Corporations have systematically targeted our children through manipulative food engineering and marketing tactics, creating addictive patterns that shape habits for life. The Manhattan Prophet reveals how tobacco companies like Philip Morris and RJ Reynolds applied their expertise in addiction science to design ultra-processed foods specifically formulated to override natural satiety signals and maximize consumption.

Research from the University of Kansas shows products owned by tobacco companies were significantly more likely to contain problematic levels of fat, sodium, and carbohydrates. These weren't just unhealthy choices—they were deliberately crafted to activate brain reward circuits similar to addictive substances. Through sophisticated marketing strategies including cartoon mascots, bright packaging, and flavor research, these corporations established early brand loyalty programs targeting our most vulnerable.

Meanwhile, trusted health organizations have betrayed public trust through financial entanglements with the very companies they should be regulating. The American Heart Association opposed legislation restricting sugary drinks while accepting substantial funding from PepsiCo and Coca-Cola. Their heart-healthy certification program charges manufacturers thousands annually for endorsements—a clear conflict of interest undermining public well-being.

Beyond food manipulation, we've accepted a post-war family structure designed for economic efficiency rather than nurturing development. The modern nuclear family separated fathers from children during critical developmental years and eventually sent mothers into the workforce too, leaving children's consciousness to be shaped by external influences. While most developed nations provide extended maternity leave recognizing the crucial importance of early attachment, the United States stands virtually alone in offering minimal support for new parents.

This episode challenges you to critically examine the systems we've normalized and reclaim your power as parents. Our children deserve protection from corporate predation and ideological manipulation. By recognizing ourselves as spiritual beings in a material world, we can make conscious choices about our values and priorities, breaking free from systemic control to create lives that honor both material needs and spiritual well-being.

What will it take for us to wake up and reclaim our children's future? Join Aaron Scott on this journey toward consciousness and authentic living.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Hello everyone and welcome to the ninth episode of
the Manhattan Prophet podcast.
I am the Manhattan Prophet.
Thank you all who have joinedwith your support in this battle
for truth and empowerment.
We're standing up for freedomboth internally and in the world
around us.
As a reminder, so that nothingis lost in translation, I'm here
to ensure that all knowledge Igive you finds meaning in a
practical place in your everydaylives.

(00:26):
It's only through properlydigesting knowledge, in this
case, of ourselves and the worldaround us, that we see things
clearly enough to break oldpatterns of behavior and begin a
new path forward to aheightened state of
consciousness.
Something I believe we as aworld community, a collective
consciousness, can agree on isthat we must protect our

(00:47):
children.
Children are the mostvulnerable.
They are coming into this worldwith a clean slate, naive and
without understanding.
They are, in fact, deeplyimpacted by maternal stress,
anxiety, depression duringpregnancy.
These things can negativelyimpact a child's development,
potentially leading to emotional, cognitive and behavioral
problems and even increasing therisk of certain disorders like

(01:08):
ADHD.
If they are this sensitive towhat the mother is simply
feeling while in the womb, canyou imagine what the impact the
outside world has?
Truth of the matter is there isso much we need to protect our
children from.
In this episode, we will shinea light on the true nature of
industry in this country and howit has shaped the decaying
health of this great nation bypreying on our children.

(01:31):
We will see how these forceswere not only the drivers for
much of our familial structureand the way we cared for our
children historically, but howwe do so to this very day, how
you do so in your life, how yourparents did so for you in their
lives, and how we need to learnfrom our mistakes due to
ignorance, lift the veil ofdeception and pave a path

(01:57):
forward to help undo the damagecaused to ourselves, but to
prevent the same for ourchildren.
Let's begin the discussion withsomething that is not as well
understood as it should be foodand its regulation.
By historical standards, muchof what we consider food today
would have been seen as aninedible, like a
factory-manufactured toy, ratherthan nourishment, and by most
nutritional measures thatassessment would be correct.

(02:22):
The ultra-processed productsstamped with the word food on
their labels don't just lacknutritional value.
They have lastingbehind-the-scenes effects on
brain development, behavior andoverall health.
We now have overwhelmingevidence linking high fructose,
corn syrup, artificial flavoringand synthetic dyes to
conditions ranging frombehavioral issues and obesity to
diabetes and cancer.
A glaring example of this isRed Dye 3, which the FDA banned

(02:45):
from cosmetics over 30 years agoafter research proved to cause
cancer in lab animals.
Yet it was only banned in foodjust this year.
How sickening is that?
It raises the critical questionwhy do these dangers always
seem to go unnoticed by the verygovernment agencies we fund
with billions and taxpayerdollars?
To protect us?

