We’re excited to be back with Season 3, and this week we have an inspirational chat with Phil Guerini who climbed his way to the top of one of the world’s most iconic family entertainment brands, The Walt Disney Company for over 25 years. Phil oversaw music strategy for Disney Channels Worldwide networks, alongside all aspects of Radio Disney and Radio Disney Country. Phil was Executive Director, Broadcast and Strategic Marketing for Walt Disney Records, where he worked on several chart-topping releases including soundtracks for High School Musical, Hannah Montana and Camp Rock.
Phil created and launched the Radio Disney Music Awards and also reimagined the Radio Disney “Next Big Thing” program, supporting the career launches of Justin Bieber, Fifth Harmony, Shawn Mendes, Ariana Grande, Becky G, Camila Cabello and Kelsea Ballerini as well as others.
Walt Disney Company vet Phil Guerini is now CEO of Jonas Group Entertainment.
