highvisibility searches.
Scrolling further down, you seewhat we call organic listings.
Usually you're gonna have thispeople also ask snippet.
But we scroll down, we'll see.
Yelp has number one listing hereorganically.
And if you're ever looking to docompetitor research, you wanna

(11:30):
skip.
Websites like Yelp it's not anapples to apples comparison.
These are more directorywebsites driving searchers to
the best 10 electricians ontheir site.
But if we were looking at thefirst apples to apples
comparison for someone inHouston who's electrician and
they are, optimizing for thisphrase, electrician near me.

(11:53):
Abacus Plumbing would be yournumber one result.
They have listings everywhereacross the country.
Abacus Plumbing would be yourtraditional one-to-one
competitor.
These are all organic listings.
The best place to be in organiclistings is on the first page
and ideally as high up on thefirst page as possible because
as you continue to scroll down, the likelihood that someone's

(12:15):
going to click through to yourwebsite, decreases very quickly.
I want to show you an example ofa Google Map pack ad.
You can see here, this isAbacus.
We saw them in the organicsearch results, but they're also
running Google Map ads.
Search or reviews, here on theirprofile.

(12:36):
And they also are addingdifferent things like open 24
hours.
So Google is pulling thisinformation directly from their
Google business profile.
We also have another advertiser,Macintosh Electric.
This could be anotheropportunity to.
Drive visibility for yourcompany in different places in

(12:58):
Google.
And one last thing depending onwhere you are.
So I'm in Houston, a fairlylarge city.
These results are gonna changedepending on where someone is
searching in Houston.
If I go, to East Houston, yousee these results completely
change.
So we no longer have any ads.
We have, right touch electrical, white House Electric, and this

(13:20):
is one of the key factors inyour visibility here for local
is the proximity to yoursearcher.
you might be wondering if youare in a large city or if your
company covers a very largearea, how do you reach someone
on the other side of the city?
there are different ways to goabout that.

(13:40):
If you build your online, presence as an authority for
your space.
Google and Bing will give youmore visibility.
something else to consider is toopen up a satellite location or
multiple satellite locations sothat you have visibility across
key areas of your city or town.

(14:02):
So now I'm gonna get into thefourth component.
reputation management.
This can dramatically affectyour rankings.
As we saw with that Google MapPack listing for Abacus, they
had over 11,000 reviews.
Abacus is a well-known companylocally.
Those reviews can dramaticallyaffect your website rankings,

(14:24):
your Google.
Profile rankings and yourconversion rates.
Conversion rates are thepercentage of people that click
through to your website, ad, orGoogle Business profile and
complete a conversion.
Conversion would be somethinglike booking a call, sending you
a message or, filling out thecontact form on your website.

(14:47):
Reviews directly affect rankingsand conversion rates.
I am sure you have an experiencewhere you picked a business.
Maybe a restaurant based ontheir reviews.
Maybe you've never been therebefore, but you saw it with the
reviews.
They provide a great experience,so reviews can be very important
for this reason, they buildsocial proof and trust with

(15:07):
potential customers.
When someone is deciding betweenmultiple electricians.
We built automated systems forregular review, generation.
This is something that neverturns off, so you need a process
to, continuously collect thosereviews.
These reviews, strengthen yourlocal SEO and help you stand out
in competitive markets.

(15:28):
A system for collecting andmanaging reviews turns customer
feedback into a powerful growthengine for your business.
Now moving on to campaignintegration, this is where most
marketing agencies fail theirclients.
Instead of treating eachmarketing channel as a separate

(15:48):
silo, we connect all the dots.
We share data across LSAs, SEO,paid ads, and any other
marketing channels online oroffline.
to double down on what'sworking.
We maintain consistent messagingacross all platforms, for brand
consistency if you have amarketer on your team, we

(16:08):
collaborate closely to ensureyour message is consistent
everywhere.
We use campaign integration torepurpose top performing
keywords.
For example, if specific zipcodes perform well on Google, we
leverage this information totarget those zip codes in
Facebook or Instagram adcampaigns.

(16:30):
Similarly, if certain keywordsperform well for your Google
search ads.
We use this data to prioritizethose keywords for SEO.
Building out content on yourwebsite to increase organic
visibility, for those keywords.
Integration from what we foundmultiplies results.
Each channel reinforces theothers for more efficient lead

(16:53):
generation.
one last critical piece, wedon't use cookie cutter
campaigns.
Your electrical business isn'tgeneric, so your marketing
shouldn't be either.
You might offer a variety ofservices, but perhaps there are
a few services that are highpriority that really drive
revenue.

(17:14):
Let's say you focus onresidential service calls,
commercial new construction, EVcharging installations, smart
home systems, or renewableenergy solutions.
We tailor your strategy to reachthose specific high value
customers.
customization is where mostagencies cut corners, but it's
often the difference betweenmediocre results and exceptional

(17:36):
sustainable growth.
So what does this do for yourbusiness?
When all these systems are inplace, not just the lead
generation but the other pillarsof our full circuit growth
method.
This allows us to transform yourbrand from an inconsistent
schedule.

(17:56):
To being consistently booked.
You move from reactive marketingto strategic growth.
And from unpredictable revenueto stable growing income, most
importantly, in today's market,we see that there's a labor
shortage.
These labor shortages can makeit very difficult for you to
grow.
Instead of worrying about whereyour next job or project is

(18:17):
coming from, you can use thatenergy to reinvest in your team
with training, growing yourteam, hiring new, experts.
And it's the difference betweenconstantly fighting fires and
actually building a businessthat works for you.
So this is where I introduce ourfull circuit growth audit.

(18:39):
Let's make this real for yourspecific situation.
I would like to offer everyonewho's watching a free full
circuit growth audit.
This isn't just some automatedreport, it's a personalized
analysis where we'll show youexactly what's currently holding

(19:21):

week, year after year.
