Well, today we're going to talkabout healing, some healing
therapies, with our guest,chrissy Salsa.
The modalities we will discussare frequency, microcurrent and

quantum healing.
Mikey (01:33):
Frequency, microcurrent and quantum healing.
So small stuff, right.
Zuri (01:37):
Yeah, just like little tiny.
You know inconsequentialtherapies.
Mikey (01:43):
Well, crazy thing is that frequency therapy has been
around since the 1930s andscientists discovered that they
could destroy disease, causingmicroorganisms with the same
frequency they emitted.
Right, it's kind of like snakesyou know the snake venom and
for decades scientists andpractitioners have researched
(02:03):
frequency and its effect on thebody.
A healthy body operates at afrequency from 62 to 72
megahertz, and when thisfrequency drops below this range
, the body becomes susceptibleto illness, injury and disease.
Zuri (02:20):
Yeah, so frequency works in the body to transport matter
within and between the cells.
The difference between thevoltage inside the cell and the
voltage between the cells isresponsible for healthy cell
metabolism.
So when you have something thatis going to carry frequency, it
will carry electricity into thebody to return the voltage of

the cell to a healthy level.
This is why frequencies can beapplied to the body for many
purposes.
And then the third modalitywe're talking about is quantum
healing.
Quantum healing is a uniqueapproach within the realm of
alternative medicine.
It's centered on the beliefthat healing can be achieved by
making shifts at the quantumlevel, the smallest and most

fundamental scale of energy andmatter in the universe.

The crazy thing about this whole thing is, you know
we're talking about these newmodalities.
Frequency healing has beenaround for ages.
It's just now coming into themainstream.

So if you are in China oryou're in India, you're like
this should I knew homie.

But we, you know our aiming to cite as many
scientific references and whenit comes to science, it's not
that old you know, because thiscountry is new and then,
therefore, those of you thatlike science will like this.
Those of you that you know knowlike these things exist prior
to you know, like you know,we're all speaking the same

language, but we're aiming tospeak as many languages as
possible for you to get theinformation you need to get.
This concept of quantum healingsuggests that alterations in
our energy field can directlyinfluence our physical, mental
and spiritual well-being.

And, at its core, quantum healing is not just a you know,
a medical or a healing practice.
It's a confluence of variousdisciplines right.
It draws inspiration and ideasfrom fields as diverse as
quantum mechanics, psychology,philosophy and even
neurophysiology.

