Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of
the Everyday Shaman.
I'm your host, jeffrey Brunk, and I thank you for joining me
today.
I hope everyone is doing wellout there listening, but,
truthfully, I know that thereare those listening that aren't
having such a great day, week, month or year, and that is a big
part of the reason that I beganthis podcast to reach as many

(00:22):
people possible, providebetterment, even if it's through
just a few words that are said.
If something's gleaned from aconversation with a guest or
something that I say, then thiswhole venture has been worth it
and will continue to be worth it.
So thank you for joining me.
I have some great guests thatare going to be on the show in
the next several weeks, some ofwhom are clients and others who

(00:45):
are not.
This is not your typicalshamanism, shamanic podcast.
Because there are so many outthere, I don't want to be
another.
This is how you do things andthis is how they have done
things in the past, and otherpeople do it Because there's no
one way.
Actually, the only thing thatis necessary that's in common
with all of these modalities, beit shamanism and energy healing

(01:07):
, is intention, so keep that inmind.
I will say that shamanism, thepractice, has been around for
10,000 plus years, and you thinkof medicine men in Native
American cultures and ayahuascaretreats in the Amazon.
But really shamanism is a wayor a method of connecting to

(01:29):
everything Everything in theseen world, everything in the
unseen world and bringing it alltogether to provide healing and
insight and connection to theearth and the universe.
It sounds kind of far outGroovy man, it is a little bit.
When I first learned about it, Iwrote my memoir and didn't want

(01:50):
to write the last chapterbecause people think I'm crazy
because of the things that I'veseen and who I have encountered,
so I'm not going to get into me.
If you want to learn more aboutmy journey, I'm going to talk
about it at some point, a littlebit here and there throughout
different episodes, but it's inmy memoir.
So I do have a guest that livedwith me throughout that time of
my life where I fought andfought and fought with Shaman

(02:13):
Cygnus and call it the darknight of the soul.
But that's not what I want totalk about.
I want to talk about somethingmore relevant and that is that
those that are searching andthose that are wanting something
more to fill the void and it'salmost cliche to say that and
you hear it all the time, butit's true.
It's something always missing.

(02:34):
And you see the divisiveness inthis world today.
War has been forever going onand I'm going to tell you right
now peace on Earth will neverhappen as long as humans are
here, and that is because thereis a battle going on in the
unseen realms between light anddark mostly shadow and as humans
we are bearers of shadow or thedivine shadow, light and dark

(02:59):
together.
There is an imbalance right now, within people, within nature,
within the universe, withinrelationships.
It affects everyone differentlyand it comes down to choices
that we make as to how itaffects us.
With the old adage about thebutterfly flapping its wings on

(03:19):
one side of the earth can causea hurricane on the other.
It's really true.
I never understood that for along time, until I understood
how powerful energy is andfrequency and vibration, and how
ripples of these things canaffect so many other aspects of
not just nature but thought, actions and words, and even down

(03:41):
to typing a letter.
The energy in that comesthrough, within everything.
Energy is inherent in everysingle thing.
It's what we are made of, it'swhat mass is made of, it's what
sound is made of, it'sconstantly moving.
So I want to talk about shadowand light and the imbalance, but

(04:02):
what I also want to do and I'vesaid that I would in my debut
episode, that I was Now onething I want to make clear is
that these journey summariesthat I undertook for myself,
these aren't journeys that Iwould take for myself, be it for
a physical issue or anemotional issue or whatever.

(04:24):
These are ones I was guided andled to share with a mass
audience, because the sacredspace, the shadow, the darkness,
these are the things withinthis world and within ourselves
that need to be addressed byevery single individual, and so
the messages that I receive, tobe it through imagery or through
actual being, spoken word, orthe animals or whatever it may

(04:46):
be that we're in there, thereare things within each journey
that will resonate with anyonewho is open and willing to
listen for those messages thatare meant for them, if that
makes sense.
And for those that are notready to listen yet, that is
fine.
I just have to hope that themessages that are conveyed
through me to you with theripple effect trickle down to

(05:09):
others and in some way at sometime get through to these people
because of the dire imbalancethat is within each of us within
the world, not justindividually, but collectively.
I wanted to make that clear andI hope it is clear.
What I want to do is discuss alittle bit, or to tell you a
little bit, about how I go aboutshamanic journey.