(03:05):
The FDA, the governing agency, itself, claimed a lack of
resources as the reason.
Red Dye 3 was never furtherresearched or removed from food,
even though its carcinogenicproperties were identified in
the 1980s.
But perhaps even moredisturbing is the fact that
other harmful artificial dyes, like Red Dye 40, remain legal,

(03:26):
despite being widely known toaffect children's behavior.
When we peel back the layers ofthis lack of oversight and
deception, we find ourselvesstaring at the same old song and
dance A massive, well-fundedlobbying effort by food
corporations that hold astranglehold on our legislative
system, by food corporationsthat hold a stranglehold on our
legislative system.
Through campaign donations, kickbacks and backroom deals,

(03:47):
these corporations ensure thatprofits come before the public
health.
They work tirelessly to makecontrol over food policy,
protecting their ability to keepharmful addictive ingredients
in the food supply.
So is there a deliberate effortto create unhealthy,
food-addicted children?
The unfortunate answer is yes.
We, as parents and citizens, must understand exactly what we

(04:09):
are putting into our children'sbodies, but beyond that, we must
recognize veil of deception andignorance.
We are conditioned to trustinstitutions, to believe that
someone is looking out for ourbest interests when it comes to

(04:29):
something as basic as food andmedicine, but the basic truth is
the opposite.
Mainstream food and healthcareindustries are built not to
promote health but to ensuredependency.
The very processed,chemical-laden foods that are
making us sick are the same onesbeing pushed onto our children,
and when chronic illnessesarise, the medical system
profits off treatments insteadof preventing disease in the

(04:52):
first place.
We assume that we live in thebest possible version of reality
, never realizing that food weconsume impacts not only our
physical health, but our mentalclarity, emotional well-being
and spiritual connection.
The preservatives, sugars, chemicals in our diets don't
just harm our bodies, theydisconnect us from deeper
awareness.
These addictive ingredientsdon't just make us crave more

(05:14):
food, they dull our ability toexperience a greater
consciousness, to see the biggerpicture of our existence.
The fight for better food andhonest regulation is more than a
public health issue.
It is a fight for truth, autonomy and empowerment.
We must educate ourselves, because no one else will do it.
We must demand transparencyfrom food manufacturers and

(05:37):
regulatory agencies.
We must reject harmfulingredients by making informed
choices for ourselves and ourchildren.
This is not just about what weeat.
It's about waking up to theforces shaping our reality.
No one will save us from thecycle of deception except us.
The power to change the futurefor ourselves, for our children

(05:58):
and society rests in our hands.
The question is will we takeaction or will we continue to
live under the illusion thatsomeone else is protecting us?
Let's turn to the Yale FoodAddiction Scale for Children,
which was developed to identifyfood addiction in children and
adolescents by assessing eatingbehaviors that resemble
substance dependence.

(06:18):
What we find is that childrenand adolescents are particularly
vulnerable to an obesogenicfood environment, increasing
their risk of developing foodaddiction.
Population surveys indicatethat children's diets are
largely composed ofultra-processed foods UPFs.
Upfs are industrialformulations containing high

(06:38):
levels of refined sugars, unhealthy fats and synthetic
additives such as hydrogenatedoils.
These foods can account for upto 65% of our children's daily
energy intake, contributing toan increased risk of chronic
diseases.
One explanation for theaddiction potential of UPFs lies
in their high sugar, fat andsodium content.

(07:00):
These stimulate the brain'sreward systems.
Preclinical studies have shownthat excessive UPF consumption
alters dopamine signaling inreward-related brain areas.
This leads to reduced dopaminereceptor concentrations.
These neurochemical changesdrive increased cravings for
these foods, they impairregulation of food intake and

(07:22):
they reinforce compulsive eatingbehaviors.
This growing body of evidencehighlights the urgent need for
policy interventions, publicawareness and dietary
modifications to mitigate thelong-term effects of these food
addictions in children.
Let's now look closely at wherethese UPFs come from and why
children have been so exposed.
What we find is the moresinister underbelly of a

(07:47):
parasitic industry aimed atforming addiction to children
that lasts a lifetime.
After all, the best consumersare those with you for life.
From the late 1980s to the early2000s, tobacco giants like
Philip Morris and RJ Reynoldsweren't just selling cigarettes.
They were quietly shaping theUS food system.
Their influence extended beyondtobacco, impacting food
marketing, product formulationand consumer habits in ways that

