We speak of alignment quite often on our show. The term alignment can be used when speaking about the process of manifesting, it can be used when describing living out your purpose and it can be used when speaking about our physical bodies. We live in a fast paced world where acute and chronic pain is simply part of the play. But is it?

In this exciting episode, The EmPOWERment Couple, connects with Rick Olderman, to get the inside scoop on how our bodies function when it is out of alignment. Not only does he break down how and why our body gets out of alignment, but also shares a few professional tips on how to re-train our bodies to combat stress, chronic pain and recurring injuries.

In this interview we asked the following questions:

1. Why are people focused on pain management and less focused on pain elimination?

 2. Having treated thousands of patients, have you witnessed any general patterns to how we develop pain and perpetuate pain?

3. Do you think that there is an emotional or spiritual component to the healing process that the pharmaceutical approach to pain misses?

His answers were both insightful and immediately applicable. Before we get into the show, we want to introduce you to Rick Olderman.