(05:32):
Now you hear that a lot too.
A lot of these words I'm usingI hate to use because they're
almost buzzwords and, havingbeen in business for years prior
to where I am now, but shamanicjourneying, there are certain
ways Some people claim toshamanic journey or can shamanic
journey using psychedelics.
You hear about ayahuasca.
I am not advocating thesethings because they're not

(05:55):
necessary.
Others, like myself, usedrumming.
Personally, I have a drum, butI use a drumming track with
headphones set to somewherebetween 200 and 210 probably
beats per minute to get me intoa state of using breathing
techniques as well to get meinto a state where part of me
leaves my physical self andtravels to where I need to go

(06:18):
for an individual or for asituation, and what I find there
is never the same, and I tellpeople that I work for to have
no expectations about what maycome from a journey.
Because when I am finished witha journey for someone, I write
a lot of notes and then I do avery, very detailed summary of
that journey for that person.

(06:38):
And I do that because thesummary has as much healing
information in it as what isdone within the journey itself.
Now, when I first startedjourneying and I was kind of a
newbie this was back when Istill had the size 12 boot in
the keister, or right afterwardsPeople would ask hey, journey
for me and find my spirit animal.
It was almost like a parlortrick type thing.

(07:01):
And it's not a parlor trick,I'm sorry, I shouldn't say that.
It was almost like a fun thing.
And, by the way, people havereached out to me and said I'd
like a reading.
I don't do readings, can't dothe future.
The future is not set.
I don't know what's going tohappen in the next 10 seconds,

(07:21):
because every choice we makeaffects what happens in the
future.
There is no set.
This is going to happen.
This is going to happen.
This is going because choicesthat we make on a daily or a
momentary, every, every choicewe make mentally or verbally,
changes the course of the future, and it also changes, for good
or for bad, and that's whereshadow and darkness come.
Shadow and light come in in themix of those two.

(07:41):
So what I'm going to do is Iwant to describe, when I journey
, what I first encounter, andfrom the beginning and I will
tell you that I read a book onshamanic journeying by Sandra
Ingerman way back a long timeago, back when the book came
with a CD with drumming trackson it, and was able to journey
the very first time I tried, andwithin there there were

(08:02):
suggestions about finding asacred space.
A sacred space could beanywhere, anywhere you felt safe
, anywhere that brought comfort.
I had my space and it remaineda constant for me in every
journey that I had everundertaken up until recently.
I would enter it through mychildhood home kitchen doorway,

(08:23):
going outside, crossing athreshold and stepping onto a
stone slab, I'd see a little bitof land.
Sometimes it would be grass, sometimes it would change
depending on the journey, but itwas always the same layout and
between there and a very largetree was a stream, and the
stream could be different eachjourney as far as the water

(08:45):
depth, the color or the clarityof the water, how deep it is.
The tree's leaves could bedifferent, but the tree acted as
a portal to the higher realmsand the lower realms, and this
realm, which I call the Nail.
Behind the tree, there was alarge, vast expanse of field, a
lot of times filled withdifferent types of sunflower or

(09:07):
different types of flowerssunflowers a mountain behind
that and that is where thestream would originate, and a
small quartz beach where I wouldstand and be greeted.
And at first I was greeted by mygrandmother very early on, but
most often greeted by what Icall divine essences.
Others would refer to them asangels.