We have an amazing guest heretoday we just told you all about

We're going to dive right intothe interview.
Okay, so Mikey's going to takeour first question with Chrissy.
Mikey (08:59):
Oh, my goodness, the questions that I have are they
are questions that originatedafter using Healy right?
So once I actually got a chanceto put Healy to you, so I was
like, oh my God, I have so manymore questions.
So first question for you so welive in a world where we're
(09:20):
loaded with tools to help us.
We have hammers, we havespatulas, cars, fingernail
clippers.
There's a tool for this, toolfor that.
My question for you is whatkind of tool would you
categorize Healy as?
Krisiey Salsa (09:36):
Healy is a tool for your mental, spiritual,
emotional and physicalwell-being, like it covers
everything, and I heard someonesay this and it really resonated
with me, like we're moving intoa time now where self-care is
the new health care.
All about how can you haveagency over yourself and how can
(10:02):
you take the reins of your ownhealth, and not just your
physical health, because, yes,we have a body, but there's so
much more to us than just thisphysical body that is connected
to our overall health andvitality that we're living, you
know, day to day.
So it is for every singleperson.
(10:23):
It's like, I think, tounderstand the Healy, you have
to sort of understand and wrapyour mind around the quantum
field, right, and this is notlike woo, it's not just, you
know, floating out.
There is some kind of woo thing.
No, quantum entanglement won aNobel Prize in 2022.
Mikey (10:44):
And it's not new information.
It's new information to us.
Correct Information has beenthere forever.
Krisiey Salsa (10:53):
Absolutely, and it's like it's just now becoming
more and more available and itresonates with some of us very,
very deeply and others it mighttake a little more convincing, a
little more testing of, youknow, actually experimenting
with it, Like you're saying, oh,that's shit's different.
Like, what did you notice thefirst time?
(11:14):
Like for you, Mikey, did youhave anything that was like you
noticed right away, or was itmore of like a slow burn?
Mikey (11:21):
Okay.
So I like to speak in ananalogy.
So here's the analogy that Ihave.
Right, I, after doing Healy forI did Healy for four days
straight, the gold cycle and itwas the equivalent of afterwards
checking, you know, pulling outmy keychain and having like a
couple of extra keys there thatI've never seen before, like
whoa, I could do these now, Iguess like keys to a, to an
(11:44):
extra room in my house or to anextra vehicle, or, in actuality
it's more so, a key to anawareness.
You know, a little bit moreawareness, a little more insight
.
Like, oh, that's how that works.
You know, you can catchpatterns, mental patterns, so
much more easier when you havethat extra little bit of
elevation.
So it's like taking a couplesteps up a long ladder and I'm
(12:07):
saying a long ladder, but thatextra couple steps give you that
, gives you that extraperspective.
You're like, oh, oh, okay, nowI can make some better decisions
based on more information.
So that's what I got fromHealy's more information.
Zuri (12:22):
So, yeah, I feel like the whole ladder thing.
For me it was like going down,it was like let me see what's in
here that I can't find, like bythrough meditation, or like.
For me it was like a tool to goeven deeper into.
You know, the depths of thingsthat I didn't know, especially
the blue app.
(12:42):
What is the blue app called?
It's the whatever.
The blue app, the advisor.
Krisiey Salsa (12:48):
I always call it the blue wave and the pink wave,
like I don't even pay attentionto the name because I just work
in visuals.
But yeah, the blue wave.
Zuri (12:56):
When I really got into the blue wave app of Healy and,
looking at like the quantum, Iwas like oh wow, like I, there's
stuff here that I was not evenaware of, and that was true.
And so I was like, oh yeah,like 100%, but I didn't realize
(13:17):
that that was like hiding in mysubconscious, I didn't realize
that I was basically vibratingthat out, but not knowing that I
was doing that.
And just the awareness.
It was nice to be validatedthat I knew something was off,
but I didn't have the validationto say like what is it?
You know, like what is actuallyhappening, and not just in the
(13:39):
physical body but in like the,just the way that I felt like
there's a little bit of likesomething that I couldn't clean
off of my spirit.
Krisiey Salsa (13:50):
Right, because it's living in your biofield,
the biofield of you, right, andwhen we're in the quantum, it
used to be called like theAkashic.
But when we're in the, whenwe're in the quantum field,
we're in everything that's everbeen Okay, it's like everything
that's ever been possible,everything that's happened.
So it's it's all there.
And then we have our bioenergetic field, which is
(14:12):
everything that's happened to usin this lifetime, in this body,
all the good, all the bad, allthe trauma, all the amazing
thoughts, all the bad thoughts,all the subconscious thoughts,
all the unconscious.
You know, it's like theconscious and the unconscious.
It's every single thing isthere and we're aware of so much
.
But then we also aren't,because what are the ancestral
(14:34):
things that are passed down tous?
What are patterns that we'vepicked up along the way?
What are the deep, deep seatedfears, longings, beliefs, all of
these things they live in thefield, they live in your field,
and so that's the really amazingthing is that that's the.
That is the big, the big gamechanger with the Healy.
(14:57):
It does.
No other frequency device hasthe capability that the Healy
does with the quantum sensor,because the quantum sensor has
the ability to scan your bioenergetic field and give back to
you a report that says this iswhere you are out of alignment.
Out of alignment.
This is where you could useextra support, and we do that by

attaching specific informationto you.
We pull very specificinformation in your profile your
name in this lifetime, yourgender, your birth date, where
you live.
You know all these things thattie you to the only person on
this planet that could be you.
Through the quantum field.
We're able to connect thosefrequencies to you because you