(08:09):
still affect public policytoday.
A study from the University ofKansas published in Addiction
reveals that tobacco companiesstrategically acquired major
food brands in the 1980s,maintaining a stronghold over
the industry for more than 20years.
Philip Morris and RJ Reynoldsused their expertise in
addiction science, honed fromdecades of selling cigarettes,
to create highly processed, hyperpalatable foods designed to

(08:32):
maximize consumption andprofits.
Between 1988 and 2001, foodproducts owned by tobacco
companies were 29% more likelyto be high in fat and sodium and
80% more likely to be high incarbohydrates and sodium.
These foods were engineered toactivate brain reward circuits,
promoting overconsumption andaddictive eating behaviors.

(08:53):
Tobacco companies didn't justcapitalize on the existing
processed food industry.
They accelerated itstransformation, setting the
standard for how food isformulated today.
In essence, they have designedfoods to be addictive.
Tobacco companies didn't justsell food.
They applied decades ofresearch into human behavior to
shape its appeal.
They studied how specificcombinations of fats,

(09:15):
carbohydrates, sodium andartificial ingredients could
override the body's naturalsafety signals, leading to
compulsive eating.
This strategy mirrored theirapproach to cigarette sales.
They manipulate flavor profiles, they use targeted marketing
and they ensure repeatedconsumption.

(09:36):
Their tactics extended topackaging and branding.
Employing a psychologicaltrigger to make food products
more desirable, especially tochildren.
Tobacco companies broughtsophisticated marketing
strategies to the food industryusing flavor research by
applying cigarette flavorenhancement techniques to
processed foods.
And child-focused marketingusing cartoon mascots, bright

(10:07):
packaging and fun productformats like Capri Sun, pouches,
tang powders, etc.
These methods were particularlyeffective in promoting sugary
beverages like Kool-Aid,Hawaiian Punch and Capri Sun.
It tested flavors and packagingon children to optimize appeal.
The processed food landscapetoday mirrors the pre-regulation
tobacco industry.
Highly addictive productsdominate store shelves and food

(10:29):
companies continue usingpsychological marketing tactics
pioneered by big tobacco.
Despite overwhelming evidencelinked to ultra-processed foods
to obesity, metabolic diseaseand addiction, there are still
no federal regulationsaddressing their accessibility.
Just as cigarettes were oncemarked as harmless, today's food
system is built onprofit-driven strategies that
prioritize addiction overwell-being.

(10:49):
Recognizing these tactics isthe first step towards
reclaiming control over what weeat and advocating for a
healthier food system.
Now that we have a firmunderstanding of the
manipulative practices of bigcorporations, let's look into
how our trusted governmentagencies are selling us out and
injuring our children for profit.
It's the same greed governingthese agencies that governs the

(11:11):
actions of big corporations.
Truly astounding how we don'tseem to care.
Today, for example, there is afight to remove sugar sodas from
schools around the country.
You wouldn't believe who waslobbying to keep that in the
schools the American HeartAssociation.
They're presently under firefor opposing a Texas bill that
would restrict the use ofsupplemental nutrition
assistance program SNAP benefitsfor purchasing sugary drinks

(11:35):
and processed snacks.
This is due to theorganization's inconceivable
financial ties to major foodcorporations like PepsiCo and
Coca-Cola.
On March 11th, the Texas SenateCommittee on Health and Human
Services held a public hearingon Senate Bill 379, which aims
to prevent SNAP recipients fromusing their benefits to buy
sodas, candy and chips.
Supporters of the bill arguedthat limiting access to

(11:57):
unhealthy foods could helpcombat obesity and diet-related
diseases.
Despite the health concernsraised, the AHA opposed the bill
.
Alec Puente, the AHA'sgovernment relations director,
testified that the organizationwas worried the restrictions
could discourage overallparticipation in the SNAP
program.

(12:17):
Instead of limiting purchases, puente emphasized the need for
public education on healthyeating.
Why in the world is theAmerican Heart Association even
citing concerns about this.
They are a health organizationsupposedly recommending and
citing policy over the hearthealth of the American people.
It's like we're living in atwilight zone.