(09:28):
I don't like using that word, because if you think of angels,
most people think of wingedbeings that are brightly colored
and or little cherubs that areshooting arrows, and that is not
the case, and they are notgrotesque in causing fear either
.
They each have a colorattribute to them, they each
have a feel to them as far aswhat they emanate, and when I

(09:50):
started journeying, one of thevery first essences that I
encountered was Raphael.
Even having grown up in thechurch and all I knew very, very
little about names, I knewthere were very few in the Bible
mentioned Most of the ones thatI've encountered in my journey.
Since that time I would getnames A lot.
I would get names and take themphonetically in my mind and I

(10:12):
would ask Jibreel or Gabriel tohelp me to remember and then I
would look up these names.
Oh, and let me say this, I alsospeak to Yeshua quite frequently
, and that started, oh, 10 yearsago.
And if you don't know, yeshuais who others would call Jesus,
not the Jesus of the Bible, notanything at all remotely like

(10:34):
the Jesus of the Bible, exceptfor the warmth and compassion,
and it's such a warmth.
I go on journeys in Yeshua andI don't want to come back.
So if someone is out theresaying, oh, he talks to Jesus,
oh, what a crock.
Well, you know, anyone that'sever said a prayer and in this
country, in America at least, gone to a church and prayed and

(10:56):
asked for forgiveness, hasprayed and talked to Jesus and
says they do.
So we don't want to go therewith that argument.
But what I want to do is read asummary of a journey of mine,
and I'm going to do these inthree parts, because of the
imbalance between light and darkand shadow, and one way that I
like to describe shadow is I usethe yin-yang symbol as an

(11:19):
example, a visual example.
You have light on one side, dark on the other, but in
between, where those two meet, that is the shadow shades of
gray and when that is out ofbalance, it throws the white out
of balance, it throws the darkout of balance and it throws us
as humans out of balance whenour shadow is not in tune with

(11:42):
nature, not in tune withourselves.
When we are searching, when weare lost and feel stuck, or
we're frustrated or we're angry, whatever it may be, the light,
the divine never lies to us.
The shadow tricks us and thisworld is a shadowy place.
And when I say the world is ashadowy place, right now, within

(12:04):
our culture, within society, worldwide, there is such
division.
Everyone is offended bysomething.
Everyone needs to feel likethey are validated, like they
are right.
This is not about anythingother than what, honestly, all
humans feel.
And there is such hatred andsuch division and such exclusion

(12:25):
.
People go hungry, but otherpeople build rocket ships shaped
like phalluses, you know, andspend their money on that
instead of helping those in need.
It's an imbalance to thatdegree.
I'm not saying that it's wrongto have money, but I'm saying
it's wrong if you have so muchand you don't do good with it.
So what I want to do?
Not long ago, I journeyedbecause I was actually searching

(12:47):
myself and we all do, eventhough I've come a long way
since the days of looking forpower animals, I reach places
every now and then where I go,is this it?
What more can I do?
And I hate it when that happensand I know that it will change.
But I was asking what is mypurpose now?
Because purpose changes as yougo down your path.

(13:10):
You get to one place thatyou're meant to be, and then the
road splits or forks into threeor four different ways, maybe,
and you pick another path.
You get to one place thatyou're meant to be and then the
road splits or forks into threeor four different ways, maybe,
and you pick another path andthat one takes you to another
place along your journey.
And so I reached a place likethat not too long ago and I
journeyed about it and I want toread the summary that I wrote.
There are three in total, but Iwant to read this one first,

(13:31):
because it's about my sacredspace that I spoke about earlier
, and keep in mind my sacredspace had been the same for 15
years.
There are aspects of it thatwould change Again, like I said,
depending on the person andsituation.
So this changed recently and Iwant to read the journey, and
I'll begin now.
When the journey began meaningusing the drumming track, still

(13:53):
at 200 BPM I was almostimmediately whisked away to my
sacred space.
When I arrived, I didn't crossthe threshold of the door as I
normally do.
I found myself standing on astone, but it wasn't the usual
stone slab.
This stone was brilliantlycolored red picture jasper the
red was adorned with flourishesof pink and white and thin