can do this at a distance.
That's one of the amazingthings.
You can use it at a distance,which is what I love to do in
coaching, because when you're,this takes coaching to a whole
nother level.
Zuri (15:51):
Oh yeah, 100%.
I started using it just thislast week with clients and I'm
like, okay, from this time tothis time I'm going to send you
some vibrations, is what I wasletting them know like the
frequency, and I explained it tothem and I was like, just get
some more comfortable and tuneinto these things, and then gave
them that and they're like, ohmy gosh, like I really felt that
(16:13):
.
I'm like I know.
Krisiey Salsa (16:16):
I heard some of it too.
I know it's amazing.
It is so mind blowing Like I'vehad my healing now since it's
been a little over a year, yeah,and when I first got it it blew
my mind in, like you know, itwas a very obvious ways that
that some things, some veryspecific things, happened for me
.
But it's like your top three.
Mikey (16:37):
Top three things that happened.
Krisiey Salsa (16:39):
Oh, my house.
I have dealt with some chronichealth stuff I have.
I had found out I hadHashimoto's and in 2010 and
hypothyroidism, and I was ableto take care of the Hashimoto's
with modifying my diet, but mythyroid has always.
It's just struggled off and on,like no matter what I would try
(17:02):
, what I would do.
I've gone on and off thyroidmedication, I've done different
cleanses, I've done differentenergy work.
I mean, you know, I've tried,I've tried it all and it always
kind of just hovers my.
For anyone who's in the thyroidworld with me, you know it's
like T.
My TSH would hover right in thetwo range, which is not awful,
(17:22):
but it's not ideal for me.
And so every year I take mylabs, I have my labs done, we
assess where I'm at, iseverything good?
And so I got my Healy inDecember of 2022.
And then I had my labs done inJanuary of 2023.
And so I had been working withHealy for about a month, been
(17:44):
about a month.
I think I got I think it was atthe end of January when I did
my labs, my labs back, and myTSH was at 0.6.
And it has never, ever beenthat low ever.
That is the optimal range forme and I could feel it, like I
could feel the energy that I hadback.
(18:05):
I could feel like more fire,more like focus, and I was like
I didn't know how, like I couldfeel it in my body, but I didn't
know if it was going totranslate into like my actual
labs.
But the reason, I think, isbecause it's like we charge our
cell phones every single day,right, do we charge our bodies?
(18:29):
No, and most of us it's becausewe don't, we don't know how,
right, like we, we have thistechnology now where, if you're
using the microcurrent, which iswhat you know I have on right
now, this is going directly intoyour body and it is charging
your cells and your cells arelike the batteries, okay, and
and the the cell voltage hasbeen measured and recorded as
(18:53):
negative 70 millivolts is theoptimal, is the optimal range of
like a healthy, vibrant cell.
And as we age and you know,we're bombarded with the various
things that you know.
Without going into all thosethings, right, right, which we,
you know I'm sure your audienceis well aware of that voltage
(19:14):
decreases, right, and ultimately, when we die, our voltage is
zero, but, but when you chargeyourself up with the Healy, you
are increasing the cellularvoltage in your body On top of
that, like Healy is theanti-aging queen, I mean if, on
(19:35):
top of increasing your cellularvoltage, we also have stem cell
regeneration programs within theHealy.
Those are in the bio energeticprograms, vitalization programs,
so together it's like such apowerhouse and I really believe
that's.
That's why I saw such adifference in my body, in my
(19:56):
because the thyroid is reallyone of the measurements of the
energy we have in our body, andso that was why I think I got, I
saw, such a big shift with that.
It was, it was crazy, a crazychange I felt in myself.
The other big thing that Inoticed is skin issues.
Skin issues, like I meanpersonally, my daughter has
(20:22):
struggled with acne and I'mtalking like you know, I didn't
really have that when I was inmy teens, but I mean, of course
we all know someone who has, orif we haven't, personally
experienced it, and it's justlike it's so hard on.
You know, I know if I have azit on my face, like I'm not
really thrilled to be like onvideo or going out in public,
and I'm like dabbing it up.
(20:43):
And we had tried like everythingwith her, for her got the gut
health and changing the diet andyou know all the things, but
nothing was really helping.
And so we got to this placefinally where she was like, okay
, you know, like what else can Ido?
And I'm like, let's try theHealy.
So you have to be consistentand you need to run two programs
a day, and I told her theprograms to run and one was Pure
(21:08):
, which Pure is an amazingprogram that helps your body be
ready, your lungs and yourkidneys specifically to detox.
It opens up detox pathways.
And then I had to run skinimpurities, which, of course, is
very specific to the skin, andI'll share actually the picture
with you guys and maybe you guyscan link it up here, but I have

