Author Trisha Williams is the CEO of IreeSky Fiction & Editing who specializes in editing raw manuscripts into works of art. She has edited over 175 self-published books for other authors. Trisha’s own fiction titles address avoiding common urban pitfalls, such as gang recruitment, drugs, self-esteem, runaways, peer rejection, promiscuity, bullying, leadership, stalking, and adultery. Other titles address subjects considered taboo, unique to urban life, such as generational curses, systemic racism, suicidal ideation, mental impediment, generational wealth lack, and apathy, such as Black men being taught to suppress emotion.
Her stories are relatable and entertaining because she uses familiar Trenton landmarks in her stories. As impressive as the sheer quantity of her fiction is, her remarkable survival story is what compelled her to collaborate with DV survivors globally who anonymously contributed to her Hidden Treasures series. The proceeds of Hidden Treasures are donated to shelters to support resources, abuse prevention, and awareness. Trisha credits her ability to write imaginatively to observation growing up in the City of Trenton.
Her established platform projects high ambition to bring inspirational positivity here at home. Since her titles are in demand, she consistently vends at upscale banquets and pop-up events. She offers basic English tutoring for adult literacy, is a playwright, and a Mercer County Notary Public.