(14:13):
streaks of gray that branchedoff in various directions.
I heard a voice saying do notturn around, do not look back.
There is no doorway.
This is your space.
Until now, your sacred spacehas been a place that you
created.
Now you will learn what is true.
So that voice was the voice ofYeshua.
Standing to my right and to myleft was Jibreel, and Jibreel

(14:36):
extended his right arm, raisingit slightly, with his palm
turned upward, and uttered onebrief sentence the sacred space,
the hand up, basically at heartlevel.
I looked ahead and I lifted myhead slightly.
My view was then spun alldirections, left to right, top
to bottom.
It's kind of like watching agyroscope and seeing every angle

(14:57):
the picture.
Jasper angled upwards, slightlyleveling off to a flat landing.
Top of the landing thereappeared to be a thick, clear,
long bench.
This is when the gyroscopicviewpoints began.
What I saw was not a clearbench, but a horizontally set,
flawless, thick crystal that waspointed on either end.
On the back of this crystal wasanother crystal, also flawless.

(15:18):
This one was also pointed onboth ends, but it wasn't as
thick as the one that washorizontal.
These two weren't separatecrystals but were one solid form
, and from the front view therewere two more longer, narrower,
double terminated crystals, alsopart of the same form.
These formed an X shape thatpassed upwards through the thick
horizontal quartz and crossed.

(15:39):
When they passed through thevertical crystal, the entire
crystalline form seemed to behovering a few inches above the
Jasper landing.
It was when I noticed this thatI was both pulled closer to the
crystalline form and then aboveit, and from above I was able
to see that underneath thecrystalline form was a circular
form that rotated in a clockwisemotion.
This circular form was alsocrystal clear, but around the

(16:02):
edge of the form there weresmall, multifaceted amethyst and
emerald stones.
Also, from above, I could seethat the tops of the vertical
and x-shaped crystals were alsoclear quartz interspersed with
citrine.
The entirety of the crystallinestructure resembled a widened
chair of sorts.
After seeing the details of thatstructure, Yeshua spoke again,

(16:23):
saying your true sacred space iswithin, not a destination.
Wherever you go, whatever youdo, you carry that sacred space
and can be within that space atany time you choose to be.
Now, after he said this, Iturned to him and I asked I
understand, but how does thisexplain my purpose for being?
He stood silent and lookedright at me with an embracing

(16:45):
warmness.
I continued to say by sayingI'm grateful for the ones I've
helped, I'm grateful for thegifts and the blessings.
I'm extremely thankful for thelessons I've been given, both
good and bad, and I am verygrateful for the gifts and the
blessings.
I'm extremely thankful for thelessons I've been given, both
good and bad, and I am verygrateful for the knowledge
that's been shared with me.
But I'm at an impasse.
What more is there for me to do?
And if there is more, what isit?
And he continued looking at me,still silent, like he was

(17:08):
waiting for me to continue.
So I began to speak I don'tfeel.
And it dropped off and it wasJibreel who stopped me from
speaking after the word feel.
Have you learned nothing?
He asked.
Got to say here, jibreel isthis, is not in the journey, but
I'm just saying Jibreel is very.
He has more of a stern presence.

(17:28):
Yes, not scary, he's just stern.
He said have you learnednothing?
And his tone was stern, and itusually is, but this time there
was a slight difference, almostlike a mocking or dismissiveness
in the voice.
What is a feeling, he asked?
Is a feeling a belief Is afeeling?
An opinion Is a feeling?
A creation of the mind Is afeeling, undeniably always true.

(17:51):
This was in a tone that summedup Jibreel's overall message.
It was direct, spoke to me withthe bluntness of a freaking
rubber mallet, the mallet beingJibreel in a way.
Yeshua then spoke again and histone was more subtle, which he
is very much more subtle.
He said go, ascend to thecrystal, look down and follow
the pattern within the jasper, but by Yeshua's standards,

(18:36):
however, I don't questionYeshua's directive and I
immediately looked down at thepicture Jasper and followed the
streak pattern and ascended tothe crystal.
When I had reached the crystal.
I sat down and placed my backagainst the vertical crystal
that acted like a backrest.
I then raised my head andlooked directly ahead of me.
I turned to the left, turned tothe right.