a picture of her in threemonths from where she started to
where it went and the.
We also have a.
There's a Facebook group, whichI'll also send you a link for,
which is like there's over80,000 people in there sharing
their stories about all thedifferent ways it's helped them
and you will find a plethora ofskin, of skin issues that people
(21:51):
had, from eczema to I mean justgoes down the line.
Mikey (21:57):
Yeah.
Krisiey Salsa (21:57):
Yeah.
So I would say the skin, likeyou know, the skin that was the
biggest, one of the biggestchanges I saw, like could
actually see with the eyes right, because a lot of the changes
that people might notice aregoing to be more internal.
Mikey (22:16):
Subtle yeah.
Krisiey Salsa (22:18):
Yeah, there's a subtlety to it.
But the piece also that Zuriwas talking about with like how
this ladder of going down deepright into these things that
were there that you're notreally sure about, that's really
that's really fascinating.
(22:38):
And I think that is where thecoach analysis on the Healy
really shines.
And I heard somebody describewhat happens when you're
vibrating these frequencies outto yourself as like an ATM
making deposits into your bioenergetic field.
(23:00):
Right, we have all thesethoughts and all these thoughts
and ideas positive, negative,all these things floating around
.
This is like just keepsdepositing all of these
positives, all positivevibration, positive affirmations
into your field.
That's that began over time toinfluence your overall right.
Zuri (23:23):
Yeah, and as far as like benefits, we've talked a lot
about quantum, but have one ofyou noticed on the quantum level
, like programs that you run, orlike Alice may be an example of
what you've experienced withthat, because you've been a year
into it, mike and I have beenmonths into it, it's more like a
couple weeks into it and wealready noticed the differences.
(23:47):
I feel like you have a childwho is not going to be
susceptible especially teenagerssometimes to like dive into
this stuff.
I feel like you know there's somuch proof of what it does when
you connect these electrodeslike that makes a lot of sense.
And or quantum, what has beenyour experience?
Krisiey Salsa (24:10):
Well, when we're talking about the quantum, I
mean we're really talking, likewe said, more about the subtle.
It's not through themicrocurrents, it's through the
frequencies were vibrating outinto the field that start to
influence that.
You know, those things aroundus and the one thing that
happened very quickly when I gotmy healing that.
So I bought it at the end ofNovember and got it like less
(24:30):
than a week later and I wasworking with the Sun Calpa,
which is you know.
It was basically like theessence of what I wanted to
bring into my life and at thattime the Sun Calpa I was using
was it is safe for me to show upin the world and speak my truth
, yeah, yeah.
So I put that into the coachand I ran a scan on myself and
(24:54):
it came back with a big reportof all the things and I vibrated
those frequencies out to myselfand within three days you had
called me, yeah, and you werelike hey, what are you up to?

Zuri (25:09):
And I was like huh.
Krisiey Salsa (25:12):
Yeah, you want to come beyond the podcast?
I mean, I know you're alwaysinto something, so like why
don't you come beyond thepodcast and we'll just let's
chat about it?
And I was like Holy shit, youknow.
And in that moment I'm like Idon't know if I want to go on
and talk about anything like.
But that's what I put out,right.
It was like I am ready, I wantto show up and use my voice, and
so here's the opportunity toyou.

You want to go do that?
Yeah.
Zuri (25:38):
And I'm showing up like a ton online.
I've never seen you and I knowthat you and I worked through
some things that you were likehaving resistance about.
But, like you obviously workthrough them with the healing
right.
Krisiey Salsa (25:51):
Yeah, I mean your coach, essentially, absolutely.
I mean I am I'm a prettyprivate person and I don't
typically get on and share verymuch and I didn't even have the
intention of doing the businessside of Healy Like I just got
the Healy for my own personalgrowth.
(26:12):
I mean, I've been into on thishealing journey for, you know, a
long time now and so I'm alwaysgame to try anything.
I'm sure I'll try it.
Sure, throw that this way, yeah.
But I mean the things they.
There were just so many shiftsthat happened so quickly that I
was like damn I I want to shareabout this and I want to get
(26:34):
this into the hands of morepeople who feel the same
resonance that I did with it,because this is a freaking game
changer.
Mikey (26:41):
Yeah.
Krisiey Salsa (26:42):
So that was.
That was just sort of how Iyeah, I launched into it.
Zuri (26:48):
And that first conversation you were just like
a different person is how I wasexperiencing you and I've known
you since we were kids.
So I was like whoa, I'm likethis is like a real thing, but I
didn't get it.
I'm going to be honest andthat's why we do we're doing
kind of a follow up show,because I'm like I didn't get it
.
I, I, I understand everythingand I have a bunch of devices.
(27:12):
Boy, we have like devices.
Krisiey Salsa (27:14):
We are the device family.
Mikey (27:15):
Our devices have devices.
Zuri (27:19):
I was like, listen, we got devices but I didn't get it
because you were like a monthinto it and I was like what?
And I'm like, but I saw such adifference in you.
I was like, oh well, like Iknow, chrissy, and I'm seeing
such a, she's so lit up, she'sso like that's the.
That's the thing that I noticedwas different right away.
(27:40):
You're just like lit and I andI could feel it Like you know
we're, you're on the other sideof the country from us and I
could feel it.
I was like, oh shit.
Mikey (27:49):
Like it's.

