We visit with Woori Taekwondo in Evergreen Park to find some great benefits to learning the martial art from Master Kim. We also get a visit from Amy and Ken Kazin from Evergreen Park Community High School. The kids are getting some major accolades in non-sports competitions. Ken Kazin is closing out 38 years as band director with a special finale everyone can enjoy in May.

Evergreen Park's Mayor is joined by Erin Smith of OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital to talk about why (and when) everyone should get tested.