(12:42):
In 1997, the Chicago Tribunereported that the AHA had raised
millions from companies likeNational Cattlemen's Beef
Association, Conagra andKellogg's.
In 2012, the American HeartAssociation partnered with
Kellogg's to introduce aheart-healthy label on select
cereals, including Raisin Branand All Bran.

(13:07):
The AHA Heart Checked FoodCertification Program allows
food manufacturers to apply foran official heart-healthy label
for a fee ranging upwards of$6,000 per product annually.
Pepsico and Coca-Cola have alsocontributed significant funding
to the AHA.
A 2016 study in the AmericanJournal of Preventative Medicine
found that Coca-Cola andPepsiCo sponsored at least 95
health organizations between2011-2015.

(13:30):
In 2015, and this is shockingCoca-Cola revealed it had spent

(13:53):
$118 million on health researchand fitness partnerships.
A University of Cambridge studyfound that Coca-Cola had
contract clauses allowing it toterminate research if they
didn't like the findings.
This stuff is remarkable.
How is this overlooked?
Why don't we care?
What does it take?
While we all, on a typical day,get up, shower, brush our teeth

(14:17):
and head out the door to work8-10 hours a day, then rinse and
repeat like a robot, neverthinking about the absurd, vapid
nature of this life, just aseasily misunderstand how these
actions impact the familialstructure and hence our children
and their learning and growingup in this environment.
In order to fully understandwhat is going on, we need to
first understand what thetraditional family truly was and

(14:39):
how the nuclear family cameinto existence in the first
place.
The nuclear family model, wherethe father goes to work while
the mother stays at home withchildren in a suburban household
, is not some timeless naturalstructure, but rather a product
of shifting societal values.
This model, which became thenorm in America and other parts
of the world after World War II,was shaped by an increasing

(14:59):
emphasis on economicproductivity over family
cohesion.
As a result, the physicallayout of vast suburban
landscapes reflected thisrefined concept of family life,
with homes disconnected fromworkplaces, schools and places
of worship, all accessible onlyby car, train or bus.
In this new reality, the homeceased to be the center of
family enterprise.

(15:20):
Fathers went to work separatingfrom their families most of the
day.
Children were sent off toschools, detached from parental
influence during their formativeyears.
However, we as a society assumethat this modern version of
family was traditional.
In reality, it was a post-warconstruct designed more for
economic efficiency than fornurturing deep familial bonds.

(15:40):
Designed to further accommodatethe left-brain dominant world
that governs us all to this day.
As more women joined theworkforce, mothers, fathers and
children alike left the homeduring the day, completing the
transformation of the nuclearfamily into something fragmented
and disconnected.
A century ago, the household wasnot just a place to sleep.
It was a center of shared work, education, religious practice

(16:01):
and care for the elderly.
It was a cornerstone ofcommunity and culture.
But with the loss of theseresponsibilities, the house
became an empty structure, lacking both purpose and
stability.
Above all else, children needtwo actively engaged, loving
parents who are consciouslyinvolved in their upbringing.
They need to feel love, developself-confidence and learn how
to navigate the challenges of anincreasingly harsh economic and

(16:24):
social landscape, one where thevast majority are left
struggling under a system thatdisproportionately benefits the
wealthy few.
All too often, parents are toobusy to ensure their children
receive proper nutrition, education and a deep
understanding of themselves andtheir worth.
Instead, children'sconsciousness and understanding
of themselves is left to beshaped by movies, television,

(16:47):
social media influencers, all ofwhom impart specific worldviews
and values.
Whether we acknowledge it ornot.
The result is a generationlearning more from screens than
from their own families.
If we want to restore ameaningful family structure, we
must rethink the modernhousehold, not as an isolated
unit, but as a space ofconnection, purpose and shared
responsibility.

(17:08):
The question is not simply howto preserve the family, but how
to build one that truly supportsthe well-being of all its
members, not one where we allprioritize profit over people.
In truth, more times than not, children endure a parent less
upbringing, neglect and, in theworst case, abuse.
In fact, in today's world, wehave no problem showing how

(17:28):
little we care about ourchildren's well-being.
Let's have a glance at thematernity leave policy in this
country.
Here we see point blank who istruly in control of our families
and the well-being of ourchildren.
Whether we recognize it or not,we have gone along with this
structure in place and have madethis way of caring for our
children another normal way ofliving.