And I went through some health challenges and Chrissy's

But I wasn't using the blue app, which is the app for quantum,
I was using just the pink and Iwas sometimes using the coil,

mostly using the electrodes, butI also think I wasn't using it
totally effectively after Istarted learning and like diving
in, it's a rabbit hole, yeah.

There's so much and the thing is you don't have
to know all the things.
Like, do I know way more nowthan I did when I started?
Absolutely?
Was I still getting all thebenefits from it when I first
started?
Absolutely?
So it's like you.
It's like anything you learn asyou go and we have an amazing
community that has so manyopportunities to learn and
really steep yourself inwhatever is calling to you, and

we have support in that area.
Like I have to decide where Iwant to spend my time that week
because there's so manydifferent.
I can go down to really deepenmy knowledge, which I love.
Like I love geeking out on thisshit.
It's amazing and exactly whatyou're saying too.

I have so many friends fromwho've helped their kids with
dyslexia, who've been goingthrough periominopause and hot
flashes and headaches, who've,like, found a relief in this.
Like it is a medical devicethat's been approved in the EU
as a medical device.
It's been approved in othercountries too.
In the United States it's onlycleared, but you know we all
(29:42):
know why, and it's like it'sused as a medical device to
treat things like fibromyalgiaand depression and anxiety and
pain relief.
Mikey (29:54):
I can attest to pain relief more certainly.
Zuri (29:56):
Yeah, so I started putting in a Mikey because he heard his
shoulder this summer and I wasjust like and he was just out
like he couldn't do anything.
Of course, when you're in apartnership, that's really
complex for us as businessowners, but also just like
running the household andparenting, co-parenting but I
would put pain, you know.
(30:16):
I'd put the electrodes on hisshoulder, where he had the pain,
and I would just run it forlike 20 minutes and he was like
I feel so much better.
Mikey (30:26):
That was my buy-in.
Zuri (30:27):
We were paying specialists like $250.
A pop A pop for like a halfhour session to do like dry
needling and I practice word dryneedling, cupping, taping I
mean we were doing all thethings.
So it wasn't for lack of like,not knowing the other healing
modalities, but this made areally big difference.
(30:48):
Oh yeah, and he uses it now moreto continue healing because
he's like 99% healed.
But he's also using it forprevention.
Like he drives, you know, likeif we go into Boston or
something or a longer road trip,he's like, oh, my shoulder is
like tense from just likeholding the wheel and you know

we'll put it on him and he'slike, oh my God, I feel so much
better.
And it just takes that two hourdrive off.
Mikey (31:15):
Yeah just instantly.
Zuri (31:17):
Wow.
Mikey (31:17):
And that's just on the body side.
Like you know, soon as Istarted meditating with it, I
was like whoa, yeah, it's likemeditating, but you get to
meditate on like a flying carpet.
It's like whoa, and you canjust like jam through your
subconscious and see differentterrain.
You're like, oh my God, yeah,like how was this possible?
Zuri (31:38):
Yeah, and so using, like some of the blue wave quantum.
What I will say is that, likeI've sent Chrissy screen grabs
and I'm like girl, am I dying?
What's wrong with me Becauseit'll ebb and flow, like
whatever I've got going on, likejust this last week.
I'll share an experience thatwe were gunning it, both of us
(32:02):
were gunning it, and so like oneof the days I was like I didn't
get good sleep.
Something happened and I thinkwe had a windstorm or whatever.
Whatever I woke up and tiredand I knew I had like a good 10
hour, like hustle day, and so itwas like, okay, how am I gonna
get through this?
And I just started runningfrequencies in the morning and I
(32:26):
just, all you know, alternatedbetween, you know, the blue wave
and the pink wave, one being,you know the electrodes and
working on the body and theother being, you know, working
on the field once in field, andI just felt I just had so much
energy, like at 11 o'clock,mike's, like you gotta go to bed
, like what are you doing?
Like you realize you'resupposed to be in bed right now
(32:47):
and you're still at yourcomputer.
I was jamming and I was like,okay, that got me through what I
didn't think I was gonna getthrough.
And normally, like if that kindof thing happened, I would have
been like, okay, I need coffee,and I would have tried to like
work out a bunch, to like build,you know, energy.
I just would have tried a bunchof things and probably not
really got as much done as I wassupposed to as a business owner

