142 - Keep track of your Industry, your competition, and more!

This is one Google Service I use, and it alerts you to any activity on the web that you want to keep track of and is perfect for anything you want to keep track of -- Products in your industry, companies that you want to follow, your local or national competitors, topics or social trends – pretty much anything you can think of!