(17:56):
The United States is the onlycountry in the world, other than
Papua New Guinea, that does nothave carte blanche paid
maternity leave.
If we truly cared about ourchildren, our tax money would be
going to ensure paid leave formothers, not for three months,
not for six months.
For at least a year.
Slovenia, slovakia, estonia hasthree years.
Hungary has two years of paidmaternity leave, sweden 14

(18:19):
months.
This should be standard andbased on medical research
pertaining to the health anddevelopment of children.
The longer we can care for them, especially at the early, early
years, the longitudinalattached research shows that
children who are insecurelyattached at 12 months of age, 20
years later, 80% of them sufferfrom mental disorders.
For children to be mentallystable and happy in the future,

(18:41):
parents must be emotionallypresent, particularly in the
first of the two main periods ofbrain development, which is
zero to three years of age.
Maria Montessori in discussingthe first few years of a child's
brain function stated, and Iquote," from birth to
approximately age six.
A child's brain works in a verydifferent way than an adult's
does.

(19:01):
At this stage, the mind is likea sponge silking up huge
amounts of information from theenvironment.
The child is absorbingeverything effortlessly,
continuously andindiscriminately.
The child has a differentrelation to his environment from
ours.
The child absorbs it.
The things he sees are not justremembered, they form the roots
of the child's first six yearsis enormously important.

(19:23):
Children develop 85% of theircore brain structure by the time
they are five years old.
A child builds upon the scorefoundation for the rest of his
or her life.
The child's formative years areso delicate and it is crucial we

(19:46):
take an overly active role inensuring that they are being
guided down the right path sothat they can live both grounded
and within the capacity toevolve consciously.
Part of this active role comeswith the responsibility of
protecting our children from theworld around them, many times
from things we cannot see atface value as threats to our
children.
Being a parent is a greatresponsibility and it is so very

(20:06):
difficult.
We are stretched so thin, as itis, due to the nature of this
reality, due to the requirementto make money to afford our
lives, to thrive in the system.
Most families have two workingparents who are out of the house
and not back until dinnertimeto spend maybe a couple of hours
a day with their children.
The truth of the matter is wedepend on schools and outside

(20:28):
influences to raise our children.
It is for this reason alonethat it is crucial we take a
proactive role in the educationsystem our children are learning
through.
It is through this system, mostly, that they learn not just
math and science, history andsocietal norms, but, more
recently, gender identity andsexuality.
These last two topics are thetwo that must be scrutinized

(20:50):
diligently, not just becausethere are only and there will
only be two genders, but becausethese topics and the way they
are being taught have no placein a child's education.
Taught have no place in a childeducation.
This goes for allsexual-related topics
heterosexual, homosexual, lgbtq+or otherwise, it doesn't matter
.
We should not be sexualizingour children.
We are forcing a sexualizednature upon them, confusing them

(21:16):
at ages where they are stillfiguring out things for the
first time.
They need to discover who theythemselves are.
But sexualization agendasrooted in gender fluidity has
created child abuse not seenever in this country.
We in our present day, where webelieve we are living in the
apex of human civilization, areliving in a time where teachers
and health workers at schoolsare providing puberty blockers

(21:37):
to young children who have beenbrainwashed by those we trust to
protect and nurture them.
How can a sane society acceptthis as normal?
How can this be the standard ofcare for our children?
As noted above, it's not justgood business to start addiction
through food consumption at ayoung age.
It's also sound manipulativepractice to push agendas and
ideology at as young an age aspossible.

(21:58):
Where better to do this than inschool?
After all, children are taughtto listen to the teacher, trust
the teacher and follow the rules.
They assume everything taughtto them in schools, in their
textbooks and that comes out ofthe mouth of those who teach
them, is pure, not tainted, notformed by agenda.
I know I certainly did.
It is our responsibility asparents to advocate for our

(22:20):
children, even in school.
If there is something going onthat doesn't sit well with you,
don't assume that the school isdoing the right thing.
Read up on both sides of theissue and decide critically for
yourself.
Your opinion is just as good asthose who you assume are the
ones who should know.
Let's look at some of themethods of child indoctrination
and abuse that have taken placeacross our great nation today.

(22:41):
Just last year, new York hasbeen showering taxpayer funds on
a group that sends drag queensinto city schools, often without
parental knowledge or consent.
Drag Story Hour NYC, anonprofit whose outrageously

(23:03):
cross-dressed performersinteract with kids as young as
three, earned $46,000 from NewYork City contracts for
appearances at public schools.
In 2024, the group hasorganized 49 drag programs in 34
public elementary, middle andhigh schools.
It boasted this on its website.
Since 2018, the group hasreceived a total of $207,000 in

(23:24):
taxpayer dollars.