and I, I just jammed through itlike oh my god, it's amazing
there there are so many thingsthat I mean it's like a
manifestation tool.
Krisiey Salsa (33:22):
What do you want in your life?
Let me show, and then you putthat in and it's gonna show you
where are you blocking yourselfand start making profits into
your field of how you can getthere.
If you run retreats, you canpool the frequency you can.
You can record the vibration ofthe entire group and send out
those vibrations afterwards tothe entire group, like it works
(33:43):
with your pets, like there isreally.
You can get as creative as youwant.
I know someone who took ahundred dollar bill, took the,
as I put it in as a client inthe healing, recorded the
vibration and started runningthat in her healing as like
vibrating that frequency out toherself okay, and then we'll
(34:05):
have prosperity in her life,like it's really it's.
It's as limitless as you can becreative, like there are so many
ways that it can support you,not just in the physical, you
know, not just in the physicalbut, like I said, the emotional,
the spiritual, the mental yeah,yeah, it really has like a

thought-provoking advice for metoo, because, um a lot of times,
as a coach, you leave a sessionand you're just like is that my
like?
Zuri (34:36):
is that my?
energy or like you carrypeople's energy with you,
especially if you're like youknow, I'm like intuitive
coaching, so I'm likedownloading ideas for them and
I'm like okay and like, and thenI have to like shake that off,
I have to like do something toget rid of it, and now I'm
finding like I could just putthe healing on and I'm just like
(34:56):
, okay, let me get back tomyself and it's helping me do
that and be inquisitive abouthow I can be a better coach to
myself, how I can be a betterlike.
It's just more awareness I haveso much more I feel like it's
sharpened my intuition.
Krisiey Salsa (35:10):
Yeah, like it's.
It's much more clear to mewhat's mine and what someone
else's and I'm.
I'm much more solid in um, theknowingness of like, oh, okay,
yes, that's definitive.
This is the direction and andthe coach, the coaching analysis
, like using it in your coachingpractice is such a game changer
(35:32):