(18:58):
On either side, both left andright, was a vast, expansive
coastline.
There were identical narrow, rolling dunes on either side.
Directly in front of me was abreak in the dunes, kind of like
a walkway down to a shoreline, and blue-green expanse of water
hit.
However, there were nofootsteps or disturbances in the
sand or the dunes, nor wasthere any seagrass, seashells

(19:23):
etc.
Etc.
On either side the dunes fadedinto obscurity.
It was that long of an expanseon either side.
It was very bright.
Another familiar voice spokesaying an expanse on either side
, it was very bright.
Another familiar voice spokesaying you've been here many
times and this was Raphael.
Although I didn't see him inform Sometimes I just know by
the feel of the presence, sometimes in colors, sometimes

(19:43):
just hearing the voicetelepathically.
What do you see, which is atypical Raphael question, by the
way.
What do you see?
What do you see?
So I looked out into thedistance, at the water, slash
ocean, slash sea, because it washard to tell what it was.
It was vast, but the colorswere different.
It definitely looked like theocean, but there was a lot going
on in the scene and the firstthing that was noticeable was

(20:06):
that there weren't any breakersor water rolling in onto the
shoreline, coastline.
It was an ocean without a tide.
Then Raphael asked tell me whatyou do not see.
So, having been in thisscenario before and I'll say
that he is associated with waterand a lot of journeys are on
the beach I said I don't see thethings beneath the water.

(20:28):
I don't see the threats, thecurrent, the animal life.
I know those things are there, but I don't see them.
Rapha, the current, the animallife I know those things are
there, but I don't see them.
Rafael replied you're mistaken.
How many times have you beenbeneath the water?
This response took me off guard, but also contained a lot of
truth.
He continued now look ahead andwatch.
Think of this as a test.
I shifted my focus to the openarea between the opposing dunes,

(20:52):
not knowing what I might see orwhere.
I moved my focus from theshoreline of the water, scanned
from front to back, side to side, and it only took a moment
before I began noticing variousthings all seemingly unrelated.
The first thing that becamenoticeable was that, in five
different places on the water'ssurface, the water began to
vibrate in circular motion, causing ripples to form, but not

(21:13):
waves and not crests.
The water's surface the waterbegan to vibrate in circular
motion, causing ripples to form, but not waves and not crests.
The water's movement began tobecome more violent in each of
the five areas, the areas that Iwas seeing.
They were in varying distancesfrom each other and from the
shoreline.
Although the vibrations causedripples, which grew larger as
they expanded outward andintersected with the ripples
caused by each of the five sitesin the water, they never formed

(21:35):
into waves or crept up upon theshore more than a few inches.
Even then, they formed a singlestraight line when they inched
up onto the shoreline.
What I was witnessing was arather violent event.
From beneath each of the fiveareas, a pointed mass began to
emerge from the water.
They weren't all the same size, the one to the farthest right
being the largest.
Each of these forms resembledquickly forming volcanoes or

(21:58):
mountains.
Each emerged from the water atthe same time and at the same
speed.
So this was ongoing.
Another phenomenon as this wasongoing, another phenomenon
again.
This was something I'd seen along time ago, although in an
entirely different setting andin entirely different
circumstances, but thousands ofhailstones began falling from

(22:20):
the sky, and the sky was clear, brilliant blue in color, no
clouds whatsoever, and thehailstones were of different
sizes, some quite large, otherspea-sized.
There was one very obviousdifference between these
hailstones and the hailstonesI'd seen long ago during that
other journey.
The hailstones that I was nowseeing didn't resemble white

