Welcome back, friends! Can you believe it’s already March? Before we know it, summer will be here!
This month, we’re celebrating Women’s History Month, and today, I want to talk about women who have shaped my own history: my friends.
I didn’t always have strong female friendships. For years, I believed I was independent and self-sufficient. But during my hardest season—my divorce—God showed me the life-changing power of deep, meaningful friendships with other women.
In this episode, I’ll share three reasons why female friendships are essential for our growth and well-being:
1️⃣ No one understands women like women do—From hormonal struggles to life’s everyday challenges, female friends just get it.
2️⃣ Friendships help us heal—Research shows that time spent with good friends can reduce stress and improve mental health.
3️⃣ No one will fight for you like your girlfriends will—Women support each other in ways that no one else can.
But let’s be real—sometimes, making and maintaining friendships isn’t easy. I’ll talk about why we struggle with female friendships and how we can build authentic, life-giving connections instead of falling into the trap of rivalry or comparison.
If you’ve ever doubted the importance of female friendships, or if you’re looking to build deeper connections, this episode is for you!
Let’s embrace the joy, strength, and sisterhood that comes with surrounding ourselves with good women.