Like to help your, to help yourclients get to their deep,
subconscious, limiting beliefs,the things that are deeply
holding them back that they maynot even be aware of.
Zuri (35:43):
Like it is a absolute game changer and it's not for people
who, I would say, though, arenot self-aware, because if you
do that app and you look at itand you're just like what?
Krisiey Salsa (35:57):
not for the faint of heart, for sure, you
definitely have to be open.
Zuri (36:00):
Yeah, you have to be open and you have to be able to like
okay, maybe that isn't exactlylike true for me, but maybe
journal on it and figure out ifthere's anything that you might
not be suppressing.
Or, like you know, like I foundit to be very like, um, I would
say, like I know myself reallywell and I've done so much deep
(36:23):
work, but there were things thatI was like what really me?
Like, oh, okay, I'm like, oh, Ican see how this is that.
And like I've expressed to you,you know, off of the podcast,
but I've expressed to you like,oh, yeah, I had a whole day of
crying because apparently thisthing isn't clear yet.
Like I didn't know that and Ifelt fucking amazing afterwards
(36:45):
like crying is medicine, um, butI didn't know, like I just I
thought I was good.
No, the thing with work, youknow, self-feeling, is that you,
you know you do the work, butyou have to continue to do the
work.
It's not like once, one anddone.
Krisiey Salsa (37:00):
Unfortunately, yeah, all right and go ahead,
mikey well, the uh.
Mikey (37:05):
A couple things came to mind as you, as you were talking
about that, you know I was um,I was thinking about what life
would be like had I got theHealy, say my 20s, 30s, right
before some of the avalanche of,of um, you know old patterns
and you know old beliefs reallystarted to railroad and started
(37:28):
to pick up some steam andgenerate some different negative
movement in my life.
Right, so you know, I hear youtalking about your daughter and
you know she, she, she touchedHealy and it's giving her some,
some, some benefits for her, foracne, but imagine what, like
what her life would be like fromthis point forward.
Right, is she going to seeHealy as a key and be like, oh
(37:51):
my god, like this will unlock mybetter self?
And then, once I unlock mybetter self, then I can again
unlock my better self and unlockmy better self and because we
are, we're infinite right, wecan, we can, we can infinitely
expand.
And you know, going back tothat first question, um, or the
second question, I think youknow the type of tool it is as a
(38:13):
key.
You don't have to unlockyourself when you are hurt.
You don't have to unlockyourself when you're sick, you
can do it.
When you are healthy, you cando it.
When you're happy, you can doit when everything is going your
way, so that when you, whenopposition does come, you're not
railroaded right, you have astronger base to uh to to stand
(38:38):
on.
So when that huge tidal wave of, you know, grief, uh, loss of
loved ones, you know all thesethings that that life just
throws at us, we're going to beable to handle it from our
better self, from our higherself, from our our balanced self
, versus getting, you know, beatup and then barely coming out
(38:58):
of alive and be like oh, now Ineed the healing, you know, now
I need to heal.
Uh, you know, start healingwhen you don't need to heal.
Right, because you, you know,because because then you get the
expansion, then you get the,you get to grow in the in the
positive direction.
You don't have to make up time.
Krisiey Salsa (39:14):
Yeah, you were creating time yes, awesome, and,
as as a mother, one of thereally amazing ways you can use
the healing is to put yourchildren in as a client and you
can, you can, uh, runfrequencies to them and
vibrations to them when they'regoing through things.
(39:35):
Yeah, yeah, to help strengthenthe things that you see.
That, um, they could use extrasupport in tell us.
Zuri (39:43):
Was it difficult when I mean, I kind of know the answer,
but was it difficult for you toadd healing to your daily life.
Krisiey Salsa (39:51):
No, in fact, um, I just had such a strong pull to
it.
Um, I would say one of myweaknesses in general is
consistency, but I have hadabsolutely no issue staying
consistent with healing.
Mikey (40:07):
I wonder why.
Krisiey Salsa (40:11):
I mean, I have found my own rhythm with it and
there have been times where I'vetaken a break, but it's been my
choice, not my yeah, right,yeah, and I.
I run it in the mornings,typically when I wake up.
So it's recommended to run twoto three microcurrent programs a
day.
(40:31):
You can run less than that, butyou, if you want to see any
kind of change, you really needto at least be running two to
three a week and you know youneed to feel into that
energetically as to what worksfor you.
But in the beginning I didn'treally know that and I was
running like as manymicrocurrent programs as I
wanted.
I just like, oh my god, this isamazing.
(40:53):
I'm just, I'm just gonna domore and more and more.
And then I hit like a fizzlepoint where I was like, oh my
god, I'm exhausted.
I was like I need to back off alittle bit.
So two to three microcurrentprograms now, if you're, if
you're using the coil.
Coil uses a differenttechnology to deliver the
frequencies and it's using moreof the scalar waves which is
(41:14):
impacting more of the fieldaround you, like your bio
energetic field yeah yeah, goingdirectly into the body, but
it's more.
It's great that I use thatsometimes for emotional issues,
if I have more emotional stuffgoing on, but I typically my my
go-to is the microcurrent that's.
That's the secret sauce, Ithink you know what?
Mikey (41:35):

The thought just came into mindwith the, the Healy coil, I'm
gonna start charging my water.

Yes, you can.

That would be a dope idea because of what's for all water

Like as we ingest water, whydon't we ingest high vibrating

I think you can also put the sticky pads onto
like a water bottle and put thefrequencies directly in.
Really, but you can also theMAG HEALY, you can.
There are water activationprograms in here, specifically
for water.

And I mean we're moving like I know we talked
about this about Pluto movinginto Aquarius now, and I am by
no means a miscrologer, but I doknow that it is like times are
shifting, like legit shifting,and we're moving from an era of

like the collectivetransparency, and more about
what the people want.

Yeah, it is a dawning of the age of Aquarius.