(22:40):
balls of ice.
These more resembled clear, round snowflake shapes, crystal
clear but still having mass, andthey not only fell onto the
water's surface but also ontothe shoreline dunes and all the
way up to the base of where Isat.
Although the hell stones didn'tland directly on me, they fell
to my left and right.
The hell stones that fell tothe water plopped into the water

(23:02):
and disappeared, and the hellstones that landed on the
shoreline dunes and up to andaround where I was sitting
landed without making a soundthe smallest causing no
disturbance in the sand, and thelargest causing minimal
movement or indentions in thesand.
Many of the thousands of stonesdissolved when they landed in
the sand.
The smallest seemed to vaporizeeven before they landed, and

(23:23):
many large stones dissolved intothe sand, essentially merging
with the sand.
It's important to note that thehailstones that dissolved into
the sand didn't melt, theydidn't cause the sand to become
wet.
So, as I was witnessing all ofthis, the emerging land masses,
the ripples that converge, theeffects of the hailstones on the
water and land, the sound, eachtiny detail, Raphael spoke

(23:46):
again.
What do you not see?
Raphael's question nowresonated with me.
I also knew that this questionwas the test he'd referred to
earlier, though I thought thatwas said in jest, because
Raphael also has a wonderfulsense of humor, which, by the
way, with divine essences, theyapproach you in a way that makes
you comfortable, and with me,it's humor and music that

(24:08):
Raphael speaks to me throughmost.
I thought about the question.
It was obvious that I couldn'tphysically see beneath the water
or the sand, but non-physicallyI saw everything.
I was able to see the chaoticforce of the uprising land that
emerged from the seafloor, or ahumongous lake form.
I could see the hailstones asthey sank into the water, some

(24:29):
falling deep into the water, others merging with the water
and becoming part of the current, their ripples converging with
the ripples of the emerginglandforms, even the snowflake
shapes within the hailstonesthat fell on land were visible,
each uniquely different, and asI became more aware of what I
was able to see non-physically,gibrael spoke as if he knew I'd
come to a realization of somesort, because they're good that

(24:50):
way.
Your purpose is in that whichyou are witnessing.
And when he said the wordpurpose, he said it in a shorter
, slightly louder tone of voice.
Remarkably, I understood whatJabril meant the seen, the
unseen, the chaos beneath thewater, the dissolution of the
falling hailstones, the violentemergence of the landforms that

(25:12):
barely caused a disturbance onthe water surface.
All this happening before meand to each side.
As far as I could see, it wasall imagery and symbolism and it
made sense, and I didn't feelwhat I was seeing, at least not
in a physical way.
I felt what I was seeing in away that resonated with me.
It was the knowing in quotes,it's the knowing that I've
discussed with so many people, and that knowing was the answer

(25:35):
to my question what is mypurpose?
Yeshua again approached me, puthis hand on my shoulder and
began to speak.
His demeanor was calm andmeasured always is Presence was
warm and inviting, as it alwaysis.
Yet what he said carried a lotof weight.
His words were not sugar-coated, though they weren't words
anyone would necessarily evenwant to hear.
He said just as the sacredspace is within you and not a

(25:59):
physical manifestation, likestill water is never still, so
it is with what you refer to asyour purpose.
There is no single purpose, plan or destiny.
Everything everywhere, seen andunseen, known and unknown, is
literally in flux, constantly inmotion, and I wondered where
this was headed, as Yeshuacontinued on saying in the

(26:20):
vastness of all that is, you area grain of sand on that
shoreline.
He kind of motioned to theshoreline.
And there's one thing toconsider, however that grain of
sand is unique and without thatone grain of sand, the balance
between the shoreline and theocean beyond it is altered.
Now that's really deep stuff, the balance being that one grain

(26:41):
of sand causes the mostminuscule difference in, say,
the water level.
Whatever it may be tiny grainof sand, that made sense somehow
.
But what Yeshua told me next wasreally kind of sobering.
He said you're going to have tochoose your paths.
Some of those choices will bemisguided, some of the paths
will be difficult, others aregoing to seem effortless.