(23:57):
In April, the elaboratelycoiffed Harmonica Sunbeam wore a
slinky gown to meet withkindergartners at Star Academy,
manhattan and color pages fromthe Dragtivity book, which
encourages kids to choose theirpronouns and invent drag names.
Then we have drag queen BellaNoche, who wore a scantily
mermaid-like bra getup to travelwith second graders from

(24:19):
Manhattan's PS34 on a May fieldtrip.
And then we have Flame, whotaught middle schoolers all
genders on how to apply drag eyemakeup at a school and park
slope.
Mind you, this is taking placewithout parents' consent,
without the knowledge of parents.
The Department of Education didnot respond specifically to

(24:39):
questions of parentalnotification and refused to say
whether the drag queens mustpass background checks, but
defended the program.
As and I quote life-savingSpokesperson for the DOE,
suzanne Sumer, said, and I quote"Last year, 50 transgender or
gender non-conforming peoplewere killed in the United States
due to their identity.

(24:59):
We believe our schools play acritical role in helping young
people learn about and respectpeople who may be different from
them.
End quote Again on what planetis this the appropriate and
normal response to 50transgendered people being
killed in the United States?
Why does the Department ofEducation need to combat this
through indoctrination campaignstargeting our children.

(25:21):
This behavior is insane.
By the time we are adults, we goabout our lives business as
usual, never questioning wherewe learned and why we feel what
we do.
If only we were aware enough toseek an alternative path, with
diets, to consumption, includingentertainment, to satiating our

(25:42):
limitless appetites.
We are creating the samelimiting consciousness, the same
controlled, manufacturedvictims of a corporate,
profit-driven world order, withour children.
It is not, on any measurablelevel, normal, and the byproduct
of this way of life has notonly punished us as adults, it
is attacking our most sacred ofall, our children.

(26:03):
When do we care?
What has to happen for us tosnap out of it?
All of these appetites that youfeed, that you have become
addicted to, that your childrenare unknowingly becoming
addicted to?
Don't touch what's inside of us.
They move our attention, ourconsciousness, to focus on the

(26:23):
external only, our sensoryexperiences.
We perceive ourselves, and hencethe world around us, as
material beings living a myopicexistence.
We think everything is all good, after all, since everyone else
is living a materialist-drivenlife, why should you waste your
time thinking about itcritically?

(26:43):
Well, what if everyone thinksthe same way as you do and
follows the herd as you do?
When everyone thinks that way,no one looks critically at
everything, no one questionsanything and history repeats
itself.

(27:03):
The truth is, you have beenfollowing a mold blindly and
have put your children into thatsystem without question.
You have assumed that theordering of society, which has
been assembled consciously foryou by corporations and the
government for their interests,is normal.
What you don't see is that youlive day-to-day as part of a
system, a system that you havebought into, consciously or not.

(27:25):
A system that has not onlytaken over your day-to-day as
part of a system.
A system that you have boughtinto, consciously or not.
A system that has not onlytaken over your day-to-day
waking hours, requiring you towork most all of your life for
money.
A system which has hijackedyour food for profit, no matter
the health implications.
A system that has lied to youabout your own divine connection
to God through religionscreated to block any real
spiritual connection.

(27:46):
You think maybe you need tocondition yourself better to
withstand the ungodly work weekand better prepare your children
for a life full of servitude toserve the very system that
bends you physically andmentally.
If that's how you want to liveyour life, that's great, but do
it consciously.
Understand it for what it is.
Understand what you're givingup to live in the system.
Don't just assume there'snothing else out there or

(28:09):
nothing more to you internally.
If you think there's no otherway, well you are wrong.
Another way to live your life, for example, would be moving you
and your family to a farm withother families in the community.
It's an extreme one, yes, andnot one I'm advocating for, but
the point is that there areother ways to live life.
You do not in fact, needMcDonald's, 10 pairs of shoes,
eating at restaurants, chokingdown Adderall to keep up,

(28:32):
worrying about what other peoplethink all the time.
You need to simply see yourlife for what it is and
understand in truth how you haveelected to live your life.
You should be ordering yourlife based on the things that
you value the most, not thethings the system values the
most.
But you need to come to seewhat you value most first by
experiencing in truth thecomplete being you really are.

(28:53):
You need to come to understandthat you are, in truth a
spiritual being living in amaterial world.
