Welcome to 2025.
And welcome to this veryspecial episode, which is going
to be a walking meditation.
I love walking meditationsbecause they combine two
powerful forms of self-caremovement and mindfulness.

And walking allows us to feelgrounded and energized, while
meditation helps calm the mindand bring clarity, and together
they're a beautiful way toreconnect with yourself and set
intentions for the year ahead.
The year ahead and I wanted togive you this gift as my New

Year's gift to you so, as westep into 2025, I thought it'd
be a wonderful time to trysomething a little different,
something that allows you tomove forward physically while
also moving forward emotionallyand mentally while also moving
forward emotionally and mentally.
This meditation is designed tohelp you release stress, connect
to your inner strength and stepconfidently into the parent and

person you want to be this year, the parent and person you
identify as being this year.
We'll also focus on invitinghealth, abundance and prosperity
into your life as you walk intothis new year.
Now, find a quiet, safe place towalk, indoors or outdoors, and

let's begin at a comfortablepace as you move.
I'll guide you through themeditation.
So let's begin as you walk,take a deep breath in through
your nose and exhale slowlythrough your mouth.

Feel your feet connect with theground beneath you With every
step.
Feel yourself becoming more andmore grounded and steady.
Notice the rhythm of your stepsRight, left, right, left.

Let this rhythm calm your mindand anchor you in the present
moment.
Allow your shoulders to relaxand drop.
Let your arms swing naturallyby your sides.
Feel the tension in your bodymelting away with every step.

Say quietly to yourself I amhere, I am present, I am calm.
As you continue to walk,imagine any stress or worries

you're carrying as a heavyweight on your shoulders.
With each step, picture thatweight becoming lighter.
Inhale deeply and as you exhale, say to yourself I release what

Feel your body becoming lighterand lighter, step by step, as
you let go of tension, guilt andfear.
Picture these emotionsdissolving into the ground

ease.
Now think about who you want tobe this year.
Not just what you want to do,but who you want to become.
What qualities would you liketo embody?

Choose one word that resonatesdeeply with you and repeat it
softly to yourself I am patient,strong, compassionate, joyful.

As you walk, imagine yourselfmoving through your day with
this quality guiding you.
Picture yourself responding tochallenges with ease and
connecting with your child withlove and understanding.
Say to yourself I am enough, Iam growing into the parent my

child needs.
As you walk, visualize healthflowing into every part of your
body.
Imagine each step infusing yourbody with vitality and strength
.
Feel your energy increasing,your mind clearing and your body

moving with ease.
Now turn your thoughts toabundance.
Picture opportunities forgrowth and prosperity opening up
for you.
Imagine financial abundanceflowing into your life
effortlessly.
See your family surrounded bythe resources you need to thrive

Say to yourself I welcomehealth into my life.
I am open to receivingabundance.
Prosperity flows to me andthrough me.