(27:02):
No matter the path you choose, the divine within will lead you
to where you're meant to be whenyou're meant to be there.
And I nodded with understanding.
And then he kept on going andsaying as you walk any of the
paths you've chosen, you'llencounter many others walking
their own paths.
Make no mistake, not everyoneon those paths will embrace you.
You'll be mocked, turned away,scorned.

(27:24):
Some who you've long known willshun you and many will reject
the truth that stirs withinthemselves.
You will, at times, feel alone, betrayed, abandoned and filled
with despair.
That's a heck of a pep talkthere.
Welcome to Wrexham.
So Yeshua's words were seriousand not very encouraging, to say
the least.
Yet his tone and his demeanorprevented me from experiencing

(27:47):
fear.
I've never been fearful of anydivine essences or shadow or
elements of darkness.
Jibreel, having stood silentlyduring this whole time, looked
straight ahead at the water andwhen Yeshua paused, jibreel said
you are not now, nor have youever been, alone nor abandoned,
and the sacred space within ishome to the divine.

(28:09):
You will know this when thesemoments arise.
Trust in that which you knowAgain with knowing, not
believing.
Believing is very muchdifferent than knowing.
Yeshua finished by sayingbalance requires both acceptance
of truth and rejection of truth.
Not everyone embraces truth and, as such, balance is maintained

(28:30):
.
That was a heavy sentence.
This was Yesil's way of sayingthat.
I will experience what I wouldconsider to be failure at times,
but ultimately those failureswill help in regaining and
maintaining balance.
And basically and this is theheavy part basically not
everyone can or even should behelped.
I'm to use discernment, as weall are, at all times and not

(28:52):
become discouraged.
Failure makes us stronger.
Not everyone is ready to knowtruth.
It does cause fear in a lot ofpeople because it sometimes
involves change.
So it was with this realizationthat the drumming callback
began.
I remained seated for a momentas Yeshua Jibreel and Raphael
stood by, placed a hand on myhead, and they whispered

(29:14):
something in unison, but Icouldn't understand what they
said.
After that, I'm pulled upwardsnot backwards this time until I
returned to my physical form.
So this journey meant a lot tome as far as what I'd always
considered my sacred space to be, a safe space, a place I call
it a launching pad where I'dreceive guidance.
I know if I journey and I'mmeant to go there for some

(29:40):
reason, I'll end up there in thenew place being within me.
So it's where I need it to bewhere I want it to be, which is
what we all have within us.
There is a sacred space we allhave, and the reason I do these
summaries for people is becauseevery little detail within a
summary or within a journey Iadd to the summary because it's
meant specifically for thatindividual.
I do not add my owninterpretations to things

(30:02):
because it's not for me.
My intention is for the otherperson, but there's always
something to be learned that weall share because we're all
connected.
Even from this journey of mine, there's something that may
resonate with someone out there.
I use an example from a journeythat I did for a lady several
years ago and wrote the summary, and what blew me away was there
was such a tiny detail Ithought nothing of it as I wrote

(30:26):
it in the summary of the waywater flowed around rocks in the
stream and she burst into tearsand it meant so much to her.
It helped her in her healing.
So I want to thank you forlistening to this and I'm very
interested to hear and getfeedback about this journey
summary that I just read andwhat may have resonated with you

(30:46):
, the listener.
Even the smallest step, thetiniest ripple, can make a huge
impact, not only for yourselfbut for others.
That's what it's all about it'sconnectedness.
So I thank you for listeningand I do hope to hear from some
of you out there.
So be on the lookout very soonfor summaries of journeys that I
had taken, very shortly afterthis one regarding my sacred

(31:09):
space, but the next two will beon first the shadow and second
the darkness, which is a littlebit more intense.
It's still kind of tamecompared to some of the ones
that I have undertaken for otherindividuals in the last several
years with different traumas.
Until then, keep listening.

(31:30):
I hope to have you back againand peace.