I'm just not gonna be part of that conversation.
That's like, oh, that's sowoo-woo and like dumbing it down

I think, like the goal is forour, you know, empowered posse
is to empower them with as muchinformation as possible so that
they aren't walking around withblindfolds on like, oh, like I

have to do this if I want tohave money, I have to do this if
I want to have, you know, goodhealth, and it's like usually
the opposite.
It's often the opposite, and Ithink that we are coming to such
an awareness now in humanitythat we don't need to call it
woo.
It's like, oh, no, it's fuckingtrue, it's true, it's true,

it's true woo.
Mikey (43:34):
Mm-hmm.
Zuri (43:35):
It's true woo-woo.
Okay, I'll woo, but just try it.
Okay, you're gonna be fine.
Good, so I'm here for it.
If you had to, if you had tosuggest, like, who needs to own
a Healy device, who would be onthat list?
Krisiey Salsa (43:53):
You already know my answer to that girl Every
freaking body.
Mikey (43:58):
Everyone.

Everyone.
Everyone could use one Mm-hmm.
Will everyone get one?
I don't know.
The goal is to get a Healy inevery home I can.

I would go so far as to say that everyone needs one.
Everyone needs that key so thatthey can actually connect with
who they are and get what theywant right Be who they want,
vibrate who they want.
And until that happens, thereare gonna be a lot of sheep out
there.
There are gonna be a lot ofpeople who are just following
orders and doing what the doctorsays, and this and this and

that, and they're gonna havethat experience, yeah.

It's just programming.

That was the whole point of starting a podcast.
It's to awaken people to theirown healing ability and so that
they could have programming thatwasn't just what's paid for by
pharma or some of the other waysthat people are looking to heal
their bodies.
It's like is that really gonnaheal your body or are you going

to be worse off in five years?
Krisiey Salsa (44:55):
Did these ideas of how to heal have been around
for so long?
I mean acupuncture, likehowever long ago that originated
, and with Chinese medicine islike they knew there was
something with the meridians andthe channels in the body to
activate healing, right, and yes, and homeopathy, which
(45:17):
homeopathy was like the medicinethat was used up until 1930s,
when, before Rockefeller gotinto the mix and started funding
the schools, the medicalschools, and said homeopathy had
to be kicked out and they wentstraight pharmaceutical and all
the medical schools did that.
And so what we have is a lossof information transmitted to
(45:41):
the next generation.
What we get to do now isre-inform, we get to re-offer it
out as like there is not justone way in, there never has been
, but it might be all you knowand you just to open your mind a
little bit to understand.
Mikey (45:59):

I've heard it said many times about Healy.

If you've ever been to like achiropractor or you've ever had

So when what I would do is Iwould put it onto your head.

The back of my neck.

Okay, so I'm going to put anelectrode on each side and then
we are going to charge your bodyfor 20 minutes, essentially,
okay, okay, and so that's how wewould handle a headache.

I cannot fall asleep, I haveinsomnia.

Okay, so there's two options.
One thing I can do is I canscan your bio energetic field
with the blue app, which scansand figures out like, hey,
what's, what kind of sleep issueis he actually having?
Is he having an issue withbalance sleep?
Is he having a?
Is he actually having a nervoussystem issue?

So I can scan your body andfigure out what the core issue
is.

What it sounds like.
It sounds like I am that Healyis really empowering the family
caregiver like, oh my god yeah,things that you can do for your
family, or the coach, or theself-healing Advocate like.

Like you know, we have so many bio hacking things in our
house like we are we.

We that's our crystal bowls and yeah crystal water and
vibe plates and infrared yeah.

I mean color therapy.
We got all the things rightbecause we are extra like that.
But I would say, like thisreplaces so many devices,
because and I don't haveanything like this I have
nothing that works in thequantum field, other than, of
course, like you know, I do likecrystal therapies.

I mean, you know, we can getlike Really deep into some
things, but, like you know, ifyou believe in Reiki energy,
mm-hmm.
So it's like distant healing,hands-off healing, much
different and what you're you'reyou're manipulating the energy
field and, as somebody whopractices Reiki, what I can say

is that this charges mybatteries to be able to practice
better Reiki.
Exactly so give me anotherailment one more ailment.

Okay, so what I would do is I would scan your chakras and
I would figure out where youare having blocks so that you
can get an alignment, so thatyour pineal gland is healthy.

microcurrent frequency directlydirectly, like there is just a
you know an option, like hey, Ican go right in there and start

activating, maybe decalcifyingfrom all of that junk food, and
but yeah, you can, you can healreally anything and we are just
getting started on it.
But that's what I would say.

That is the way that you healother people.
